        성 성숙기 이후 농후사료 급여수준이 한우 암소의 성장과 번식능력, 혈액성상 및 초음파 도체성적에 미치는 영향

        본 시험은 성 성숙기의 한우 암송아지 18두(14개월령, 평균체중 251kg)를 이용하여 저 수준의 농후사 료 급여에 따른 성장과 번식능력에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위하여 실시하였다. 공시축은 시판 한우 번 식우용 배합사료를 체중의 0.8%(T1) 및 1.2%(T2)씩 총 30개월(사양시험 20개월, 번식능력시험 10개월) 동안 섭취하였으며, 처리구당 9두를 2우리에 완전임의 배치를 하였다. 본 시험의 사양시험 결과를 한국 가축사양표준의 영양소 요구량과 비교해 볼 때, T1구에서 성장이 제대로 되지 못한 이유는 에너지 보다 는 단백질 섭취부족 때문인 것으로 나타났다. 공시축의 체형변화에서 저 영양수준으로 인하여 영향을 가장 많이 받는 부위는 흉폭과 체장이었으며 특히, 흉폭은 시험시작시보다도 종료시 측정치가 오히려 3.7% 작았다. 난소의 크기는 T1구가 T2구의 약 63%수준밖에 되지 않았으며, 수태율(33.3% : 77.8%)과 송아지의 생시체중(22.5kg : 29.5kg)도 T1구에서 심각하게 저하되었다. 따라서 한우번식우 사양에 있 어서 성성숙기 이후에도 에너지보다는 단백질 공급수준에 의해 사양성적 및 번식능력에 많은 영향을 끼 치는 것으로 나타났다. This study was conducted to investigate the effect of low feeding level of concentrate after sexual maturity(14 month old) on the growing and breeding performances in Hanwoo cows. Eighteen cows(average body wt. 251kg) were alloted to two groups by completely randomized design, and fed a commercial formula feed by 0.8%(T1) and 1.2%(T2) of body weight for 30 months of total experimental period(feeding trial of 20 months, breeding trial of 10 months). When the results of this experiment compared to the Korean feeding standard for Hanwoo(2012), the reason of low growing performance in T1 was induced from low protein intake rather than energy. The change of body size by feeding levels was significantly appeared at chest width and body length, particularly chest width of cows in T1 was rather reduced by 3.7% in the final than the initial measurement. Ovarian size of T1 was only 63% of T2, and pregnancy rate(33.3% : 77.8%) and birth wight of calf(22.5kg : 29.5kg) were also seriously repressed by low intake of dietary protein after sexual maturity in Hanwoo cow. It was appeared that the growing and breeding performances of Hanwoo cows were more affected by the level of dietary protein rather than energy in the feeding after sexual maturity.

        The massive growth of the Internet and the World Wide Web leads us to research the programming languages for the development of applications in heterogeneous, network-wide distributed environment. Java is an object-oriented language for such a environment and the Java Programming Language environment provides a portable, interpreted, high-performance, simple programming language. Bytecode is an intermediate code for Java language and it enables the development of applications on multiple platform in heterogeneous, distributed network. But it takes much time to execute Bytecode because of using an interpretation method. In this paper, we design and implement a retargetable code generation system which can be systematically reconfigured to generate code for a variety of distinct target computers. From the system, we realize the code expander which translates the Bytecode bing produced by Java compiler into native target code. We use ACK system to do the work easily.

        Successful Endovascular Stent-Graft Repair for Complicated Type B Aortic Dissection Developed in a Patient with Polycystic Kidney Disease

Although endovascular stent-graft repair tends to show better outcomes than conventional therapies in complicated type B AD (TBAD), successful endovascular intervention of TBAD with malperfusion in a patient with PCKD has not been reported. This case shows a 37-year-old male who had sudden onset of sharply stabbing epigastric pain with severe hypertension, who was diagnosed with TBAD and PCKD by a computed tomography and initially underwent medical treatment. Four days after discharge, he was rehospitalized with left leg pain and paresthesia due to left lower leg malperfusion. Thoracic endovascular stent-graft repair covering the primary tear site of dissection was performed successfully, leading to a decrease in false lumen and improvement of symptoms. We report the case of complicated TBAD in a patient with PCKD treated with endovascular stent-graft repair.

        당밀 첨가수준에 따라 발효된 팽이버섯 수확 후 배지의 화학적 조성 및 반추위내 in situ 분해율

        This study was conducted to determine the chemical composition and ruminal in situdegradability of eight spent mushroom substrates(Flammulina Velutipes) fermented by supplementallevel(0, 2, 4, 6%) of molasses with 3% formic acid and fermentation period(25d, 45d). Three Hanwoo cows(average weight 450kg) cannulated in rumen were used for in situ trial and fed acommercial formula feed and rice straw(4:1). Nylon bags were suspended in the rumen for 0, 3, 6,9, 12, 24 and 48 hrs with 3 replicates, respectively. The experimental spent mushroom substrates(SMS) were below pH 4 and were similar level withsoy hull manufactured in china when evaluating by chemical composition. Fraction ‘a’, immediately degradable DM in the rumen, was inclined to increase with the levelof molasses. Fraction ‘b’, potentially degradable DM in the rumen, was relatively high in the 4%molasses treatment when SMS was fermented for 25 days, however, was relatively high in the 6%molasses treatment when fermented for 45 days. Effective DM degradability in the rumen wasaverage 45% assuming at 6% ruminal passage rate per hour(r=0.06) of experimental feeds withoutsignificant difference among treatments. Fraction ‘b’ of NDF was relatively low in the 6% molasses treatment when SMS was fermentedfor 25 days, on the contrary, was high in the 6% molasses treatment when fermented for 45 days. NDF degradation rate was relatively low in the 6% molasses treatment and effectivedegradability in the rumen was average 39% at r=0.06 without significant difference amongtreatments. Hence, this study showed that the SMS(Flammulina Velutipes) as a ruminant feed could beanaerobically fermented with 3% formic acid only without supplemental molasses for preservation. 본 연구는 팽이버섯 수확 후 배지에 3% 개미산 처리와 당밀 첨가수준별(0%, 2%, 4%, 6%)로 각각25일 및 45일 동안 발효시켰을 때, 화학적 조성과 반추위내 in situ 분해율을 조사함으로써 반추가축용사료로서 적절한 처리방법을 규명해보고자 수행되었다. 반추위 cannula가 장착된 한우암소 3두(평균체중 450kg)를 이용하여 반추위내 발효시간별(0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 24, 48 시간)로 각각 3반복으로 in situ시험을 실시하였으며, 공시축은 시판 배합사료와 볏짚을 4:1의 비율로 섭취하였다. 개미산 처리 후 당밀을 첨가하여 발효시킨 팽이버섯 수확 후 배지의 pH는 4이하이었으며, 일반성분함량으로 볼 때, 중국산 대두피정도의 수준이었다. 시험사료의 건물 중, 반추위내에서 분해가 빠르게 일어나는 ‘a’부분은 당밀첨가수준이 높아질수록증가하는 경향이었고, 반추위내에서 서서히 분해될 수 있는 ‘b’부분은 25일 동안 발효 시에는 당밀4% 첨가구에서 높았으며, 45일동안 발효 시에는 당밀 6% 첨가구에서 높게 나타났다. 건물의 유효분해도(r=0.06)는 평균 45%로 처리간 비슷한 수준이었다. 시험사료의 NDF 중 ‘b’부분은 25일 동안 발효 시에는 당밀 6%첨가구가 타 처리구에 비해 낮았으나 45일 동안 발효 시에는 당밀 6%첨가구에서 높았다. 당밀 6%첨가구에서 시간당 NDF 분해속도가 가장 느렸으며, NDF의 반추위내 유효분해도는 평균 39%(r=0.06)로 처리간 비슷한 수준이었다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때, 본 시험에 사용된 팽이버섯 수확후 배지는 반추가축용 사료로서 보관성 향상을위하여 탈병 후 3% 개미산(HCOOH)만 처리하여 혐기발효시켜도 무방할 것으로 판단된다.

        농촌관광의 체험과 이미지가 관광몰입 및 방문만족에 미치는 영향

        The Effect of Rural Tourism Experience and Rural Tourism Image on Tourists’ Immersion and Visit Satisfaction. This study used SPSS WIN Ver.22.0 statistical software package, the social science research analysis package, and AMOS 18.0 for the empirical analysis. It conducted a frequency analysis on the demographic characteristics of the tourism employees who responded to the questionnaire, a factor analysis, a confidence analysis, a correlation analysis and an empirical analysis by applying the SEM (Structure Equation Model) to figure out the structural correlation between each factor. As a result of verification of the hypotheses, 4 factors of rural tourism experiences and 1 factor of tourists’ immersion were adopted as well as 2 factors of rural tourism images and 1 factor of tourists’ immersion, meaning that hypotheses 1 and 2 were adopted. The hypothesis on the relationship between 1 factor of tourists’ immersion and 1 factor of visitors’ satisfaction was adopted. 4 factors of rural tourism experiences and 1 factor of visitor’s satisfaction were partially adopted. Lastly, the relationship between two factors of rural tourism images and 1 factor of visitors’ satisfaction was partially adopted. this study is expected to be used as a useful basic data for effective positioning of the tourists in rural tourism through the representative rural tourism experience types. Second, it can be used as a useful data to learn the rural tourism images of Korea’s representative rural tourism experience villages at the moment, and as an important data to recognize the future projects or policies regarding rural tourism.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of Rural experience programs patten on selection attributes influence upon Rural tourism satisfaction and Behavioral intention. There are 4 hypotheses based on rural tourism reviews. Then we tested the data from questionnaires using SPSS 22.0. the data were collected for a month from April 20 to June 18. First, according to analysed result, Rural tourism experience program is hypotheses about the satisfaction and selection attributes of rural areas is partially adopted, and rural tourism in the modern era have been developed but In still all parts, it can not be to the interest of rural tourists is a reality. Second, selection attributes of rural tourism is partially adopted hypotheses about the satisfaction Analysis of the results, salient experience activities and the attractive environment and amenities shall not have reached the interest of tourists and has been verified. Last, rural tourism satisfaction influenced on Behavioral intention. As the result of this study, we will attract rural tourists with better tourism products and attractive Environment, Amenities. At present, the development of rural tourism in Korea, but this fact is too often lacking when compared with other countries. Rural tourism is the future of business in Korea. So I improve cross-section, the lack of rural tourism will be the center of tourism of the Republic of Korea, South Korea will be the best as rural tourism in the world.

        바이오가스 프랜트에서 혐기 소화시킨 돈사 Slurry의 화학적 특성 및 배추생육 시용효과에 관한 연구

        This study was conducted to investigate the effects on chemical properties of soil and yield of chinese cabbage when the piggery liquid slurry (ADS) digested anaerobically in the biogas plant was sprinkled to the soils. Treatments were composed of non-nitrogen plot (PK), chemical fertilizer plot (NPK) and ADS plot, and were arranged by randomized block design with 3 replications. The ADS was an alkali (pH 8.6) fertilizer containing 0.55% of total nitrogen, optimal levels of phosphorus, potassium and other components. When based (100%) on the yield of chinese cabbage in the NPK, those of the ADS and the PK were 114% and 43%, respectively. The nitrogen absorption of chinese cabbage at 50-d after transplant was significantly greater (p<0.05) in the ADS than other treatment. Heavy metal contents of soil were not difference between before and after experiment. With supplementing phosphorus and potassium sources in it, the ADS should be an excellent fertilizer in cabbage culture.

        Effects of feeding system on growth performance, plasma biochemical components and hormones, and carcass characteristics in Hanwoo steers

        Objective: This study was conducted to compare growth performance, blood components and carcass traits by two feeding systems (concentrate with roughage separately [CON] vs total mixed ration [TMR]) in Hanwoo steers, and to learn the relationship between blood components during fattening or finishing phases and carcass traits in Hanwoo steers. Methods: Sixty steers aged 8 months were allotted to two feeding systems and fed similar amounts of average dry matter and total digestible nutrient throughout whole experimental period according to each feeding program. Steers were weighed monthly, taken blood at the end of growing, fattening and finishing periods, and slaughtered at 30 month of age. Results: Growing performance was higher (p<0.05) in the CON group compared to the TMR group during fattening and finishing periods. The CON group was lower (p<0.05) in blood aspartic acid transaminase, blood urea nitrogen and retinol levels during growing period, but higher in triglyceride and cholesterol levels during fattening and finishing periods compared to the TMR group. The CON group was greater (p<0.05) in rib-eye area, and lighter (p<0.05) red in meat color compared to the TMR group. In the correlation coefficients between blood components of steers and carcass traits, retinol had a negative (p<0.05) correlation with marbling score and rib-eye area. Leptin had a positive (p<0.05) correlation with back fat thickness. Blood cholesterol and triglyceride were positively (p<0.05) correlated with carcass weight and rib-eye area. Conclusion: Growth performance, carcass ribeye area and meat color showed a more desirable result in the CON compared to the TMR in Hanwoo steers. Assessing the accumulated data of carcass traits with blood components including hormones—particularly retinol, cholesterol, triglyceride, and leptin—during the fattening or finishing phases, it may be possible to find a biomarker for determining beef quality in living animals.
