        火傷환자 치험 1례

        I experienced one case of 3 degree bum from the 14th in October to the 15th in November 2001 in Dongshin University Gwangju Oriental Medical Hospital ENT${\cdot}$ Dermatology. Administration of herbal medicine "PalmuITang-Gami", external medicine, acupunture, and venesection therapy, as a curative means of Stagnation of Ki and Stasis of blood achieved desirable effect. In the future, it is necessary more clinical study for developing of oriental medical therapy and oriental external medicine of 3th degree burn.

        The relapsed patient who has diagnosed flat wart and treated with continuous immunotherapy in Western Dermatology come to Dongshin University Oriental Medical hospital OPD Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology from 23 December 2002 to 18 March 2003. We diagnosed as Gi(氣) deficiency and stagnation of damp. stagnation of Gi(氣) and blood stasis caused by insufficiency of Yang of the spleen treated with Gamiijungtang(加味理中湯) and Sodogeumgagam(消毒飮加減). As a result, we got the attentive effect and report on a paper.

        국내·외 하수도시설 미량유기물질의 발생 특성 및 관리체계에 대한 이해

        As the modern society is rapidly developing and people become affluent in materials, many new chemical compounds in different forms of products (e.g., antibiotics, pesticides, detergents, personal care products and plastic goods) are produced, used, and disposed of to the environments. Some of them are persistently having a harmful impact on the environment and mimicking endocrine properties; in general they are present in the environment at low concentrations, so they are called organic pollutants. These organic micropollutants flow to sewage treatment plants via different routes. In this study, the generation characteristics, exposure pathways, detection levels, and environmental impacts of organic micropollutants were critically reviewed. In addition, currently available risk assessment methods and management systems for the compounds were reviewed. The United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA), for example, has monitored organic micropollutants and set the monitoring and management of some of the compounds as a priority. To effectively manage organic micropollutants in sewer systems, therefore, we should first monitor organic micropollutants of potential concern and then make a watch list of specific substances systematically, as described in guidelines on listing water pollutants in industrial wastewater.

        잔골재 종류에 따른 폐유리 미분말 및 메타카올린을 사용한 내황산염 모르타르에 관한 기초적 연구

        The degradation of the concrete due to deterioration factors, such as corrosion of steel bars, cracks and structural strength of reinforced concrete structures, is a social problem. Especially, concrete structures constructed in seawater, underground water, waste water treatment facilities and sewerage are subject to chemical attack by acid and sulphate. Therefore, this study was conducted to compare sulfated glass and fine aggregate of slag using waste glass fine powder and meta kaolin. The results showed that the slag fine aggregate showed better sulfate resistance than the river sand, and the fine powder of waste glass showed the best performance at 3 % displacement. 콘크리트는 열화요인에 의해 철근콘크리트구조물의 철근부식, 균열발생 및 구조내력저하 등 성능저하현상이 사회적 문제점으로 대두되고 있다. 특히 해수, 지하수 또는 오 폐수처리시설 및 하수도 등에 건설되는 콘크리트 구조물은 산 및 황산염에 의한 화학적 침식을 받는 경우 내구성이 크게 저하되어 대책이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구는 폐유리 미분말과 메타카올린을 사용하여 강모래와 슬래그 잔골재를 비교하여 내황산염성 실험을 진행하였다. 평가 결과 강모래보다 슬래그 잔골재가 내황산염성이 우수하였으며, 폐유리 미분말은 3 % 치환에서 가장 우수한 성능을 발현하였다.

        건축물의 리모델링 가치분석을 위한 평가방법 - 경제성 평가와 사용자 요구분석을 중심으로 -

        This research is aiming to specify the requirement of the investment such as initial cost, running cost earning rate to make effective investment considering the purpose of remodeling and economical value of store building enough to meet the initial purpose of remodeling. The review of earning rate for economical evaluation was performed by the on-site auditing on the structure and function of the building and applying the assessment simulation program, which is to find the possible business model to identify the requirement of building owner through case study. After the research, the following results are obtained. First, it is important that many aspects should be carefully analysis and the best method should be selected as characteristics of remodeling can tie defer each other in their implementations. Second, though the remodeling of exist buildings to promote the functions has been applied. no suitable assessment tool has bee developed for deriding the level of remodeling in the view of economical efficiency so far. Third, the economical benefit was evaluated by analysing annual earning rate which is applied by investment items and recovery period for the investment. More specific data base should be established to apply the suggested economic accession in business enough to forecast the future circumstances. More researches should be promoted on this area continuously as well as the integrated economic evaluation of remodeling on existing building.

        顔面痙攣患者 29例에 대한 臨床的 考察

        Hemifacial spasm is painless uncommon disorder characterized by involuntary paroxysmal movement of one side face. In the treatment of hemifacial spasm, the Western operation or non-operation therapy has many side effect such as hearing loss, exudative otitis media, facial paralysis etc. So we studied mainly the effect of cause, treatment frequency, diseased part of 29 cases with hemifacial spasm for effective clicical application of oriental medicine. The results of study are as follow; 1. It shows more female patients than male patients, and mostly patients in their forties. 2. The diseased part is shown more on left side than right side, and the left side hemifacial spasm is cured more effective. 3. The causes of hemifacial spasm are mainly stress, ignorance, overwork, and the stress, a cold are more effective causes than ignorance in. 4. The disease period is mainly within six months, and that period is the most effective time. 5. The palpebral site is the most frequent site, ineffective site. 6. The effect go with the treatment frequency is not available. 7. There is a 55 percent improvement of 29 cases.

        托裏黃기湯이 抗癌 및 免疫作用에 미치는 實驗的 效果

        Taklihwangki-Tang was a drug that treated carbuncle and cellulitis. So, the purpose of this Study was to investigate effect of Taklihwangki-Tang on the anti-cancer and proliferation of immunocytes, nitric oxide(NO) production of peritoneal macrophages. We used Taklihwangki-Tang extract(THT) with freeze-dried, 8wks-old male mice and cancer cell lines(L1210, S-180) for this Study. The proliferation of cells was tested using a colorimetric tetrazoliun assay(MTT assay). The results of this Study were obtained as follow ; THT was showed cytotoxicity on the L1210 and S-180 cell lines, increased proliferation of thymocytes. And the combined effects of THT and vincristine were became cytotoxicity of cancer cell lines and increased significantly proliferation of thymocytes. THT accelerated proliferation of thymocytes in normal mice, and decreased significantly proliferation of L1210 cells and accelerated significantly NO production of peritoneal macrophages in L1210 cells transplanted mice. This results suggest that THT inhibit proliferation of cancer cells by becoming immunocytes activity(NO production, proliferation of T-cell).

        반하가 난황으로유발된 생쥐의 알레르기성 천식에 미치는 영향

        Objective : This study was designed to investigated effects of Pinelliae Rizoma (PR) on asthma Methods : Detecting antigen specific antibody isotypes, cytokines in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF). In addition, the present author also investigated changes in weight of spleen and proliferation rates of splenocytes. Finally, histopathological observation of the lung tissue was also investigated. Results : Oral administration of PR lowered OVA specific IgE levels in serum, IgG1 levels in serum and BALF. PR also decreased production levels of IL-4 in BALF. In addition, total cells in BALF were decreased by oral administration of PR effectively. In histapathological observation, PR group showed downward tendency of inflammatory cell infiltration around small vessels. Conclusion : PR is useful to treat patients with asthma and the mechanisms are related in suppression of Th2 skewing reactions.

        기술논문 : 낙동강수계 권역별 비점오염원 오염도 평가

        2011년말 저·갈수기 북한강수계에서 수돗물 이취미 발생의 한 원인으로 의암호에서 조류 발생에 영양염류의 과다와 기상요인에 의한 것으로 보고 있으며, 특히 춘천지역의 생활하수에서 기인하는 영양염류를 중심으로 춘천시 공공하수처리시설의 방류수에서 배출하는 영양염류의 기여율 및 의암호 조류발생과의 관계를 살펴보고 그 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 의암호 수체 내 영양염류가 부영양화 수준으로 이미 존재하고 있고, 겨울철임에도 체류시간, 수온 등 환경요인은 조류 성장에 적합한 여건을 갖추고 있다. 의암호 수계에서 인처리시설 도입으로 하수처리장의총인 부하량은 약 43% 저감하였고, 의암호 조류 농도(Chlorophyll-a)는 약 7% 정도 개선되었다. 반면, 인처리시설 도입에 따른 하수처리장의 질소 처리효율에는 거의 변화가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 문제를 좀더 효율적으로 해결하기 위해서는 의암호 상류지역에 대한 유역관리 대책을 수립하는것이 필요하며, 춘천지역 하수처리장의 질소 처리를 위한 운영·관리 개선 방안을 마련하는 것이 필요하다고 판단되었다. When abnormal taste and odor were detected in the tap water of the North-Han river watershed during the dry season in late 2011, excessive nutrients with algal growth in the Lake Uiam and weather factors were considered to be among its causes. The nutrients, in particular, originated from domestic sewage in the Chuncheon area. This study was conducted to investigate relations between the algal growth in the Lake Uiam and the contribution of nutrients from public sewage treatment works (PSTWs) in Chuncheon city, and based on this to analyze the environmental impact. Nutrients in the Lake Uiam have already been accumulated to the level of eutrophication. Even in winter, the conditions in the lake such as retention time and water temperature were favorable to boost algal growth. After phosphorus treatment processes were introduced, the PSTWs in the Lake Uiam watershed were able to reduce the total phosphorus loads by 43%. The algal concentrations in the Lake Uiam also dropped by about 7%. The nitrogen treatment efficiencies in the PSTWs, on the other hand, remained almost the same after the introduction of the phosphorus treatment processes. To solve these problems more efficiently, it is necessary to develop management strategies for the upstream area of the Lake Uiam and set plans to improve nitrogen treatment operation and management for the PSTWs in Chuncheon.
