The Korean New Right appeared for the first time in the early 1990s, in company with the new wave of Globalization, as a result of a world-scale expansion of New Liberalism. With the collapse of the real Socialist Regime, the shock of the IMF financial crisis in Korea created new political environment that The Korean New Right build. They replaced old right-wing with new ideology, updated the old theory and thought of the old right-wing, through the renewal of the Anti Communism Discourse. Korean New Right rather emphasized renewed-Nationalism and state centered market economy, unlike the old right-wing who only agitated the Anti Communism. Korean New Right mainly targeted to criticize so-called Korean Post Modernism, a new version of Old Marxism. Claimed to stand for the competition of ideology with Korean Post Modernism, as well as the old right-wing, they inaugurated a kind of 'thought struggle’ or political strife, beyond the academic sphere.
수치 Simulation을 이용한 지형변동 예측 모형의 상호비교 연구

Recently. Korea has rapidly developed in economy and industry. and as a result of the development it is essential to trade internationally through the sea. However the reckless development of the nearshore zone which is the boundary area between the sea and land would break the physical which are scour or deposition. These problems can be solved by numerical analysis and hydraulic model study. Although many numerical models which predict numerical model for sea bottom change caused by construction of structures have been proposed. it is difficult to simulate the transport of bed material. especially the silt. in complicated topography. There are also many difficulties like the similitude law in hydraulic model tests. Besides. there is few studies for comparison of the applications for numerical models each other. In present study, it is compared to interactions changes due to siltation. Also, it is studied applications of the two models for the areas around Gadeog Island. The coastal disasters, which are caused by sediment transport associated with erosion in coastal areas and siltation in estuaries, channels and harbor, have been not only engineering problems but also social problems. It is essential to be able to predict beach changes, or changes of sea bottom configurations, caused by construction of coastal structures. We have already developed the numerical model for prediction of these beach changes and sea bottom deformations. In this study the numerical model is applied for the west coast around the existing sea wall and trenches in KOREA. Finally, it is demonstrated that beach changes in the field can be predicted by the present model with the required accuracy for practical use.
코팅 엔드밀의 STD11 건식 절삭특성에 관한 실험적 연구

현재는 절삭유를 사용하는 습식가공이 주류를 이루고 있으나, 생산 경비절감과 환경 친화적인 측면에서 절삭유를 사용하지 않는 건식절삭의 필요성이 절실해 지고 있다. 실재로 절삭 가공 비용 중에서 공구의 비중은 2%인 반면, 절삭유는 16% 가량으로 생산 원가 절감에서 건식가공은 중요한 고려 대상일 수밖에 없다. 본 연구에서는 절삭 가공에 폭넓게 활용되는 고속도강을 모재로 한 평엔드밀과 TiN, TiCN, TiAIN 코팅 엔드밀로 냉간 금형강 STD11을 건식 절삭하여 공구마모와 절삭특성을 연구하였다. 가공실험 결과 코팅 공구가 비코팅 공구 보다 우수한 성능을 보였으며 특히,TiAIN 코팅 공구가 고속 건식절삭과 습식절삭에 가장 적합함을 나타냈다. Today the metal cutting with coolants is popular, but it tends to cut without coolants. Dry cutting is very essential for the reduction of production cost and the environmental friendliness. For example, while the rate of tool cost of metal cutting is just 2%, the rate of coolants is about 16%. In this paper, tool wear and machining characteristics of uncoated, TiN coated, TiCN coated and TiAIN coated HSS (High Speed Steel) end mills when cutting STD11 without coolants were experimentally researched and studies. Exprerimental results showed that coated tool have better cutting performance than uncoated tool. It was found that the best tool for dry high speed cutting and wet cutting was TiAIN coated tool.
