Ranitidine 투여 후 발생한 아나필락시스 2례

Ranitidine is a widely used histamine-2-receptor antagonist and it is usually well tolerated by patients with an excellent safety record. Anaphylactic reaction to ranitidine is rare event. We report here on 2 cases with anaphylactic reaction after the intravenous administration of ranitidine in an emergency medical center. Awareness of this rare, but life threatening adverse reaction to a commonly used ranitidine can help physicians avoid being caught unaware when they experience this medical situation. Although the incidences of anaphylactic reactions induced by these drugs are low, clinicians should be aware of this possibility of life threatening risk of anaphylactic reaction when administering ranitidine. Furthermore, the possibility of cross reactivity between drugs in the same antihistamine group should be considered. (ED note: please check the part in the yellow.)

한국 전통 소재의 현대 디자인 적용을 위한 연구 -조선시대 실생활에서 나타나는 질감을 중심으로-

정보 통신과 교통의 비약적인 발전으로 전 세계 문화 교류가 활발히 진행되고 있는 상황에서 발생한 코로나19 사태는 비대면이라는 이름으로 서로가 단절되는 결과를 불러일으켰다. 하지만 이동 제한으로 인한 물리적인 고립에도 불구하고 온라인을 통한 소통의 환경은 더욱 활성화될 예정이다. 따라서 현재 우리가 겪고 있는 이 시기는 온라인상에서는 초연결사회의 이점을 영위하는 동시에 오프라인의 상황에서는 각자의 문화에 대한 정체성을 한 번 더 재정립하는 데에 집중할 수 있는 적기라고 할 수도 있을 것이다. 특히 한국 전통 질감에 대한 연구는 비대면의 상황에서 소외되기 쉬운 소재, 질감 그리 고 촉감에 관한 이론적 고찰이며 신소재가 아닌 이미 알려진 전통적 소재의 특성과 그 활용 행태에 대 한 재고로써 지역의 전통문화에 관심이 집중된 현재에 큰 의미가 있는 연구라고 사료 된다. 이에 본 연구는 시각적 정보인 색채, 문양과 함께 우리나라 전통미를 결정할 수 있는 요소인 촉각적 정보, 즉 전통 질감들을 관찰하고 이를 통해 형성된 당시 선조들의 생활양식과 가치관을 탐구하는 데에 그 목 적을 둔다. 연구 방법으로는 소재가 가지고 있는 촉감을 중심으로 논의될 수 있는 특성을 의(衣), 식 (食), 주(住)로 나누어 분석한 뒤 한국 전통 소재의 독자적인 특성을 추출하고 현대 디자인에 적용된 사례를 제시하여 전통 소재의 활용에 대한 이해를 돕고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 우리나라는 전통적으로 천연재료 고유의 특징을 최대한 보존하여 가공한 소재를 실생활에 사용하였으며 이는 문화, 사상 적 측면에도 상당한 영향을 주었음을 알 수 있었다. 더불어 이러한 전통 소재의 질감과 사용 방식에 관한 연구는 오늘날 현대 디자인 개발을 위한 기초자료로써 유용하게 사용될 수 있으리라 생각된다. The COVID-19 crisis, which developed amid the acceleration of cultural exchanges throughout the world fueled by the rapid development of information and communications, as well as transportation, has resulted in a disconnection between people in the so-called non-contact mode. However, despite the physical isolation resulting from travel restrictions, the non-contact environment established online will be further facilitated in the future. Therefore, the current times we are experiencing can also be an opportune moment to take advantage of the hyper-connected society online, and at the same time, focus on reestablishing and examining the identify of each culture offline. In addition, it is still essential to research our culture from various angles and develop designs using the research results based on a new understanding of the elements that comprise our culture. In particular, the research of Korean traditional textures is a theoretical review on materials, textures, and tactility that can easily be neglected in non-contact settings, and it is a reconsideration of the characteristics and usage patterns of our already-known traditional materials instead of new materials. In this regard, this study aims to observe tactile information, namely traditional materials, which is a determinant of South Korea’s traditional beauty, along with the visual information of colors and patterns, and to explore our ancestors’ lifestyles and values formed through these materials. The research method was to analyze the characteristics that can be discussed mainly by clothing, food, and housing, extract the unique characteristics of Korean traditional materials, and present examples applied to modern design to help people understand the use of traditional materials. In doing so, the study will provide useful basic data for considering modern applicability of the country’s traditional materials.

전 세계적으로 국가간의 커뮤니케이션이 활발하게 이루어지고 있는 현대사회에서 각 국가들은 스스로의 문화적 정체성을 확립하기 위해 부단한 노력을 기울이고 있다. 우리나라 또한 이러한 세계적인 움직임에 발맞춰 `한국적` 전통을 활용한 디자인 개발과 이를 실생활에 적용하기 위한 활발한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 아직 우리나라에서 이루어지고 있는 한국적 디자인이란 단순히 전통 형태나 색채를 그대로 모방하는 것에 멈추어 독창적인 민족적 미의식을 창출해 내기에는 부족한 부분이 상당부분 발견 된다. 한국 전통 문화에 대한 연구가 지속되고 있음에도 불구하고 이러한 현상이 지속되고 있는 원인은 한국적 문화 정체성 확립과 활용이 아직은 부족한 결과라 사료된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 색채와 함께 한국의 전통미를 결정하는 주된 요소인 조형성, 즉 형태분석을 통하여 한국의 전통형태의 정체성을 확립하고 예시를 통해 이를 현대디자인에 적용시키기 위한 방법을 연구하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 한국 전통 조형미에 대한 논의가 이루어 질 때 가장 빈번하게 언급되는 선(線)과 문양(文樣)을 중심으로 그 사용 행태와 조형적 특성을 의(衣), 식(食), 주(住)로 나누어 분석하고 현대적 적용 가능성을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 한다. In the modern society in which globalization is ongoing in the overall culture social culture, various efforts are being made by each country around the world in order to search for the distinctive cultural identity and creativity. Recognizing the importance of the `Korean` tradition, South Korea is also actively engaged in researches to develop design utilizing it and to apply it in real life. Here, developing Korean design does not simply refer to borrowing and imitating the traditional form or color but refers to generating a new, original and ethnic aesthetic consciousness that conform to the era that we are currently living in based on the unique ideology and sentiment inherent in its formativeness. Despite the fact that research on Korean traditional culture has continued for a long period of time, it is considered that such phenomenon continues to take place because the establishment and utilization of Korean culture identity is still insufficient. There, research on various fields based on new understanding with regards to our culture and the development of design utilizing it is in dire need. This study aims to analyze the said usage form and formative characteristics and the possibility of modern application focused on the lines and patterns which are most frequently mentioned when discussing about the Korean traditional formative beauty of Korea.

한국 전통 색채의 표준화를 위한 색상제안

현재에 이르기 까지 오랜 시간 동안 전통 색채는 여러가지 새로운 방향으로 재해석 및 재정립 되어 왔고, 디자인 전반에 걸쳐 새로운 접근들이 이루어지고 있지만, 이미 일반적으로 대중들의 인식 속에 정립되어 있는 오방색을 바탕으로 한 전통색감의 이미지를 벗어나기에는 많은 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 오방색의 기본 개념인 음양오행체계가 가장 활발하게 실생활에 적용된 조선사회를 중심으로 그 색감을 분석하고, 오방색에서 파생된 중간색들이 반영된 색상을 제안하여 전통색채 연구를 위한 기초 자료로 사용 될 수 있는 기준을 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법으로는 시대별 색채 중심의 문화를 이론적으로 분석하고, 특히 조선 시대 상류 사회의 색채 사용 행태를 연구 하였다. 그리고 조선시대 실생활(의, 식, 주)에 사용된 색감을 문헌자료와 유물에서 측색되는 결과에 따라 색감을 추출하였으며 추출된 색감들에 각각 고유의 명칭을 부여하였다. 그 결과, 오방색 이외에도 조선 상류 사회 고유의 매력과 가치를 나타낼 수 있는 다양한 중간색들이 관찰되었으며 현대적으로 적용되어도 무리가 없을 모던한 색감이 일찍이 사용되어 왔음을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 표준화한 ‘조선 전통색 90’이 전통색채에 대한 개념을 다시한번 고찰하게 되는 계기가 되며, 한국 전통을 바탕으로 한 현대 디자인 전반의 색감선정을 위한 자료로 적극 사용되길 바란다. For years, there have been numerous attempts to reinterpret and redefine the traditional colors of Korea from various new directions, and new approaches of application in the design sector. However, there have been difficulties in breaking the conventional image of traditional colors, centering on Obangsaek (five primary colors), instilled in the general public. Accordingly, this study aims to analyze the colors, centering on the Joseon society in which Obangsaek, predicated on Yin-yang Ohaeng, was most systematically and actively applied in the everyday lives, and present the colors reflecting the intermediate colors derived from the Obangsaek to be used as the basic data for future research. As for the research method, the cultural aspects centering on the colors used in different periods of time, with a special focus on the use of color by the upper classes in the Joseon Dynasty. In addition, the colors used in housing, clothing and food were derived based on the results of analyzing historical records and artifacts, and the derived colors were each assigned a unique name. As a result, a wide variety of intermediate colors showing the unique appeal and value of the upper class society of the Joseon Dynasty were observed in addition to the Obangsaek, and it was confirmed that modern colors that could even be used today were used in the past. The 90 traditional colors of Joseon that were standardized in this study are expected to serve as an impetus for reviewing the concept of traditional colors and be used as important data when selecting colors for contemporary designs based on Korean traditions.

대중 교통 지향 개발 관점으로 본 주택 유형과 통행 수단 선택 특성에 관한 실증분석

최근 녹색 교통 지향의 압축도시에 대한 관심이 증가되면서 대중교통시설 주변의 밀도 상승과 대중교통 이용 가능성을 연계시키는 방안에 대한 논의가 진행되고 있다. 이때 대중교통시설과 가까운 지역을 어떠한 주거지 형태로 개발하여야 하는가에 대한 논의는 거의 없다. 본 연구는 주거지를 결정하는 주요 변수로 주택유형을 선택하고 이들이 통근통행수단 선택에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증 분석하고자 하였다. 사회경제적 속성을 포함한 인적요소와 주거지와 관련한 물적 계획 요소가 통행수단의 선택에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 파악하여, 계획과 설계 시에 주거지 배치와 혼합에 대한 기초적인 정보를 제공하기 위함이다. 광범위한 설문대상자들의 인구통계학적 정보와 주택 종류에 대한 통계적 분석을 통해 이들의 통행수단 선택 특성을 확인할 수 있었다. 분석의 결과 지하철 및 버스정류장에 가까울수록 대중교통 이용 가능성이 높아질 것이라는 기존의 믿음은 보편적으로 실증되지 않은 것으로 확인되었다. 다가구ㆍ다세대 주택에서만이 지하철역에서의 접근성이 대중교통 이용 가능성을 높일 뿐이며, 아파트와 단독주택은 대중교통 접근성이유의한 변수로 확인되지 않고 있다. 이와 같은 결과는 주로 아파트와 주상복합을 대상으로 하였던 기존 연구들과는 다른 결과이다. 본 연구의 실증적 분석은 대중교통 지향을 위한 도시개발 계획 시 주택용지 배분과 임대주택공급 계획을 위한 기초적 논의를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. This study aims to conduct an empirical analysis on the characters of commuting modes by residential types. The efforts to plan high density residential developments near by mass transportation facilities would be considered to increase the possibilities of public transportation. Previous studies have shown that residents in apartment and mixed use complex close to subway stations exhibited higher probability of using the facilities. The differences on housing types, however, has not been dealt with former researches, although urban planners and designers choose one of the types and/or mixed them in transit oriented development plan. With in-depth survey, this article could find that only the residents of multi-family housing type present the relationship between the uses and the accessibility to public transportation facilities such as subway station and bus stop. People living in the other housing types in the survey do not exhibit the relationship. The finding could give the basic understanding the urban planners and designers who deal with planning close to public transportation facilities in TOD(transit oriented development) consideration.

구라마타 시로의 디자인사고 ‘미현상’의 특성과 표현방법에 관한 연구

Shiro Kuramata worked in wide and diverse facets of design, ranging from commercial space design, residential design, furniture, lighting, and product designs. He has been internationally highly acclaimed and has influenced interior design trends and philosophy even after his death. The researcher has focused on his thoughts and process as his works were created. This study attempts to investigate what his Space thinking as unphenomenon as he described in his book, “Landscape of unphenomenon” and how he expresses it in space. Also, by defining his Space thinking and the method of expression, this study will take on a meaning of a new method in the methodological approach and it will be established as a new approach in design concepts across the board.
