To achieve the purpose of this study, the hypotheses were drawn through the literature review. A survey was carried out on employees in Sevenluck Casinos (Hilton, Gangnam, Lotte). Questionnaires of total 300 copies were distributed to conduct an analysis of valid questionnaires of 261 copies. The factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted to verify the validity and reliability of measuring tools. Therefore, first the effect of detailed factors of its practice, practice intention of CEO, suitability of ethics charter operation, education and training of ethical management, and efforts of public ethical management on organizational citizenship behavior was studied through the moderating role of trust relationship on organization. Also it is necessary to embody the ethical management through the addition of more detailed factors required of casino corporations in a future study, and make a study of universal and in-depth ethical management of domestic casino corporations.

나노는 10-9 의 크기를 나타내는 뜻으로 미국의 National Nanotechnology initiative의 정의에 따르면 나노기술은 최소한 한 디멘전(dim ension)의 크기가 1~100 나노미터 이내인 물질을 조작하는 기술로 설명할 수 있다. 이러한 나노기술을 적용할 수 있는 분야가 많지만 그 중에서도 생물학 연구에 최근 왕성히 사용되고 있는데 이를 가능케 하는 이유로는 크기가 작아 세포의 투과력이 높고 나노물질 특유의 양자역학 현상을 이용할 수 있으며 세포 독성이 낮은 나노물질의 존재 때문이다. 이 논문에서는 저자가 직접 제작하여 세포에 적용해본 두 가지의 나노물질 -나노화이어(nanofiber)와 나노스크립트(Nanoscript)-에 대해 설명하면서 나노기술에 대해 소개하고 향후 어떤 방식으로 세포 수준에서의 연구에 나노기술을 적용해볼 수 있는지 소개해보고자 한다.
피복된 미립 상변화물질 슬러리를 이용한 대류 열전달의 향상에 관한 연구

To enhance heat transfer characteristics of water, micro-encapsulated octadecane of about $10{\mu}m$ diameter was added to water. Viscosity of the slurry was measured by using a capillary tube viscometer. The measured viscosity decreased as the temperature of the slurry increased, and it increased as the fraction of the capsules in the slurry increased. Thermal characteristics of the octadecane were studied by using a differential scanning calorimeter. The melting temperature and the melting energy of the octadecane were found to be $28.6^{\circ}$ and 34.4kcal/kg, respectively. The convective heat transfer characteristics of the slurry were investigated in a flow loop with a constant heat flux test section. Friction factor of the slurry flow was found to be similar to the expected curve by Petukhov. The Nusselt number of the slurry flow was highest when the octadecane melted. Effective thermal capacity of the 14.2% slurry was found to have 1.67 times of the thermal capacity of water.
유동저항 감소유체를 운반유체로 한 파라핀 슬러리의 대류 열전달에 관한 연구

Aqueous polymer solutions are known to have small pressure reduction. Paraffin slurries are known to have high thermal capacity. Paraffin particles are mixed into an aqueous polymer solution to make a new heat transfer fluid having high thermal capacity but low pressure reduction. The heat transfer characteristics of the new slurry was tested in a circular tube having a constant heat transfer boundary condition. The new slurry was found to have high Nusselt numbers as well as high thermal capacity and low pressure reduction in the laminar flow. The trends of the Nusselt numbers along the heating test section were studied for various heating conditions.
미립피복 로릭산 슬러리의 열물성치 및 겉보기 점도 특성에 관한 연구

The objective of the present study is to reveal the thermal and flow characteristics of MC lauric acid slurry. The thermal characteristics of pure lauric acid and MC lauric acid were tested by a differential scanning calorimeter. The cooling curve of MC lauric acid showed a double curve, while that of the lauric acid showed a single curve. The effects of encapsulation was measured and explained. The flow characteristics of MC lauric acid slurry were tested by a capillary tube viscometer and a rotating cylindrical viscometer. The slurry showed shear thinning behavior, when the fraction of MC lauric acid is over 5%.
입자 크기 변화에 따른 기능성 열유체의 관내 열전달 특성에 관한 연구

The objective of the present study is to reveal thermal characteristic of functionally thermal fluid, which have high latent heat during phase change from solid to liquid, in circular pipe. Test were performed with functionally thermal fluid in a heating test section with a constant heat flux boundary condition. Microcapsulated lauric acid slurries with various capsule sizes were used as functionally thermal fluid. Local Nusselt number and the effective thermal capacity were measured. As the size of microcapsulated lauric acid were increased, Local Nusselt number of microcapsulated lauric acid slurry were increased. The effective thermal capacity of microcapsulated lauric acid slurry was 0.5 times than it of water
