WBI 플랫폼의 설계 및 구현

In this paper, various platforms are designed, where instructors and students can communicate each other to educate, ask and answer the questions interactivel under the WEB 3-based remote real-time instrurtions. The proposed system maximizes involvements among the students, instrurtors and administrators, which facilitate the understanding and progressive developments of the lessons and tasks to be performed. In the proposed education system, the instructors work as overseers for the study and the students benefit from comparative learning and pattern design. Also, the advantages of WBI are maximized, and the common factors among the mutual components are extracted and reused to avoid the confusion for the students. The advantages of the components are maximized and applied to the proposed system. 본 논문에서는 WEB상에서 실시간 수업과 원격학습을 공동으로 유지하여 교수자와 학습자가 상호 통신하며 질문과 응답을 할 수 있도록 다양한 플랫폼을 설계하였다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 교육시스템은 교수자가 학습 주관자적 인 입장에서 교육을 진행하고, 학습자는 사용자 중심의 비교 학습 및 패턴 설계의 장점을 극대화 시켜 인터넷에서 실행되는 WBI의 장점을 확대화하고, 학습자의 혼란을 방지하기 위하여 상호 부품간의 공동성을 추출하고 재사용등을 반영할 수 있도록 컴포넌트의 장점을 최대한 반영시켰다.

웹 기반 학습자 중심의 프로젝트 시스템의 설계 및 구현

Web based lecture & learning system has changed the conventional learner-oriented educational environment by adding mutual interactions. From the learner competency-based education. the necessity of the learner-oriented education and the mutual cooperation among the learners has been increased. A project-based education system will achieve a progressive development in understanding and the competency for the job to be performed by the mutual interactions between the learners and between the learners and the lecturer. This paper presents the project-based learning system in order to facilitate and achieve the goals of the industrial business processing system implementations in the ongoing popular Internet environments. In the proposed project-based system, the lecturer presents a problem to be solved and leads the education as a supervisor The learner can maximize the efficiency for study by taking advantage of the learner-oriented comparison study and the patterning. 웹 기반 교수-학습 시스템은 상호작용을 부가하여 학습자 위주의 교육 환경에 변화를 가져왔다. 학습자 능력 중심의 교육으로부터 학습자 중심적인 교육의 필요성과 학습자간의 협동 활동의 의미가 점차 증대되고 있다. 프로젝트 교육 시스템은 학습자와 학습자 및 학습자와 교수자의 상호 참여를 통하여, 수행하게 될 직무를 이해하고 능력의 점증적인 발전을 도모하게 된다. 시대적 요구에 부응하여 컴퓨터 및 인터넷이 대중화되어 가는 시점에서 프로젝트 수행을 효율적으로 진행할 수 있으므로 본 논문에서는 산업체의 업무 처리 체계를 실현 목표로 한 프로젝트 교육 학습체계를 제시한다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 프로젝트 시스템은 교수자가 프로젝트의 주관자적인 입장에서 문제를 제시하고 교육을 진행하며, 학습자는 학습자 중심의 비교 학습 및 패턴화의 장점을 극대화 시켜서 학습의 효율성을 극대화 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

전공심화과정을 위한 웹 기반 교육 프로그램의 설계 및 구현

컴퓨터의 발달과 정보통신의 확대로 인하여 사회 각 분야에 대한 변화와 함께 교육환경에도 많은 변화가 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 변화 요인을 점검하여 학습의 진행에 효율적으로 참여할 수 있는 학습체계를 개발하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 교육시스템은 관리자가 프로젝트의 주관자적인 입장에서 교육을 진행하고, 학습자는 사용자 중심의 비교 학습 및 패턴 설계의 장점을 극대화시켜 인터넷/인트라넷 상에서 실행되는 프로젝트 교육의 설계와 구현 방법에 관해 논한다. 국가이미지 인접이론과 동태성에 관한 탐색적 고찰

기존 연구에서는 국가이미지의 연구흐름과 동향을 파악할 수 있는 연구가 진행되어 국가이미지 연구의 중요한 흐름을 파악할 수 있었다(유재웅·전용주, 2010; 염성원, 2003; 정성훈·이춘수, 2005). 선행연구를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 다음과 같은 연구목적을 수행하였다. 첫째, 국가이미지를 지속적으로 제고하고 관련 연구를 확장하기 위해서 이론적 측면에서, 정교화가능성이론, 범주화이론, 복잡계이론을 중심으로 고찰하였다. 또한 인접이론들을 설명하고 활용할 수 있는 이슈를 소비자들의 정보처리 인식과정을 중심으로 제시하였다. 둘째, 국가이미지의 동태적 변화에 대하여 2차 자료를 통하여 제시하였다. 본 연구의 시사점을 요약하자면, 첫째, 국가이미지를 연구하기 위한 인접이론들을 통하여 정보처리 인지과정이론을 제시하여 향후 관련 연구의 이론적 확장에 기여하고자 하였다. 둘째, 본 연구를 통하여 종단면적 연구를 하기 위한 체계적인 설문항목의 개발과 매년 일관성이 있게 국가이미지측정항목을 중심으로 국가이미지가 어떻게 동태적으로 변화하고 있는지를 설계 조사할 수 있는 단서를 제공할 것이다. The existing studies, conducted in order to understand the history and the current trend of the country image, has helped comprehend how the researches on the country image has developed. The study has been conducted for the following reasons First, This study aim to explain the related theory including Elaboration Likelihood Model and Categorization in order to enhance the country image continuously and extend the relevant studies. we also suggested the applicable issues focusing on the customers’ cognitive process in handling information. Second, we suggest the secondary data about the dynamic change of country image. Summarizing the implication of this study, it can contribute to the extension of the related theory suggesting the cognitive process theory of information handling for researching the country image with KOTRA by Data. also, it contributes to the systematic article of survey for the longitudinal sectional study and it can make you understand the dynamic change of country image focusing on the article measuring the country image consistently.

내부회계관리제도의 취약점이 감사의견에 미치는 영향

재무제표 감사의견이 명시적으로 재무제표 왜곡표시에 관한 정보를 제공한다면 내부회계관리제도 검토의견은 재무제표가 왜곡표시될 수 있는 잠재적 위험에 관한 정보를 제공한다. 본 연구는 내부회계관리제도의 취약점이 감사의견에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써 회계정보 산출과정상의 잠재적 위험이 실제로 재무제표의 왜곡표시로 현실화될 수 있음을 밝히고자 하였다. 실증분석을 위해 2006년부터 2009년까지 코스닥증권시장(KOSDAQ)에 상장된 기업-연도 표본을 이용하였으며 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 비적정 검토의견이 당기의 비적정 감사의견에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째 비적정 검토의견이 차기의 비적정 감사의견에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 내부회계관리제도가 취약할수록 당기뿐만 아니라 차기 감사의견이 비적정일 가능성이 높다는 결과로서 내부회계관리제도의 취약점이 재무제표 왜곡표시 가능성에 관한 정보를 제공한다는 것을 의미한다. 셋째 비적정 검토의견을 성격에 따라 중요한 취약점과 범위제한으로 인한 의견거절로 구분할 경우 중요한 취약점은 회계기준위배와 관련된 비적정 감사의견에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미친 반면 범위제한으로 인한 의견거절은 감사범위제한 등과 관련된 비적정 감사의견에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 중요한 취약점의 경우에는 해당 개별항목의 왜곡표시로 연결될 가능성이 크고 범위제한으로 인한 의견거절의 경우에는 내부회계관리제도 전반에 걸친 부실로 인해 감사범위제한으로 연결될 가능성이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 검토의견과 감사의견의 상관성을 검증해봄으로써 내부회계관리제도가 회계정보 신뢰성에 미치는 영향을 평가해볼 수 있는 기회를 제공할 것으로 기대한다. While audit opinion of financial statements(FS) provides information about fair or unfair presentation of FS explicitly review opinion of Internal control over financial reporting(ICFR) provides information about possibilities of unfair presentation of FS implicitly. That is internal control weaknesses can provide important insight into the potential unfair presentation. By investigating the relation between audit opinion of FS and review opinion of ICFR this paper provides the evidence that the potential risk of unfair presentation that is implied in internal control weaknesses can realize unfair presentation of financial statements. The dependent variable is OPI indicator variable that is equal to 1 if audit opinion is not unqualified and 0 otherwise. The main independent variable is ICOPI indicator variable that is equal to 1 if review opinion of ICFR is not unqualified and 0 otherwise. Using a sample of KOSDAQ from 2006 to 2009 the main results are as follows. First ICOPI has a positive relation with the current year's OPI. Second ICOPI has a positive relation with the following year's OPI. Third when dichotomizing internal control weaknesses into material weakness and disclaimer of review opinion material weakness has a positive relation with OPI related to violation of accounting standards and disclaimer of review opinion has a positive relation with OPI related to scope limitation or going concern problem etc. The results in this paper show that review opinion of ICFR has a positive relation with audit opinion of current and following year. This means that firms with internal control weaknesses have a problem in accounting process in turn are likely to present financial statement unfairly at any time. This paper is expected to provide insight that the information implied in review opinion of ICFR can play an important role in assessing the reliability of accounting information.

Due to the developments of computers and data communications, our society and educational environments have changed rapidly. Accordingly, the environments and technology for the virtual learning system have also changed drastically. The conventional face to face learning system is changing to a user-oriented education system. A virtual learning system which adapts itself to the needs of the various educational administrators and users has been tested and studied. Unlike the conventional static computer-based education system, a dynamic multimedia web-based learning system has an advantage of offering the students more detailed and precise information. However, most education systems have problems and constraints such as the necessity of high priced hardware server, the technical application of web-based software, i. e., CGI, network implementation for the internet, and so on. In this paper, an effective design and implementation of a web-based learning system is suggested, where the administrator can make a space in the cyber-domain and the learning is proceeded in the internet/intranet environments.
