우리나라의 지능형 교통체계(ITS)는 "국가통합교통체계효율화법"에 근거한 ITS 사업시행지침 및 각 ITS 표준에 의하여 구축되고 있다. 그러나 주요 ITS 설비에 대한 기술적 특징과 시공 구축에 대한 기술기준이 마련되어 있지 않은 채, 단 몇 개의 사업시행지침과 정보교환기술에 치우쳐 있는 ITS 표준만으로는 스마트한 지능형 교통체계(ITS) 구축을 기대하기 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 현행 법적 제도의 현황 및 문제점을 파악하고 스마트한 지능형 교통체계(ITS) 구축을 위한 기술기준 제정의 필요성에 대하여 살펴보기로 한다. In Korea, it is constructing the Intelligent Transportation System(ITS) in according with the ITS project implementation guideline and each ITS standard on the basis of "National Integrated Transportation System Efficiency Act". However, only a few ITS project implementation guideline and ITS standard for the exchange of information technologies are not able to construct a smart ITS, without technical regulation for the technical characteristics of the main ITS equipment. Therefore, in this paper, we identify the current status and problems of the legal system and look for the necessity of technical regulation enactment for the smart ITS construction.
MIMO 시스템에서 채널용량의 효율성을 위한 프리코딩 개선 연구

This paper proposes a technique to optimize the number of each users data streams according to the condition which is required to systems under multi-user MIMO channel environments that use block diagonalization pre-coding. We perform brief simulation evaluation to compare performance of our technique with the existing ones in terms of transmission power and channel capacity when large scale fading exists. The simulation results show that the channel capacity of the proposed technique is bigger about 2.2bps/Hz than that of existent techniques under equal transmission power condition. Also, it is shown that the whole average transmission power of the first is lower about 3.55dB than that of the second in case of 6bps/Hzs channel capacity.

In this study, MIG welding was performed on extruded 6005A-T6 material, which is used in the base panel of railway vehicles. The material was considered as the experimental base material, and argon shielding gas and ER5356 and ER4043 filler metals were used as the consumable welding materials. Welding coupons were prepared under various welding conditions by using an auto-welding system that various welding conditions applied 2.5㎐ and 4.5㎐ the pulse frequency of SynchroPuls function of welding machine and 1.0㎜ and 1.5㎜ of root face affect the weld penetration of welding joint. The welding current and voltage were also varied for this testing. On the basis of the results obtained, optimum welding conditions are proposed.
Mechanical Properties of Metal Inert Gas Welding Conditions of Railway-Vehicle Aluminum Under Frame

In this study, the mechanical properties of railway-vehicle aluminum under frame was investigated based on the metal inert gas (MIG) welding conditions. An aluminum-alloy (6005A-T6) extruded material used in the lower panel of a railway vehicle was connected through MIG welding to determine the mechanical properties of MIG welds. Argon shielding gas and filler materials, such as ER5356 and ER4043, were used as consumable welding materials. For the welding conditions of the test specimen, welding frequencies of 2.5 and 4.5 ㎐ were applied using the SynchroPuls function, and the root faces were 1.0 and 1.5 ㎜. The mechanical properties of the MIG welds were determined through tensile, bending, and fatigue tests.

The purposes of present work are to analyze the convective heat transfer downstream of mixing vane in subchannel of nuclear reactor with three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations. SST model is selected as a turbulence closure by comparing the performances of two different turbulent closures. Three different shapes of mixing vane are tested. And, thermal-hydraulic performances of these vanes are discussed. The results show that twist of the vane improves the heat transfer performance far downstream of the vane.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the risk factors of reflux associated complications (reflux symptoms, reflux esophagitis, and esophageal stricture) after gastrectomy for proximal gastric cancer. Methods: 150 patients with proximal gastric cancer were included from January 2005 to December 2008. Their medical and surgical records were retrospectively analyzed concerning clinical and pathologic characteristics, operation methods, morbidity, reflux associated complications and nutritional states. Results: Tumor sizes and operation methods were statistically significant in univariate analysis of risk factors for reflux associated complications (P<0.05). However, only operation methods were statistically significant in multivariate analysis (P=0.00). We, thus, compared operation methods. There were no significant differences in morbidity, body weight, hemoglobin, serum cholesterol, protein and albumin between total gastrectomy groups and proximal gastrectomy groups (P>0.05). However, reflux complications were significantly more common in proximal gastrectomy groups (72.4%) than in total gastrectomy groups (29.5%). Severe reflux esophagitis (LA classification C or D) was found in only proximal gastrectomy groups. Conclusion: Total gastrectomy is favorable for proximal early gastric cancer in terms of reduced esophageal reflux complications.
