예비교사들의 테크놀로지 내용교수지식 변화에 관한 연구 : 테크놀로지 활용 교과목을 중심으로

본 연구는 테크놀로지 내용교수지식(TPACK) 모형을 예비교사 교육에 적용시켜 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 테크놀로지를 활용 교과목을 수강하는 중등예비교사 142명을 대상으로 학기초와 학기말에 걸쳐서 설문을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, TPACK의 주요 구성요소인 테크놀로지 지식, 내용지식, 교수지식 중 테크놀로지 지식과 내용지식의 영역이 신장되었음을 보여주었다. 하위요인별로는 TPACK의 7개 하위영역 중 교수지식과 내용교수지식을 제외한 모든 하위영역에서 유의미한 향상을 보여주었다. 이를 바탕으로 테크놀로지 지식과 내용지식의 향상 및 교수지식에 관해 논의하고, 우리나라에서도 테크놀로지 지식과 교수지식 및 내용지식이 통합된 형태의 (예비)교사 교육이 이루어져야 함을 제안하였다. This study aimed to investigate technological pedagogical and content knowledge(TPACK) model, and to apply this model to preservice education. To perform this study, TPACK survey instrument was distributed to 142 preservice teachers who took technology integration course. The result showed that technology and content knowledge improved significantly, and pedagogical and pedagogical content knowledge did not show meaningful differences among 7 sub-categories. Based on the result of this study, we discussed the improvement of technological and content knowledge, and pedagogical knowledge. Also, we suggested that (preservice) teacher education should consider the combination of technological, pedagogical, and content knowledge in Korea.
Characterization of Spastic Ankle Flexors Based on Viscoelastic Modeling for Accurate Diagnosis

Characterization of the musculoskeletal system is essential for diagnosis providing the implications for therapy corresponding to causes of the diseases. This paper presents a characterization of an ankle neuromuscular system of patients with spasticity, to provide quantitative pathological level of the ankle spasticity with biomechanical and neurological disorders. Measurements from manual spasticity evaluation combined with a suggested neuromuscular model and parameter optimization process enabled a reliable characterization of the spastic ankle flexors. The model included two non-neural parameters representing the viscoelasticity of the muscle and four neural parameters showing the dynamics of muscle activation and corresponding force only using the measured joint angle and resistance torque. Torque contributions from non-neural parameters especially elastic properties of muscle was greater than 50% of the overall torque, common in both patients with spasticity and healthy controls. Among subgroups of the patients, subjects with short post diseases period less than 5 years, had higher torque contribution level from neural components more than 50% of the overall torque compared to the patients with longer post diseases period more than 10 years who had overall torque less than 30% of the total estimated torque. We concluded that proposed model based ankle flexor characterization served as a tools for diagnosing the patients with spasticity corresponding to their causes of diseases with both quantified neural and non-neural parameters.
교사들의 테크놀로지 활용 연구 : TAM 모형을 중심으로

This study is to investigate the influence of TPACK and a teachers' psychological attitudinal factor on technology integration using stuructrual equation modeling (SEM). Based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), teachers' TPACK, attitudes toward technology, perceived ease of use (PEU), perceived usefulness (PU), behavioral intention (BI), and level of technology use were included in the model to test the structural relationship between the factors, and the direct and indirect effects. Results indicated that TPACK and attitudes toward technology both have an significant impact on BI through PEU and PU, which ultimately influences the level of technology use. The fact that PU has a bigger influence on BI than PEU implies PU might be more important, and the higher level of PU could lead to meaningful learning with the use of technology in classrooms. The current study also discusses characteristics of and relationship between TPACK and attitudes toward technology and provides implications for technology integration. 본 연구에서는 교사들의 지식(TPACK)과 테크놀로지에 대한 태도가 테크놀로지 활용 교육에 미치는 영향을 테크놀로지 수용 모형(Technology Acceptance Model)을 기반으로 하여 구조적으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 교사의 TPACK과 테크놀로지에 대한 태도, 인지된 용이성, 인지된 유용성, 사용의도, 테크놀로지 활용수준을 변인으로 연구모형을 설정하고 구조방정식기법으로 구조적 관계의 성립 여부와 직⋅간접효과에 대해 알아보았다. 분석결과, TPACK과 테크놀로지에 대한 태도 모두 인지된 유용성과 인지된 용이성을 통해 사용의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치며, 이는 다시 테크놀로지 활용수준에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 인지된 유용성이 사용의도에 더 큰 영향을 미친다는 결과는 테크놀로지 활용 교육이 테크놀로지를 활용한 ‘유의미한 학습’을 추구한다는 측면에서 인지된 용이성 보다는 인지된 유용성이 더 큰 의미가 있으며, 높은 수준의 유용성은 궁극적으로 테크놀로지의 유의미한 활용을 유도하는 역할을 하는 것을 보여준다. 또한 본 연구에서는 분석결과를 바탕으로 TPACK과 테크놀로지에 대한 태도의 변인적 특성과 관계에 대해서 논의하고 교사들의 유의미한 테크놀로지 활용에 대한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다.
학사행정관리자의 대학 교양교육과정 만족도 영향 요인 분석

Studies focusing on liberal education in a college have been done with a macroscopic perspective. There is little research on administrative staff and/or administrative in a college who mainly manage liberal education in a college practically. Thus, this research aimed to investigate factors influencing the satisfaction of administrative staff on liberal education in a college. Survey instrument was developed and distributed to do this study. Descriptive and correlation analyses showed the recognition of administrative staff on liberal education. Regression analysis was done to verify factors that influence the satisfaction of liberal education from the perspective of administrative staff. The results indicated that course organization, support facilities, college self-evaluation, student background, and course management have effects on the satisfaction. In addition, we discussed that administrative staff have enormous interest on the management of liberal education in a college, how they can play a pivotal role in the management of liberal education in their college, and curriculum management system is need to be introduced. 대학의 교양교육과 관련된 연구들은 교양교육에 관해 주로 거시적으로 접근해왔다. 실제 대학에서 교양교육을 운영하는데 핵심적인 역할을 수행하는 학사행정관리자들에 대한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않았다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현재 4년제 대학에서 학사행정을 담당하고 있는 학사행정관지라들을 대상으로 교양교육과정에 대한 전반적인 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해서 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 설문조사를 실시하였고 기술통계량과 상관분석 등을 통해 문항 및 요인에서 나타나는 학사행정관리자들의 교양교육과정에 대한 인식을 살펴보았다. 또한, 교양교육과정의 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보기 위해서 실시한 회귀분석의 결과, 강좌구성, 지원시설, 대학평가, 학생배경, 강좌운영방식이 교양교육과정의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과 분석을 통해 나타난 대학 내에서 학사행정관리자들의 교양교육과정 운영에 대한 관심과 그들의 역할에 대한 논의를 통해 학사행정관리자들의 교양교육과정 운영에 대한 권한과 전문성의 부여 및 교육과정운영시스템의 필요성을 제기하였다.

Tofacitinib is an oral disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drug to selectively inhibit Janus kinases. Tofacitinib is a representative small molecule inhibitor that is used to treat many diseases including rheumatoid arthritis and various autoimmune conditions. Unlike biological agents, tofacitinib has several advantages, including the ability to be administered orally and a short half-life. This study aimed to evaluate the bioequivalence of the pharmacokinetics (PK) between tofacitinib aspartate 7.13 mg (test formulation) and tofacitinib citrate 8.08 mg (reference formulation; Xeljanz®) in healthy subjects. A randomized, open-label, single-dose, 2-sequence, 2-period, 2-treatment crossover trial was conducted in 41 healthy volunteers. A total of 5 mg of tofacitinib as the test or the reference formulation was administered, and serial blood samples were collected up to 14 hours after dosing for PK analyses. The plasma concentration of tofacitinib was determined by ultraperformance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. A non-compartmental analysis was used to estimate the PK parameters. A total of 35 subjects completed the study and the study drug was well-tolerated. The mean maximum concentration (Cmax) and area under the concentration-time curve from time zero to the time of the last quantifiable concentration (AUClast) for the test formulation were 52.67 ng/mL and 133.86 ng∙h/mL, respectively, and 50.61 ng/mL and 133.49 h∙ng/mL for the reference formulation, respectively. The geometric mean ratios (90% confidence intervals) of the Cmax and AUClast between the 2 formulations were 1.041 (0.944–1.148) and 1.003 (0.968–1.039), respectively. Tofacitinib aspartate exhibited bioequivalent PK profiles to those of the reference formulation.
Novel Discovery of LINE-1 in a Korean Individual by a Target Enrichment Method

Long interspersed element-1 (LINE-1 or L1) is an autonomous retrotransposon, which is capable of inserting into a newregion of genome. Previous studies have reported that these elements lead to genomic variations and altered functions byaffecting gene expression and genetic networks. Mounting evidence strongly indicates that genetic diseases or variouscancers can occur as a result of retrotransposition events that involve L1s. Therefore, the development of methodologies tostudy the structural variations and interpersonal insertion polymorphisms by L1 element-associated changes in an individual genome is invaluable. In this study, we applied a systematic approach to identify human-specific L1s (i.e., L1Hs)through the bioinformatics analysis of high-throughput nextgeneration sequencing data. We identified 525 candidatesthat could be inferred to carry non-reference L1Hs in a Korean individual genome (KPGP9). Among them, we randomlyselected 40 candidates and validated that approximately 92.5% of non-reference L1Hs were inserted into a KPGP9 genome. In addition, unlike conventional methods, our relatively simple and expedited approach was highly reproduciblein confirming the L1 insertions. Taken together, our findings strongly support that the identification of non-reference L1Hsby our novel target enrichment method demonstrates its future application to genomic variation studies on the risk of cancer and genetic disorders.
