복잡한 사회-기술 시스템의 사고분석을 통한 팀 의사결정 영향요소의 역할 조사

Objective: The purpose of this study is to identify and organize team decision making (TDM) performance factors and apply them to the investigation of previous accidents in complex systems. Background: Team work, particularly TDM, is increasingly important to the safe and efficient operation of complex socio-technical systems such as nuclear power plants (NPPs). For this reason, identification and organization of TDM performance factors has recently been an important issue. Method: This study established a model for identifying and organizing TDM influencing factors and then identified 34 TDM influencing factors based on the model through a comprehensive literature review and accident analysis. In order to understand how the 34 factors can be reasonably used as causal factors of accidents and to examine how each of them significantly affects TDM process, we examined 558 accidents in three domains (NPPs, aviation, and railway). Results: The 34 factors were useful for investigating accidents in which TDM process was critical and they have different significance in affecting the performance of TDM. Conclusion: The proposed model and the 34 factors would be useful for examining accidents in which TDM performance is problematic. Application: The proposed model and the 34 factors would be effectively used for modeling and analyzing accidents in complex systems and would be a theoretical basis for probabilistic safety assessment (PSA) in severe accident situations.

복잡한 시스템에서의 기존 사고분석을 통한 팀 의사결정 영향요소 도출 및 조직화

Objective: The purpose of this study is to identify and organize factors that can be influential in the performance of team decision making (TDM) through analyzing previous accidents in complex systems. Background: In the operation of complex socio-technical systems, it is increasingly important to enhance the performance of teamwork, particularly TDM. For this it is necessary to identify a set of factors influencing TDM. However, there is still a lack of studies that investigate TDM impact factors and propose a way of organizing them meaningfully. Method: We examined 989 accidents in the three work domains (nuclear power plants, railway systems, and aviation industry). Of those, 258 accidents were considered as cases in which human errors were involved. Again, a more detailed analysis of them revealed 35 accidents to which TDM performance was critical. Based on the analysis of those 35 accidents, we identified 88 TDM impact factors and classified them into 13 groups. Results: Seventy-two factors influencing TDM were identified and categorized into 13 groups that are meaningful to more comprehensive study of TDM process. Conclusion: We derived 88 factors that could influence the performance of TDM through accident analysis in the three work domains and classified them into 13 groups as well. Application: The identified TDM impact factors can be a useful input data for assessing team reliability in complex systems and offer a theoretical basis for understanding TDM more comprehensively.

한국 PR 연구 진화와 동향 인식론적 메타 분석을 중심으로

The main aim of this research was to determine how Korean public relations(PR) research and literature has evolved during the last 18 years, based on quantitative, terminological, methodological, and epistemological evolutionary views. A content analysis-based empirical examination of all 327 papers published in a major PR journal in Korea, Journal of Public Relations (JPR), during the period was be conducted. Four significant findings resulted: 1) Korean PR research has been growing quantitatively over time; 2) Korean PR research has been linked and applied to many different PR-related terms; 3) quantitative research methods have dominated in Korean PR research over time; and 4) the epistemological evolution of Korean PR research fits with a progressive view.

인터넷 정보화에 따른 기술의 발달은 인터넷 콘텐츠 표현 방식에 변화를 가져왔으며, 그중에서도 멀티미디어 콘텐츠의 발달은 시각적이고 감각적인 경험을 화면상에서 구현 가능하게 하였다. 그러나 단순한 움직임이나 상호 작용성을 이용한 매체의 기술적 유희를 넘어서지 못해 웹 인터페이스의 사용성 및 접근성에 따른 인포메이션 환경의 빈약함이 드러나고 있는 실정이다. 이는 인터랙션 측면에서 볼 때 인터페이스를 통한 한정된 공간에서 문자가 아닌 시각적 요소들에 의해 인식되고 반응되어지는데, 그 행위 중 클릭 등을 통해 다음 행위가 연계되지 않는 것은 직관적이고 자연스러운 인터페이스를 제공하지 못함을 나타낸다. 따라서 웹 인터페이스에서는 사용자의 상호작용적인 경험이 중요하며, 이러한 관점에서 웹 인터페이스에서의 경험 디자인의 구조 및 구성요소를 바탕으로 한 웹 인터페이스에서의 경험에 대한 연구가 필요하다고 본다. The development of technology caused by Internet`s information mad changes in the method of presentation in the Internet`s contents, among them the development of Multimedia`s contents make experiences of usuals and sensibility possible on the on the screen. But of poorness of information`s environment caused use and access of web interface is exposed because of the limitation of technology`s entertainment on the simple activity and interface relation. In terms of interrelation, it`s realized and react by not a character but the visual elements in the space limited through the interface. After these activity res, not to connect next acts by the click presents difficulty of providing interface which is intuitional and natural. Therefore the interrelation experiences of users are important in ter web interface. The research about the experiences in the same sections which is established on the structure and composition`s element of experience`s design in web interface. So, this lecture was progressed to focus on the literature`s research and analysis of example. Fist of all, the specialization about experience`s deign and interaction`s media through former literature and research.

SNS based Social commerce is becoming an issue in our economy and is increasing drastically. Even though there is relatively low entry barrier, the Big three social commerce companies account for more than 50% of the total Korean market. It is required to understand and prepare the characteristics of social commerce when start a new business in social commerce area. In addition, consumer complaints are also increasing due to the relatively low level of services in social commerce. Any social commerce company is not able to provide basic services and it shows a loophole such as customer management. There are these problems in the sales-driven social commerce. Players of social commerce marketplace are divided into consumer, supplier, and seller. This study tried to figure out the relationship among SNS satisfaction, Social Commerce Reliability and Continuous Usage. Based on the results of empirical analysis, we suggests business strategy for social commerce companies. The results of this study can be summarized that there are structural relationship among SNS attitudes, SNS satisfaction, reliability, and continuous use of social commerce. Concretely, SNS attitudes influence to SNS satisfaction and the SNS satisfaction influence to reliability and continuous use of social commerce.
