네트워크 사회의 도래에 따른 기독교사회복지의 방향 탐색

본 논문의 목적은 정보통신기술에 기반한 네트워크 사회에서, 기독교사회복지와 관련한 정치?경제?사회의 양상은 어떻게 변화하고 있는지 살펴보고, 이러한 변화에 대응하기 위한 대안적인 기독교사회복지의 방향을 마뉴엘 카스텔(M. Castells)의 논의에 기반하여 탐색하고자 하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 네트워크 사회에서 기독교사회복지는 기독교 공동체 본연의 설정된 이상향을 토대로, 성서의 근본적인 가르침인 정의, 평등, 인간성, 자유 등의 가치를 유지하면서도, 개방적이고 유연한 인식론과 방법론을 개발하는 것이 요구되며, 이는 공공신학(public theology)적 관점에 근거한 기독교사회복지가 유력한 대안이 될 수 있고, 또한 기독교의 가치와 문화를 창조적으로 견지하면서, 다양한 문화를 포용할 수 있는 사회복지프로그램을 기획하고 실천하는 것이 요구됨을 제시하였다. 또한 개교회주 의적인 접근을 넘어, 초교파적인 사회복지협의기구의 역할을 강화할 필요가 있으며, 교회의 평신도들의 적극적인 사회복지 참여를 도모하는 것이 요구되고, 국가나 시장과 유기적인 거버넌스를 유지하며, 성서적 가치의 사회적 구현을 위해 노력해야 할 것이며, 이러한 작업이 보다 효과적으로 진행될 수 있도록 하기 위해, 디아코니아나 공공신학과 같은 기독교사회복지의 이론을 보다 심도 있게 연구하고, 이를 토대로 기독교사회복지에 특화된 정책 이슈와 실천기법을 제시하는 것이 요청됨을 제언하였다. Also beyond the local church care approach, it is necessary to strengthen the role of ecumenical social welfare consultative body, to promote the active participation of the laity in the church social welfare would be required, and keep the country or market and organic governance, biblical will strive for the implementation of social value, in order to make these tasks more effectively conducted, and public theology diahkoniah same study in more depth the theory of Christian social work and social welfare it based on specific policy issues and practical Christianity techniques it was requested that a proposal to present.

성찰적 근대화론의 장애학적 함의

본 연구에서는 성찰적 근대화론이 장애학에 갖는 함의를 고찰해 보았다. 이를 위해 장애학의 개념 및 장애학의 주류 담론 토대를 비판적으로 고찰하고, 성찰적 근대화에 대한 기본적 이해를 수행하며, 성찰적 근대화론의 개인화이 장애학에 갖는 의미를 고찰하였다. 성찰적 근대화는 장애인의 노동이 확장될 수 있는 가능성에 대하여 마르크스주의에 근거한 논의보다 보다 현실적으로 예측할 수 있었고, ‘개인화’가 심화되면서 가족의 기능이 약화되는 가운데, 성찰적 근대화에서는 장애인의 욕구가 충족되는 것이 장애인복지서비스의 공공성 확보 수준에 달려 있음도 알 수 있었으며, 성찰적 근대화가 진행될수록 장애정체감과 장애자부심의 형성이 보다 지지될 가능성이 있음도 예측할 수 있었다. 한편, 성찰적 근대화는 새로운 사회적 위험(new social risks)을 보다 심층적으로 규명할 수 있는 담론이 될 수 있으며, 장애인복지서비스의 대안적인 공급주체로서 사회적 경제(social economy) 조직이 중요하고, 장애인 당사자의 정치적 역량을 강화하며, 장애인복지 전문가에게 새로운 성찰의 훈련이 필요함을 제시하고 있음도 살펴볼 수 있었다. This study performed to inquire the implication of reflexive modernity theory on disability studies centered on individualization. To achieve this purpose, this article studied the concept of disability studies, the main discourse foundation of disability studies, the basic understanding of reflexive modernity theory, and the implication of reflexive modernity theory on disability studies. Reflexive modernity theory can anticipate the possibility of expansion of labor market participation of the disabled, the extent of need satisfaction of the disabled is influenced by the level of public social service, and the probability of establishment of disability identity and disability pride will be strengthened. Moreover, reflexive modernity theory can be a theory which is able to investigate the new social risks theory more deeply, and presents that social economy organization is important as a alternative social service provision.

구약성서의 토지제도에 근거한 친복지정치적 조세제도 탐색: 토지가치세를 중심으로

화일 중복을 허용하는 전체 화일 캐슁

본 연구는 AFS에서 처음 언급된 전체 화일 캐슁(whole file caching)을 SunOS에서 네트워크 서어비스(network service)로 지원하였다. 또한, 화일 중복성을 방송(broadcast) 기능을 활용하여 구현함으로써, 디스크 캐슁된 화일의 일관성(consistency)을 유지하여 캐쉬 적중률(cachehit ratio)을 높였다. 그리고 SUN NFS의 장점을 그대로 살리고 사용자 이동성, 화일 이동성을 제공하여 서버의 작업량을 줄이고 더 나아가, 서버의 과부하로 인하여 미치는 영향을 줄일 수 있었다. 결국 이러한 서어비스는 AFS의 클라이언트 캐슁 부분을 개선 하는데 쓰일 수 있다.

Amphotericin B의 가용화 및 방출지속화를 위한 아르기닌 함유 폴록사머 하이드로젤의 제조 및 특성분석

전신 진균감염 치료에 널리 사용되는 광범위 항진균제이며 대표적인 소수성 약물인 amphotericin B(AmB)의 효과적인 점막부착형 약물전달체로서 가용화제인 L-arginine, 점착성 고분자인 카보폴(carbopol), 온도감응성 고분자인 Poloxamer 407 (P 407)로 구성된 하이드로젤 제형을 제조하였다. L-Arginine의 첨가로 AmB의 용해도가 2.6mg/mL까지 향상되었으며, P 407 수용액은 20% w/v 이상의 농도에서 온도 변화에 따른 졸-젤-졸 상전이(phase transition)를 보였다. 이러한 상전이 온도는 약물 및 L-arginine의 존재에 의해 영향을 받았고, 점착성 고분자인 카보폴의 혼합에 의해 상전이 영역이 확장되었다. L-Arginine의 가용화 효과로 AmB의 약물방출특성이 향상되었고, 점착성 고분자인 카보폴의 첨가는 농도에 의존하여 약물방출을 지연시키는 효과가 있었다. Amphotericin B (AmB) is anti-fungal agent for the treatment of systemic fungal infections. but its poor solubility has limited clinical applications. In this study, a new gel formulation made up of L-arginine as solubilizer. thermosensitive Poloxamer 407 (P 407), and adhesive carbopol was designed for effective solubilization and delivery of AmB. The aqueous solubility of AmB was enhanced up to 2.6mg/mL by addition of L-arginine. Aqueous P 407 solutions of more than 20% w/v showed thermo-induced sol-gel-sol phase transition. The phase transition behavior was affected by the presence of AmB and L-arginine, and the phase transition range was broadened by addition of carbopol. In vitro drug release was improved by the solubilizing effect of L-arginine, and the presence of mucoadhesive carbopol prolonged the release rate as a function of concentration.

전동 관리기 프레임 최적 설계

전동 농기계의 작동시 사용자의 직접적인 하중을 받는 핸들 프레임의 안전성을 확인하기 위한 구조해석을 수행하였다. 핸들 프레임 부분의 해석을 진행하기 위해 항복강도 275MPa, 인장강도 310MPa의 물성치를 가진 알루미늄 6061 재질로 설정하였고, 모델링의 구조를 고려하여 프레임의 하부 면에 구속 조건을 지정하였다. Size-Korea에 기재된 한국 성인 남성이 선 자세에서 누르는 평균 힘인 230.39N을 핸들 부분에 사선 방향으로 힘을 부여하였다. 해석 결과 기존 보강대의 지름인 22mm일 때 최대 폰 미세스 응력은 126.2MPa, 안전 계수 2.18이고 보강대를 보완 설계한 지름인 26mm일 때 최대 폰 미세스 응력 76MPa, 안전계수 3.58, 30mm일 때 최대 폰 미세스 응력 65.75MPa, 안전계수 4.18로 도출되었음. 지름이 30mm일 때 안전계수가 40.18이지만 전동 관리기의 무게에 영향을 주어 경량화와 최적 소요동력에 영향을 주지 않는 보강대의 지름 26mm가 최적의 설계 인자인 것을 확인하였다.

진화이론을 근거로 한 사회복지제도의 검토 및 대안

본 연구는 진화이론의 관점에서 현대 사회복지제도를 검토하고 그 대안을 탐색하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 먼저 진화이론의 연구 결과들 중, 사회복지제도와 관련이 깊다고 판단되는 이타주의의 진화, 공정성에 대한 감각, 재분배 및 평등주의, 협동번식에 대한 내용들을 살펴본 후, 이에 근거하여 현대의 사회복지제도에 대해 고찰하였다. 생물들에서 나타나는 이타주의와 협동은 개체의 적응도를 높일 수 있기에 진화되었으며, 특히 인간을 포함한 영장류들은 협동의 관계에서 무임승차자와 비협조적인 개체를 처벌하는 공정성에 대한 감각을 발달시켜 왔다. 인간은 수렵채집시대 때부터 자원의 재분배를 실시하고 평등주의를 추구하면서 생존율을 높일 수 있었다. 인류가 진화시켜온 혈연관계를 뛰어넘는 이타주의, 공정성에 대한 감각과 평등주의 등은 더욱 많은 사람들 간의 노동분업을 촉진키시고, 협동을 진작시켜 문명을 발전시키는 원동력이 되어 왔다. 인류의 진화에서 자연선택된 이타성과 공정성, 평등주의는 사회복지가 추구하는 주요 이념과 유사하다. 또한 현대의 사회복지제도는 변화된 인류의 사회경제적 양상에 맞게 진화된 것임도 알 수 있다. 즉, 사회보험은 사회적 위험을 분산시킬 수 있는 호혜적 이타주의의 진화로, 공공부조는 사회 전체가 높은 윤리성을 지니고 있음을 공표한 것으로, 사회서비스는 혈연 이타주의를 넘어선 확장된 호혜적 이타주의의 진화로 이해할 수 있다. 사회복지제도 역시 되도록 많은 사람들 간에 상호부조와 공정성, 신뢰를 증진시킬 수 있는 것이 되어야 하며, 이러한 측면에서 보편적 복지를 통해 전 국민을 하나의 위험 대비 공동체로 조직함으로써 호혜적 이타주의의 적용 공동체를 국가적 수준으로 확대할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to examine social welfare system and to explore an alternative social welfare system in the view of evolutionary theories. To achieve these goals, this study investigated evolution of altruism, sense of fairness, egalitarianism and redistribution, and cooperative breeding. The main findings of this study are as follows. Cooperates with altruism have evolved in individuals to enhance the fitness of the object. And in the context of collaboration, primates including humans have developed a sense of fairness and punishment the uncooperative and free-rider. Humans could improve the survival rate through the pursuing equality and redistribution of resources from the time of hunting and gathering. Humans could enhance cooperation and division of labor between the more and more people, by the evolving of egalitarianism, sense of fairness and altruism beyond the kinship. These values are similar to the ideologies of social welfare. And social insurance may be the evolution of reciprocal altruism that can disperse the social risks of peoples. Public assistance can be the announcement that the society has high ethical standard. Social services can be understood on the evolution of interaction altruism that has been extended beyond the kin altruism. Social welfare system should be as it can make to promote fairness, mutual assistance, and the reliability as much as possible. Therefore, it is possible to expand the level of application of reciprocal altruism community through the universal welfare system.

광 네트워크에서 최근성을 이용한 타임슬롯 할당 알고리즘

기존의 연구에서는 광 경로를 설정할 때 파장 전체를 할당함으로써 많은 대역폭 낭비를 초래하였고, 타임슬롯을 할당할 때 처음 소스 노드에서 사용할 타임슬롯을 정하여 호 연결 설정 (call setup)을 함으로써 광 경로가 블록킹될 확률이 높았다. 본 논문에서는 광 네트워크에서 효율적으로 RWTA 문제를 해결하기 위한 새로운 타임슬롯 할당 알고리즘을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 제안하는 알고리즘은 호 연결 설정 시간까지의 타임슬롯 할당을 지연함으로써 광 경로가 블록킹될 확률을 최소화 할 수 있는 장점을 지닌 최근성 (recency)에 근거한 타임슬롯 할당 알고리즘이다.

독일 디아코니와 한국 개신교사회복지의 비교 분석

The purposes of this study are to compare German Diakonie and Korean Protestant social welfare and through this, to examine the significances and limitations of German Diakonie to Korean Protestant social welfare. The results of comparing the product of German Diakonie and Korean Protestant social welfare are as follows. First, in the case of the delivery system, Korean Protestant social welfare delivered social services through the social welfare corporation under the control of the governments, or through the form which individual churches provides services. However, German Diakonie had a form that provides the service through the control of welfare specializing corporation which the whole German Protestant churches established and federal association of voluntary welfare. Second, in the case of the financial system, Korean Protestant social welfare services were performed by donations or government subsidies. However, German Diakonie`s services were performed by social insurance, public assistance, and donations. This paper showed that these kind of differences of the delivery system and the financial system can occur the distinction of expertise of religious social welfare, overlapping or omitting in service supply, the quality of services through competition, and the extent of realization of Protestant social welfare philosophy. And on the basis of the analysis results, this article recommended the policy for the improvement of Protestant social welfare and religious social welfare of Korea.
