      • SEM 測定法에 의한 精密加工面 硏究

        Recently, ultraprecision machining technology has been developed competitively in advance countries for high precision mechanical components. Now they have inquired into high technology for acquiring machining quality such as surface roughness with nano-meter degree to produce high priced parts. In this study, paper aims to evaluate surface finish using SEM in the ultraprecision machining of aluminum(Al 6061) specimen by D/T. For the purpose of this experiment, specimens were treated with dry cutting of each 10 pieces step by 10km for total 100km. The results obtained by experimental study are summarized as follows; (1) As a result of the experiment in the ultraprecision machining by D/T, the formation of track according to cutting speed was observed to be uniform but additional suall track occurred within the regular track on the machined surface was checked out to be derived from propagation of the dull round-nosed tool's shape to the contact zone on the machined surface. (2) Nose radius of the cutting tool was uniform of the cutting tool wear and deformation profile but was checked to have an influence on the surface finish of the machined specimen with variation of 2㎛. (3) New tool by molding was observed to obtain not enough machinability of surface finish owing to propagation to the contact zone from not-uniformed sharp round-nose tool on the machined surface.

      • 중학생들의 진로포부수준,의사결정유형과 진로성숙도와의 관계

        Working with the third graders of high schools, the researcher tried to determine differences among such career-maturity related factors as career aspiration level, types of decision making, and career maturity by their residential areas, gender, kinds of high schools to enter and academic careers and to determine the correlation between career maturity and such variables as academic achievement, career aspiration level and types decision making. The researcher depended on questionnaire research which had been distributed to five co-ed schools located in cities, and gun, South Kyeongsang Province. The following are the findings. First, the survey shows that there was a significant difference in educational aspiration level in accordance with the subjects' resident areas, the kinds of high schools for them to wish to enter and academic achievement. The educational aspiration levels of subjects is higher in the areas of myeon(county) than the areas of cities(P<.01), and those who are expected to enter academic high schools have a higher educational aspiration level thant than those who are expected to enter vocational high schools in terms of kinds of high schools to enter(P<.001). The students with high academic achievement have a higher educational aspiration level than the students with low academic achievement(P<.001). There was no educational aspiration level by gender. Second, there was a difference in vocational aspiration levels by such subjects' variables as gender, kinds of high schools and academic achievement. In other words, the female subjects have a higher vocational aspiration than the male subjects, and those expected to academic high schools have a higher vocational aspiration than those expected to vocational high schools, Those with high academic achievement turned out to have a high vocational aspiration(P<.001). Third, the survey shows that the types of middle school students making a decision were rational, intuitional and dependent. The first two types turned out to be rather higher than the third type. The subjects had a tendency to have a rational type of decision making in case they live in cities(P<.001) or they are girls(P<.05) or they are academic high school students(P<.05). There was no statistically significant difference by area, gender and kinds of high schools in case of the intuitional type. The female subjects tended to make an dependent type of decision making in terms of gender(P<.005). Fourth, those living in the areas of myeon and male subjects had a high degree of maturity related to career in terms of residental areas (P<.001) and gender(P<.05). Fifth, those subjects with higher academic achievement had more improved type of rational decision making(r=.258, P<.001), but showed a decrease in the intuitional type(r=-.158, P<.01). Sixth, the survey with individual variables, academic achievement, career aspiration level and types of decision making as independent variable and with career maturity as an dependent variables reveals that the degree of career involvement was higher(β=.162, P<.01) if the subjects live in the areas of myeon(β=-.253, P<.001), and if they are expected to enter high schools(β=.130, P<.05), and if they make a rational decision(β=.248, P<.001). The subjects turned out to have a higher degree of career determination if they have a low degree of academic achievement(β=-.124, P<.05), and if their decision making is rational(β=.122, P<.01). The subjects turned out to have a lower degree of career determination if their decision making is a dependent type(β=-1.55, P<.01).

      • 전이금속 화합물을 이용한 탄소-수소, 탄소-탄소 결합 활성에 마이크로파의 적용

        Microwave irradiation has been used for many organic synthesis because of its benefits such as shorter reaction time and higher reactivity compared with conventional method. In this study, microwave irradiation was applied to the transition metal catalyzed C-H bond and C-C bond activation of aldehyde, primary alcohol, ketimine, and allylamine derivatives.///Benzaldehyde reacted with alkenes in the presence of RhCl(PPh3)3, 2-amino-3-picoline, and benzoic acid under microwave irradiation for 10 minutes to afford corresponding ketones in 75-85 % yields. The reaction should be operated at 130℃ for at least 4.5h to obtain comparable yields using thermostated oil bath.///This microwave system was applied to the alkylation of aldimine using transimination successfully and further utilized for the efficient preparation of ketone from primary alcohol. Using a catalyst system consisting of RhCl(PPh3)3, 2-amino-3-picoline, cyclohexlamine and benzoic acid, benzyl alcohol was transformed into heptanophenone in 83 % yield and the reaction time was shortened to 15 minutes.///ortho-alkylation of ketimine under microwave irradiation was also carried out and various alkenes including internal alkenes could be applied to this reaction. unlike the conventional method, monoalkylated product was formed selectively even in the presence of excess alkene.///MW system was also effective for the C-C bond activation of unstrained molecule that allylamine derivatives was reacted with alkenes to give symmetric dialkyl ketone through isomerization followed be consecutive C-H and C-C bond activation.////// Microwave irradiation을 이용한 유기화학 반응은 일반적인 방법에 비해 짧은 반응시간과 높은 반응성을 지니고 있다. microwave irradiation을 전이금속을 이용한 알데히드, 일차 알코올, 케티민, 그리고 알릴 아민 유도체의 탄소-수소 와 탄소-탄소의 결합활성에도 적용하였다.///벤즈알데히드와 alkenes을 Rh(PPh3)3Cl, 2-아미노-3-피콜린, 그리고 benzoic acid를 첨가하여 microwave irradiation에서 10분동안 반응시킨 결과 75∼85 % 의 수율로 케톤을 얻을 수 있었다. 이와 같은 조건으로 oil bath의 130℃, 4.5h동안의 반응시킨 결과 microwave의 반응성과 같은 결과를 보여주었다. /// Microwave system을 이용한 transimination 통한, 알디민의 알킬레이션을 성공적으로 수행했을 뿐아니라, 이를 일차 알코올로부터 케톤의 합성에도 적용할 수 있었다.///벤질 알코올과 오레핀을 Rh(PPh3)3Cl, 2-아미노-4-피콜린, benzoic acid 그리고 사이크로헥실아민을 첨가하여 microwave irradiation에서 15분동안 반응시킨 결과 83%의 수율로 heptanphone을 얻었다.///Aromatic ketimine의 ortho 위치의 탄소-수소 의 결합 활성에도 microwave irradiation을 응용할 수 있었다. 여러 가지 말단 올레핀과 내부 올레핀의 적용이 가능하였다. 과량의 올레핀을 사용하여도 선택적으로 monoalkylation 생성물을 얻을 수 있었다.///알릴 아민 유도체의 탄소-수소 및 탄소-탄소 결합 활성은 올레핀 이성질화 반응을 통해 진행되면, 대칭 케톤을 얻을 수 있었다. 이 반응의 마이크로파를 적용 할 수 있었다.//////

      • High Reynold number 조건을 위한 adjoint solver 개발 및 차량용 후처리시스템의 적용사례

        차량용 배기장화장치는 다양한 차량과 엔진속의 다양한 부품으로 인하여, 엔진에 장착되는 배기계 촉매정화장치가 장착될 수 있는 공간이 한정적이고, 유속이 빨라 High Reynold number조건하에 놓여있다 이러한 조건하에서 전산유동해석을 통한 유동성능을 최대화에 대한 형상최적화방법과 더불어 전산유동해석에 소용되는 시간 및 비용을 줄이는 방법까지 함께 고려되어야 한다. 본 논문은 여러 번의 수행회수가 필요한 다른 최적화방법론과 달리 한번의 해석을 통해서 설계변수의 민감도를 산출할 수 있는 adjoint 방법론을 연구하고, 기존의 연구에서 가지는High Reynold number조건하에서의 정확도와 불안정성을 극복하기 위해서 k-epsilon 난류모델을 포함한 adjoint solver를 만들고 log-law 벽함수에 대한 부분을 추가하여 High Reynold number조건하의 수렴성과 안정성을 가지도록 하였다. 최종적으로는 차량용 배기계에 본 최적화 기법을 적용하여 형상최적화를 수행하였다. 우선 개념설계모델에 대하여 실험계획법을 이용하여 전역적으로는 최적화를 진행하였고, 그 후 국부적으로는 adjoint 방정식을 이용한 표면의 설계민감도를 통한 최적화를 진행하여 형상최적화를 수행하였다. 이와 같은 과정을 통해 high reynold numer 조건하에 유동성능을 크게 향상 시킬 수 있었고 시험으로 검증까지 완료하였다. 본 연구결과는 차량용 배기계 제품이외에도 high reynold numer 조건하에 여러 제품개발의 경우에도 적용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

      • 고등학교교육 정보화를 위한 디지털 도서관의 활성화 방안

        Recently, student-centered and self-directed learning have been emphasized. With the development of computer and information technology, traditional school libraries have been transformed into digital libraries, due to the importance of teaching and learning for utilizing information resources. This study is aimed to search the methods of improving informatization in education by efficiently operating digital libraries. In 2002, this study surveyed 128 students, 80 subject teachers and 20 librarians in 20 cities and county high schools in Gyeongnam. The survey consists of status and operation of digital library, relatedness to educational information, and ways of improvement. The ways to improve digital libraries for the information-oriented school education are as follows. First, digital libraries have an important position as teaching-learning assistance center through which teachers and learners can freely search data at home and other places. Second, it takes a lot of budget to purchase computers and e-books for the learners. Thus digital libraries in the schools need to be connected to teaching-learning assistance center or digital resource center in the city and provincial departments of education. Third, the budget should be invested in purchasing resources of teaching-learning assistance center, instead of setting up hardware for the individual school digital libraries. Fourth, full-time librarians should be assigned. If it is hard to assign full-time librarians, contract-based librarians, circulating librarians, or teachers who got librarian training should be secured. Fifth, to increase access to the digital libraries by students and teachers, a systematic trainings for ways of using digital library is needed. A certain ratio of ICT application classes needs to be taken place in the digital libraries. At each school web-site, digital libraries and school curriculum need to be connected as a teaching-learning assistance center so that digital libraries could be linked to digital resource assistance center. Full-time librarian training curriculum should include a series of courses to foster information application abilities.
