사회복지상담의 관점과 실천의 가치 - SPECT모델을 중심으로 -

본 연구에서는 사회복지상담의 정체성을 규명하고자 SPECT모델을 제시하면서 사회복지상담의 본질을 명확히 하고자 하였다. SPECT모델은 사회복지상담이 견지해야 하는 관점을 제시하고 있는데, 이는 주관성 (Subjectivity), 촉진관계성(Precipitate), 절충성(Eclectic), 맥락성(Context), 가변성(Treatable)으로 구체화된다. 이를 요약하면 주관성이란 모든 개인은 고유하며 독특하다고 이해되어야 함을 강조하며, 여기에는 인간존중, 개별화, 공감, 의도적 감정표현, 수용, 진실성의 사회복지실천의 가치가 포함된다. 촉진관 계성은 내담자의 문제해결을 위해 유익한 괸계경험을 제공해야 함을 강조하며, 여기에는 탄력성, 동기유발, 의도적 관계, 변화가능성, 잠재력의 가치를 포함한다. 절충성은 개입의 효과성이 검증된 상담이론을 중심으로 이론과 모델의 절충을 의미하며, 여기에는 증거기반, 효과성과 효율성, 과학적 토대, 전문성 강화의 가치가 포함된다. 맥락성은 클라이언트의 문제가 체계나 상황 등의 맥락에서 발생함을 강조하며, 여기에는 환경 속의 개인, 자원동원, 체계적 실천, 이중접근 등의 가치가 포함된다. 끝으로 가변성은 모든 클라이언트는 변화할수 있고 변화를 선택할 수 있음을 강조하며, 여기에는 강점관점, 능력의 신뢰, 자기결정, 책임성, 인간존중의 가치가 포함된다. The purpose of this study aims to clarify the identity of social work counseling and to understand clearly the nature of social work counseling by reviewing SPECT model. The author of this study proposed the SPECT model created by the author can present the perspective of social work counseling. The SPECT model consists of five component such as ‘Subjectivity’, ‘Promotion’, ‘Eclecticism’, ‘Context’, ‘Treatable’. ‘Subjectivity’ stresses that every individual must be understood as unique one, ‘Subjectivity’ includes the values of social work practice of respect, individualization, empathy, intentional expression, acceptance and genuine. ‘Promotive relationship’ stresses the client need to have beneficial experience to solve their problems, Promotive relationships include the value of social work practice such as resilience, incentives, intentional relationships, likelihood of change, and potential. ‘Eclecticism’ emphasizes that the theories of social work counseling should be selected based on effectiveness proved, This includes the value of evidence-based, effectiveness and efficiency, scientific foundations and professional strength. ‘Contexture’ emphasizes that problems of client occur in the systemic base, contexture includes the value such as person in environment , resource mobilization, systemic approaches, multidimensional approaches. treatable includes the value of social work practice such as strengths perspective, trust in capabilities, self-determination, accountability, and human respect. Finally, ‘Treatable’ emphasize that every clients can choose the potential for change at any situation, Treatable includes value of social work practice such as strengths perspective, trust in capabilities, self-determination, accountability, and human respect.

노인의 사회자본이 자존감과 심리적 복지감에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 노인의 사회자본이 자존감과 심리적 복지감에 미치는 영향이 어떠한지를 살펴보고자 하였고, 이를 위해 부산에 소재하는 65세 이상의 노인 162명을 상대로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 노인의 사회자본과 심리적 복지감에서는 공적신뢰가 높다고 인식할수록, 규범이 낮다고 인식할수록 그리고 여성 노인이 남성 노인보다 심리적 복지감이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 노인의 사회자본과 자아존중감의 관련성에서는 공적신뢰, 공식적 네트워크, 규범이 자아존중감에 유의미한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 여성이 남성보다 자아존중감이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 연구의 함의를 논의하였으며, 추후 연구과제와 연구의 한계를 논의하였다. 특히 본 연구는 국내 최초로 노인의 사회자본과 자존감 및 심리적 복지감의 관련성을 실증적으로 파악하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. This study attempted to study the relation between the social capitals and self esteem, psychological wellbeing of the elderly. This study took a questionnaire survey to 162 elderly persons over 65 years old in Busan Metropolitan City. The results of the impact of social capitals upon mental health of the elderly were as follows. For the social capitals and self esteem, formal reliability, formal network and the norm, women had significantly positive(+) impact on self esteem. For the social capitals and psychological wellbeing, formal reliability, women had significantly positive(+) impact on psychological wellbeing, while the norm had significantly negative (-) impact on psychological wellbeing. Based on such results, this study suggested meaning and necessity to construct the social capitals and its activation for the improvement of psychological health of the elderly. Finally, it remarked the limits of the study and the suggestions for the further research direction.

신세대 병사의 감각추구성향이 군대적응에 미치는 영향 상급자 및 동료관계의 조절효과를 중심으로

본 연구에서는 신세대병사의 특징으로 간주되는 감각추구성향과 동료 및 상관관계 그리고 군대적응의 관계를 살펴보고, 감각추구성향과 군대적응의 관계에서 상관 및 동료관계가 조절효과로 기능하는지를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 2개 부대에서 현역으로 복무하는 병사들이며, 설문조사를 통해 492부가 최종분석에 활용되었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 12.0을 사용하여 위계적 회귀분석을 적용하였고, 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 감각추구성향이 낮을수록, 상급자 및 동료관계가 좋을수록 군대적응을 잘하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 감각추구성향과 군대적응의 관계에서 상급자관계는 조절효과를 보이지 않은 반면, 동료관계는 감각추구성향과 상호작용하여 군대적응을 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 동료관계의 조절효과의 양상을 보면, 동료관계가 좋지 않은 집단의 경우 감각추구성향 정도에 상관없이 군대적응이 일정하거나 낮아지는 특성을 보인 반면, 동료관계가 좋은 집단의 경우 감각추구성향이 낮거나 높은 모든 상황에서 동료관계가 좋지 않은 집단에 비해 군대적응 정도가 높은 특성을 보였다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 병사의 군대적응 문제와 관련하여 감각추구성향, 상급자와 동료관계 개선을 포함하는 개입방안과 함께 본 연구결과의 의의와 제한점을 기술하였다. This study explored whether soldiers` relationship with their peer and superior moderated the sensation seeking and adaptation of military service. The data were collected from 492 of soldiers in the military from questionaries. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistic and hierarchial regression analysis by means of SPSS 12.0. The results of analysis are as follows: First, it was proved that sensation seeking and soldiers` relationship with their peer and superior were positively correlated with maladjustment of military service. Second, the results indicated that soldiers` relationship with their peer moderated on the relation between sensation seeking and maladjustment of military service. Third, in the direction of the moderating effect, it was found out that in the group of good relationship with their peer, maladjustment of military service has been decreased in both high and low sensation seeking situation. However it was expected in case of extremely high situation of sensation seeking level of maladjustment of military service would be declined. Accordingly this result, this study suggested some strategy on the intervention about relationship with soldiers` peer and superior and described significants and limitation of this study.

This study is based on the premise that activating counseling in social work practice enables social work practice to take effect in quality and quantity. To do this, this study was consider the impaction of counseling in social work practice, identified counseling and psychotherapy was the first model of social work practice, suggested counseling have been s consisted of clinical social work. This study described the relationship between the two tracks approaches and counseling in social work practice, studied counseling skills applied in social work practice. In addition to, this study suggested the necessity of invent the naming of social work counseling as communication, clarification of service, magnification of service. this study identified social work counseling firstly in Korea. Finally this study investigated the difference between psychological counseling and social work counseling and suggested some ideas to revitalize social work counseling in social work practice setting. 본 연구는 사회복지실천 장면에서 상담이 활성화되어야 실천의 질과 양적인 측면에서 효과적인 서비스를 담보할 수 있다는 전제에서 출발하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 사회복지실천에서 상담이 차지하는 비중을 고찰하였고, 사회복지실천의 최초모형이 상담을 토대로 했음을 지적하면서 임상사회사업의 핵심서비스 역시 상담임을 문헌을 통해 고찰하였다. 본 연구는 또한 사회복지실천에서 중시되어 왔던 이중적 접근과 상담의 연관성을 논리적으로 기술하였고, 사회복지상담에서 활용하는 상담기술을 고찰하였다. 아울러 본 연구에서는 사회복지상담의 용어가 사용되어야 할 필요성으로 의사소통, 서비스의 명확성, 서비스의 확장성을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 국내 최초로 사회복지상담을 체계적으로 정의하였다. 사회복지상담이 일반 심리상담과 차이 나는 점을 고찰하였고, 한국에서 사회복지상담이 활성화되어야 할 과제를 구체적으로 제안하였다.

장애대학생의 지각된 낙인과 우울이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 장애대학생의 지각된 낙인과 우울이 대학생활을 방해한다는 가설을 전제로 사회적지지가 조절효과를 가지는지를 실증하고자 계획되었다. 이를 위해 부산 경남 일부지역의 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 장애대학생 108명(남학생 61명, 여학생 47명)을 대상으로 연구한 결과는 다음과 같다. 인구사회학적 변인 중에서 성별과 학년은 장애대학생의 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 유의한 변수였고, 장애대학생의 지각된 낙인과 우울은 장애대학생의 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 유의한 변수임이 드러났다. 특히 우울의 영향력이 상대적으로 매우 우세한 것으로 파악되었다. 사회적지지 또한 장애대학생의 대학생활적응에 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며, 지각된 낙인과 우울이 대학생활적응에 미치는 관계에서 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 증명되었다. 본 연구는 장애대학생의 대학생활적응력 향상을 위해서는 여러 접근들 못지않게 장애대학생을 둘러싼 사회적지지에 대한 관심 역시 중요하다는 것을 입증하고 있다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 실천적 함의를 제시하였다. This article attempted to find out the moderating effects of social support in the relationship between perceived stigma, depression of student with disabilities(SWD) and their adjustment of campus life. For the purpose of the reason the data were collected from 108 SWD from questionaries in Busan city and Kyungnam province. The results were as follows. It was revealed that the factors, grade and gender, had significant difference in the level of adjusting campus life of SWD. Perceived stigma and depression of SWD had positive impact on the adjustment of campus life. Social support of SWD also had positive impact on the adjustment of campus life. This study demonstrated that social support of SWD had moderating effect in the relationship between perceived stigma, depression of SWD and their adjustment of campus life. This study verified that for the purpose of improving the adjusting level in college life of SWD, it was as important to make social support to be delivered at SWD as decreasing the perceived stigma and depression of SWD. Finally, the authors suggested some direction to solve the problem related this study question and remarked the limitation of this study.
