캐나다 브리티시 컬럼비아(British Columbia)주 버나비(Burnaby)시에 위치한 버나비 빌리지 뮤지엄(Burnaby Village Museum)은 1920년대 마을을 그대로 복원하여 재현하고 있으며, 각 시설에 시대상을 해석해주는 해석가가 존재한다. 이는 과거 특정 시대를 재현하여 방문객에게 경험적 지식을 제공하는 ‘리빙뮤지엄’의 형태와 동일하다. 또한, 박물관 내 탑승 가능한 체험형 전시물은 지역 주민의 손에 의해 복원되었고, 지속해서 지역 대학 및 지역 정부와 협업해 지역 전체를 터전으로 전시를 진행하고 있기도 하다. 이는 자연, 생태, 산업, 문화 등 모든 것을 유산으로 포함하고 지역 주민이 자발적으로 참여해 지역 전체가 유기적으로 구성되는 ‘에코뮤지엄’의 속성을 드러낸다. 특히 빈 부지에 소멸 위기의 유산을 복원하는 면에서 ‘테마파크형 에코뮤지엄’의 속성이 두드러졌다. 이렇듯 버나비 빌리지 뮤지엄은 ‘리빙뮤지엄’과 ‘에코뮤지엄’의 특성과 속성을 모두 가지며 양가적이고 복합적인 특징을 보인다. 따라서 두 박물관의 접점에서 버나비 빌리지 뮤지엄의 유형을 찾을 수 있으며, 그것은 곧 박물관의 정체성으로 이어진다. 다양한 지역 이벤트를 개최하며 지역 공동체의 터전이 되고 있는 버나비 빌리지 뮤지엄은 지속적인 ‘기억의 수집과 보존’을 통하여 지역 주민은 물론이고 방문객과 소통하기 위해 꾸준히 노력하고 있다. 이는 ‘새로운 박물관이 사람들에게 휴식과 영감을 줄 수 있는 장소가 되어야한다’는 논의를 끌어내며, 과거 전통적 박물관에 대한 대안적 장소, 즉, 일종의 헤테로토피아로서 신박물관이 가지는 역할과 의의를 다시 한 번 생각해보게 한다. The Burnaby Village Museum, located in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada, recreates the setting of the region in the 1920s, and each facility in the museum has an interpreter who makes history come alive, reproducing a specific historical character in the past. This is identical to the form of ‘Living museum’ that simulates a specific era and provides visitors with experiential knowledge on past history. Besides, the interactive exhibits which visitors can ride on were restored by the hands of the local residents in Burnaby, and are continuously displaying various exhibitions in cooperation with the local university and the government through the whole local area. This shows the attribute as Ecomuseum in that the realm of the ecomuseum embraces every inheritance including nature, ecology, industry, and culture, and the entire area is organically composed by its local volunteers. In particular, the attribute as Theme Park-Style Ecomuseum, which restores legacies in danger of extinction on an empty site, was distinctive. Likewise, Burnaby Village Museum has the ambivalent and complex characteristics of both ‘Living museum’ and ‘Ecomuseum.’ Thus, it can be concluded that the Burnaby Village Museum can be found at the junction of the two museum types, which gives birth to a unique identity. The Burnaby Village Museum, which keeps hosting various local events for the local community, makes an effort to communicate with visitors as well as local residents through ‘continuous collection and preservation of memories.’ This leads to the discussion that “new museums should be a specific place where people can rest and get inspired”, appealing the role and significance of a new museum as an alternative to the old-fashioned traditional museum, that is, a kind of heterotopia.

Poly(1,4-cyclohexylenedimethylene terephthalate-co-1,4-cyclohexylenedimethylene 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylate) (PC#TN#) 폴리에스테르 공중합체를 안정제 및 금속 촉매를 넣지 않고 실온에서 단일 단계 용액 중합법으로 합성하였다. 얻어진 PC#TN# 폴리에스테르 공중합체의 화학 구조는 ¹H NMR로 규명하였고, 열특성은 TGA와 DSC로 확인하였다. 열적 특성은 diacid 부분의 나프탈렌 단위와 diol 부분의 cis/trans-1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol(CHDM) 이성질체의 비율을 변화시킴으로써 조절하였다. trans-CHDM의 증가된 함량은 유리 전이 온도(Tg) 및 용융 온도(Tm)를 증가시킬 수 있었다. 나프탈렌 단위의 함량을 증가시킴으로써 Tg는 선형적으로 증가하는 반면, Tm은 감소하다가 공융점(2,6-naphthalene dicarboxylic acid 36 mole%)에 도달하면 증가하였다. 합성된 폴리에스테르 공중합체의 열적분해 거동은 나프탈렌 및 trans-CHDM 단위를 증가시킴으로써 상당히 개선되었다. In this work, two series of poly(1,4-cyclohexylenedimethylene terephthalate-co-1,4-cyclohexylenedimethylene 2,6-naphthalenedicarboxylate) (PC#TN#) copolyesters were synthesized by a simple one-step solution polymerization method at room temperature without the use of stabilizer and metallic catalyst. Chemical compositions of obtained PC#TN# copolyesters were confirmed by nuclear magnetic resonance (¹H NMR) spectroscopy. Thermal properties of synthesized copolyesters were determined by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Thermal properties of synthesized PC#TN# were controlled by varying the ratio of naphthalene units in diacid part and cis/trans-1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol (CHDM) isomers in diol part. An increased content of trans-CHDM can increase glass transition temperature (Tg) and melting temperature (Tm) profoundly. By increasing the content of naphthalene units, Tg increases linearly while Tm is first decreased then it starts to increase once the eutectic point (2,6-naphthalene dicarboxylic acid 36 mole%) is reached. Thermal degradation behavior of synthesized copolyesters was also significantly improved by increasing naphthalene and trans-CHDM units.
건설안전 투자비용과 사망사고 손실비용에 대한 정량적 분석

In order to promote the voluntary accident prevention efforts of construction project participants, it is necessary to accurately recognize the cost of loss in case of the serious accidents. Therefore, in this study, the quantification method for safety investment cost and fatal accident cost considering the properties of the construction industry was reviewed, and the following three procedures were followed. (i) Data collection and criteria establishment; (ii) Conducting surveys of domestic construction companies; (iii) Quantification analysis of survey results. As the results of this study, the average construction safety investment at 38 sites was calculated as 1,517,967 1,000KRW/site. Also, the average fatal accident of 22 fatal accidents was calculated as 1,984,306 1,000KRW/person. It is expected that construction companies will be able to use this results of this study as a basis for planning the safety investment cost.
빅데이터 기반 건설업 사고재해와 미세먼지 농도의 상관관계 분석

Due to construction work being done outdoors, construction workers are affected by harmful environmental factors such as Particulate Matter (PM<SUB>10</SUB>) with a diameter of 10 ㎍/m³ or less. If directly inhaled by humans, it could have a fatal impact. Contrary to the diverse analysis available regarding the health impact of PM<SUB>10</SUB>, there is not much research to be found in the correlation between construction accidents and PM<SUB>10</SUB> levels. Therefore, this study aims to analyze this relationship and its relative importance. The method used involved collecting data, classifying data, analyzing the relative importance of construction accidents by concentration of PM<SUB>10</SUB>, correlation analysis between accidents and PM<SUB>10</SUB> and variance analysis of concentration levels of PM<SUB>10</SUB> at construction accident sites. This analysis resulted in discovering that most accidents occurred when the average level of PM<SUB>10</SUB> (31㎍/m³) was present. Regarding relative importance, it was identified that the frequency of construction accidents had a significant positive relationship with the level of PM<SUB>10</SUB> (R=0.846), the highest was at the level of PM<SUB>10</SUB> (123 ㎍/m³). This study suggests that high levels of PM<SUB>10</SUB> is a potential cause of accidents occurring at construction sites.

그래프 기반 경로 검색 알고리즘은 실제 세계에서 정류장이나 노선이 추가되면 그래프의 노드 및 링크 정보를 업데이트해야 하는 번거로움이 있었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 변화에 신속하게 대처하기 위해 정류장 간 연결 정보와 운행 시간표 데이터를 이용한 트리 구조 다중 경로 검색 모델을 제안한다.
