        데이터에 기반한 칠갑산천문대의 운영방안 연구

        In this study, quantitative analysis is attempted on data collected from Chilgapsan Observatory Star Park in Cheongyang-gun, Chungcheongnam-do. The aim of this experimental study in which quantitative analysis of the Astronomical Science Museum in Korea is conducted is to investigate its current situation and secure basic data. As of July 31, 2023, it has had 283,931 cumulative visitors in total. It had the largest number of visitors when it opened (2009 year), after which their number reduced steadily until the pandemic (COVID-19, 2020–2022). Recently, however, the number of visitors has increased. Generally, the number of visitors is highest in August (20.8$\%$) and least in April (4.1$\%$). The visit rate is higher on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) than on weekdays (Monday–Friday), and groups comprise only about 5.3$\%$ of the total number of visitors. Moreover, it can be confirmed that the number of visitors increases sharply during events. Finally, it was confirmed that the visit rate was unaffected by weather conditions. Considering these results, we propose the following strategies: 1) Establish a special program that reflects “the weekend effect.” 2) Prepare a plan to attract group visitors during the weekdays using “the event effect.” 3) Arrange alternative programs (e.g., experiential activities) that can be conducted indoors regardless of weather conditions. We think that our findings will help establish a roadmap for the direction the Astronomical Science Museum should take and aid in preparing a strategic foundation to preemptively respond to unexpected situations (e.g., pandemics).

        채권자대위소송에 있어서 당사자적격의 흠결과 중복소송의 경합에 관한 소고

        Subrogation action by an obligee is a lawsuit where a person, holding the subrogation right of the obligee under civil law, files a lawsuit by right of subrogation. According to civil law, subrogation action by an obligee recognizes the obligee to hold the right of performing the litigation of existence and nonexistence on behalf of the original right holder, the obligor; thus it is acknowledged that the obligee is holds a statutory standing in such case. As far as the legal nature of subrogation action by an obligee is understood as the litigant with statutory standing, it is appropriate to consider that the existence of claim to preservation is related to the existence of standing and is applicable to the requirements for litigation. Therefore, in case an obligee without claim to preservation files a subrogation action, the action is considered unlawful as it does not hold a standing. When a subrogation action (competition of subrogation action) filed independently by multiple obligees or pendency of a lawsuit filed by an obligee or an obligor,in case an obligor or an obligee files a lawsuit later, the later and previous lawsuits become duplicate lawsuits because the litigants or subject matters of each action are the same. During the pendency of a subrogation action by an obligee filed without claim to preservation, a defect occurs between standing (previous lawsuit) and duplicate (later lawsuit) lawsuits and the two compete as another obligee with claim to preservation each files a lawsuit later against the same obligor.As a solution to resolve the competition of defect between standing and duplicate lawsuits due to a lack of claim to preservation, in principle, the principle of investigation order for litigation requirements must be applied. However, in cases where the practical resolving of the conflict or the protection of practical obligee is violated, the application of such principle must be limited; in such case, this study suggests a solution that can resolve the conflict and protect the obligee.

      • 연직 원통윈에서의 혼합대류-전도 복합열전달에 미치는 복사효과

        본 연구에서는 혼합대류하는 연직원통휜 열전달에 미치는 복사효과에 Rossel- and 근사해법을 도입한 층류 경계층방정식과 휜 전도방정식을 동시에 해석하여 복사 -전도매개변수(radiation-conduction parameter) M, 대류-전도 매개변수(convectionc- onduction parameter) N$_{c}$, 부력매개변수(buoyancy force parameter) R$_{i}$ 그 리고 횡곡률 매개변수(transverse curvature parameter) .lambda.를 계산 파라미터로 하여 휜 최적설계의 기본이 되는 총열전단률, 무차원 국소등가열전달계수, 무차원 국소열플 럭스 및 휜온도분포를 계산할 수 있는 일반성있는 algorithm을 개발하고 휜 성능에 관 한 결과들을 제공함으로써, 좀 더 완전한 복사 열플럭스를 도입한, 다음 연구를 위한 범용의 기초자료를 얻는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다.

      • Aflatoxin-DNA Adduct의 화학합성에 관한 연구

        Aflatoxin은 세계 여러 곳에서 식품에 오염되어 발견되며 증가하는 인간의 간암발생과 빈번히 역학적으로 관련하여 보고되는 발암물질이다. 이러한 aflatoxin의 발암성 규명에 대한 연구의 일환으로 20㎎ calf thymus DNA와 8㎎ 표준 aflatoxin B₁을 반응시켜 화학적으로 aflatoxin B₁-DNA adduct를 합성하였다. 합성된 aflatoxin B₁-DNA adduct는 산가수분해와 열처리에 의해 거대한 DNA 분자를 절단하였고, immunoaffinity column을 통과시켜 aflatoxin B₁-DNA adduct만 선택적으로 정제한 후 HPLC법으로 정량하였다. 그 결과 반응생성물의 대부분은 aflatoxin B₁-guanine adduct였으며, 그 함량은 aflatoxin B₁으로 5.2㎎이었다. Aflatoxins are highly carcinogenic agents consistantly found as contaminants in human food supplies in many areas of the world and epidemiologically linked to incidence of human liver cancer. To examine the carcinogenic action of aflatoxin B₁,aflatoxin B₁-DNA adducts were chemically synhtesized with the reaction of 20㎎ calf thymus DNA, and 8㎎ standard aflatoxin B₁. Since DNA molecule was too large for analysis, it was fragmented by acid hydrolysis and heat. The fragmented aflatoxin B₁-DNA adducts were selectively concentrated by immunoaffinity column procedure and confirmed by HPLC method. The main component was aflatoxin B₁-guanine adduct, which was quantatively measured as 5.2㎎ aflatoxin B₁.
