자활사업 참여자의 임파워먼트를 위한 인문학 프로그램의 개발과 효과연구

본 연구는 한국 자활사업의 양적인 팽창에도 불구하고 낮은 성과를 보이는 원인은, 자활사업 참여자들을 위한 거시적인 측면의 임파워먼트가 실천되고 있지 않다는 문제의식에서 출발한다. 이에 임파워먼트와 임파워먼트 실천의 현재적 모습을 비판적으로 고찰하는 동시에 임파워먼트의 다각적 의미와 방향을 논의하였다. 또한 인문학의 가치와 방향성에 대한 탐색을 통해 임파워먼트 실천의 도구로서 인문학 프로그램을 모색하였다. 동시에 본 연구는 인문학 프로그램의 적용과 효과에 대한 경험적 연구로, 인문학 프로그램이 자활사업의 한계를 극복하고 참여자들의 임파워링을 위한 효과적인 도구가 될 수 있는지를 규명하고자 하였다. 연구결과 인문학 프로그램을 통해 참여자들은 빈곤의 원인과 책임주체에 대한 인식이 개인에서 구조로 전환된 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 복지에 대한 인식과 태도에서도 잔여적복지에서 제도적복지로 변화되었다. 이러한 인식의 변화는 현재의 사회구조와 제도변형을 위한 실천의 출발점이 된다고 볼 수 있다. 또한 정치적 주체로서 나를 자각하게 되고, 노동자로서의 권리주장과 연대의식의 조직을 통해 제도적 복지정책의 구축을 전망하게 한다. The purpose of this study is to analyze a factor why the self-sufficiency program led to low achievements despite an increase in quantity. The assumption of This study is because it is in need of empowerment. Therefore this study critically explores the self-sufficiency program implemented up to now and discusses meanings and directions of the self-sufficiency program. In addition it finds humanities programs as a practice tool for empowerment. As a result, this study is to confirm that the consciousness in the cause and responsibility of poverty of the humanities program participants changes from an individual to objective structures. It means a shift in attitude from the residual to the institutional welfare consciousness. The change can be a starting point to push the consciousness of social structures and system modification into action. Additionally the participants can be fully aware of their identification as the social subject and try to make the institutional welfare system through organizations with the rights and solidarity as workers.

The nuclear power policy in Germany are analyzed in terms of socio-political perspectives in ecological modernization theory. The purpose of this study is not only to inquire the political process of German nuclear policy with the corresponding response of government, political parties and civil society, but also to find the theoretical and practical basis imbedded in German nuclear policy with the perspective of ecological modernization. The pattern and characteristics of German nuclear policy are derived from the empirical analysis of historical development and political decision of government, political parties and anti-nuclear movement of civil society in German case since 1955. Research questions are raised in Chapter 1. The theoretical basis of ecological modernization and the status of research about nuclear policy as well as nuclear power in German electricity and energy system are summarized in chapter 2. In chapter 3, the historical development of nuclear policy is interpreted with the response of government, political parties and anti-nuclear movement in each phase. The pattern and characteristics of German nuclear policy are derived from the empirical analysis of German case. In chapter 4, the factors and implications of policy change in German case are analyzed with the theoretical basis of ecological modernization. Finally, in chapter 5 the results of analysis are summarized.

DICAM, a dual Ig domain containing adhesion molecule, is involved in cell-cell adhesion through direct interaction with αvβ3 integrin. In our previous study showing the inhibitory role of DICAM in osteoclast differentiation, we found that DICAM also has a suppressive role in macrophage, the precursor cell of osteoclast, The role of DICAM in macrophage activation at the inflammatory milieu, however, remains obscure, Methods, Expression pattern of DICAM by inflammatory cytokines and lipopolysaccharide (LPS) was studied with RAW264.7, a murine macrophage cell line, To study the role of DICAM on macrophage activation, we stably transduced DICAM, or empty vector, into RAW264.7, and then compared the LPS-mediated activation such as spreading and TNF-a production, Results, DICAM was abundantly expressed in the synovial tissue of collagen-induced arthritis. When we assessed the expression of DICAM in RAW264.7 cells by mediators of inflammation, inflammatory cytokines, such as TNF-α, IL-1β, and IFN-γ, and M-CSF increased the expression of DICAM; however, LPS decreased. Functionally, DICAM that stably transduced-RAW264.7 cells showed attenuation of LPS-mediated macrophage activation including spreading and TNF-α production. DICAM decreased the phosphorylation of JNK MAP kinase by M-CSF and LPS stimulation, which was corroborated by a decrease in the expression of ITAM-associated receptors including Trem2, Pira1, and Oscar. Finally, a recombinant ectodomain of DICAM suppressed LPS-induced activation of RAW264.7 cells, Conclusion. These results indicate that DICAM acts as a negative regulator of LPS-mediated macrophage activation.

The main stated preference method used for estimating of economical values of cultural heritages is the contingent valuation method. The study is to apply the double-bound dichotomous choice method as the contingent valuation method to estimate non-market value of JIKJI in Cheongju and its policy implication, JIKJI is the first publication in the whole world which is printed using metal printing method and JIKJI is listed on Memory of the World program in 2001. This study is expected to contribute to the decision-making process for policy-makers by providing useful methodological framework and quantitative information related to JIKJI Globalization in Cheongju.
오존 처리 및 UV 조사를 이용한 Sulfamethoxazole 제거 동역학적 고찰 및 pH 영향

This study was performed to assess the potential use of ozone or UV radiation for the treatment of water contaminated with sulfamethoxazole (SMX), which is frequently used antibiotic in human and veterinary medicines, especially focusing on the kinetic study and effect of pH. In a study using ozone alone, kinetic study was performed to determine second-order rate constant (kO3,SMX) for the reactions of SMX with ozone, which was found to be 1.9 × 106 M-1s-1 at pH 7. The removal efficiencies of SMX by ozone were decreased with increase of pH due to rapid decomposition of ozone under the condition of various pH (2.5, 5.3, 7, 8, 10). In a UV irradiation study at 254 nm, a kinetic model for direct photolysis of SMX was developed with determination of quantum yield (0.08 mol Einstein-1) and molar extinction coefficient (15,872 M-1cm-1) values under the condition of quantum shielding due to the presence of reaction by-products formed during photolysis. For effect of pH on photolysis of SMX, SMX in the anionic state (S-, pH > 5.6), most prevalent form at environmentally relevant pH values,degraded more slowly than in the neutral state (SH, 1.85 < pH < 5.6) by UV radiation at 254 nm.
