        ECR-PECVD로 증착한 a-Si : H/Si으로 부터의 가시 PHotoluminescence

        $SiH_{4}$를 반응물질로 사용하여 electron cyclotron resonance plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition(ECR-PECVD)로 실리콘 기판위에 증착한 수소화 비정질 실리콘(a-Si:H)으로부터 가시 photoluminescence(PL) 가 관찰되었다. a-si:H/Si로 부터의 PL은 다공질실리콘으로부터의 PL과 유사하였다. 급속열처리에 의해 $500^{\circ}C$에서 2분간 산소분위기에서 어닐링된 시편의 수소함량은 1~2%로 줄어들었고 시편은 가시 PL을 보여주지 않았는데 이는 a-Si:H의 PL과정에서 수소가 중요한 역할을 한다는 것을 뜻한다. 증착된 a-Si:H의 두께가 증가함에 따라 PL의 세기는 감소하였다. $SiH_{4}$를 사용하여 ECR-PECVD에 의해 Si상에 증착된 a-Si:H로부터의 가시 PL은 Si과 증착된 a-Si:H막 사이에 증착이 이루어지는 동안에 형성된 수소화실리콘으로부터 나오는 것으로 추론된다. Visible photoluminescence(PU was observed from hydrogenated amorphous silicon deposited on silicon(a-Si : H/Si) using electron cyclotron resonance plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (ECR- PECVD) with silane ($SiH_{4}$) gas as the reactant source. The PL spectra from a-Si : H/Si were very similar to those from porous silicon. Hydrogen contents of samples annealed under oxygen atmosphere for 2minutes at $500^{\circ}C$ by rapid thermal annealing were reduced to 1~2%, and the samples did not show visible PL, indicating that hydrogen has a very important role in the PL process of a- Si : H/Si. As the thickness of deposited a-Si : H film increased, PL intensity decreased. The visi¬ble PL from a-Si: H deposited on Si by ECR-PECVD with $SiH_{4}$ . is suggested to be from silicon hydrides formed at the interface between the Si substrate and the deposited a-Si : H film during the deposition.

      • Pd / C 촉매에 의한 디페닐유도체의 합성반응

        2-methyl-3`-hydroxy-1, 1`-diphenylamine was synthesized from the mixture consisting of 3-aminophenol, 3-nitrophenol, and 2-methyl cyclohexanone via vapor phase reaction on 5% Pd/C catalyst. Reaction was allowed to proceed at 203℃ for 5 to 10 hrs in an autoclave-type high pressure reactor. The optimal composition of the reaction mixture was 1 : 2 : 48 in the molar ratio of 3-aminophenol : 3-nitrophenol : 2-methyl cyclohexanone, and the highest yield of diphenylamine derivative was ca. 90% after 6 hrs of reaction time, based on the moles of aminophenol plus nitrophenol introduced. The rate-determining step of overall reaction was lydrogen-abstraction of the intermediate, N-cyclohexylideneaniline species, which was readily formed via condensation of aminophenol and excess cyclohexanone derivative. The hydrogen abstracted was transferred to nitrophenol, which was easily converted to aminophenol via reduction, thus replenishing the aromatic amine reactant for formation of the intermediate. The mechanism of overall reaction was in essence identical to that previously observed in formation of 2-methyl-4-methoxy diphenylamine, a raw-material of fluoran heat-sensitive dye.

        유기태양전지의 개발현황

        세계적으로 석유자원의 고갈로 대체 에너지 중에서도 태양전지는 가장 주목받는 기술 중에 하나이며, 크게 무기물 태양전지와 유기태양전지로 구분된다. 그 중에서 유기태양전지의 변환효율은 무기물 태양전지에 상당히 미치지 못하지만, 제작공정의 비용이 낮고, 투명하고 다양한 색을 낼 수 있으며, 유연성을 띠는 장점으로 인하여 무기물 태양전지가 사용될 수 없는 시장을 중심으로 저비용 제품으로 사용될 가능성이 높아지고 있다. 현재 유기태양전지의 효율, 수명, 그리고, 안정성이 태양전지의 보급화에 중요한 이슈이며, 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 글은 유기태양전지의 기술적 원리, 현재 개발 동향 및 이슈, 그리고 발전 방향에 대하여 정리하였다. Currently, the alternative energy is one of the critical issues because of exhaustion of petroleum resources and its high cost. The solar cell is considered as the one of the promising alternative energy. And the solar cell can be classified to inorganic solar cell and organic solar cell. Although the efficiency of organic solar cell is very lower than the that of inorganic solar cell, organic solar cells have many advantages including low process cost, high transmittance, color variation, and flexibility. For these reasons, organic solar cells have the potential in low cost solar cell market that is challenging for inorganic solar cells. Recent researches of organic solar cell is concentrating on enhancement of efficiency, lifetime, and stability to order to commercially use. Working principles and the development issues of organic solar cells are discussed in this paper.

        Interest on saving energy has grown rapidly, thereby the need for IT technological development for saving energy has also been growing. LED light bulb, which has received spotlight for potential future energy source because of it's environment-friendly, energy-efficiency, consumes less energy than any other bulbs. In this paper, it attempts to maximize energy-managing efficiency by means of utilizing Arduino and infrared sensor. Thus, the LED lights that detect minute and subtle movements in limited scope by using infrared sensor have been invented. The fashioned movements enable enhanced convenience in bedroom as well as in the office by connecting it with the lights. These lights are experimented and proved viable by enabling users to not directly control LED lights, but to turn them on and off through motion detection.

The user over the part for controlling the household appliances themselves seek an automatic technique. In this paper, using the human body sensor of the Arduino and to analyze the combined system of the outlet to verify the presence of the user inside the house to block the quiescent current of the electrical appliances automatically. Lead to savings in resources being wasted through automatic power saving system presented in this paper, and to provide a more convenient and efficient services.

        건강에 대한 관심이 날로 높아짐과 동시에 소비자들은 건강지향적인 것을 원하고 있으며 최근 트렌드의 하나로서 한방관련 산업, 우리나라 고유 전통 한의학, 한약, 한방문화를 계승하고, 발전시키고, 널리 알리기 위한 목적으로 한방관련 프로그램이 급부상하고 있다. 이에 따라 스마트폰을 이용한 한방 의료 시스템을 조사해 본 결과 약재의 정보제공에 치우쳐 있거나 전문적인 한의학 어플리케이션으로 구성된 것이 많았다. 따라서 일반적인 사람들이 약재에 관한 지식을 습득할 수 있고, 전문적인 한의학 지식을 겸비 할 수 있는 어플리케이션을 만든다.

        In this study, the desires looking for ways to relieve the discomfort caused aerojeom and passive're utilizing a key to automatically recover at home plate to measure the height and weight at the same time. Implemented household meter height and weight were improving that existing home meter height is limited to around 1.5m, an expensive instrument was used for this purpose only public institution to be used in the home, and the general cost ultrasonic sensors using a load cell was ever display the height and weight on the LCD.

        8주간 복합운동 프로그램이 중년 여성의 동맥경직도 및 관련 변인에 미치는 효과

        In general, aerobic exercise decreases arterial stiffness and blood pressure, but resistance training increases them. We tested the hypothesis that combined exercise(aerobic and resistance training) may alter the cardiovascular risk factors and arterial stiffness(PWV). A total of thirty healthy women(age, 44.4±5.2yr) arranged into exercise group(n=15) and control group(n=15). Combined exercise program composited by two part, which aerobic training walk and jog during about 30min on treadmill, and resistance training consist of 5 machine exercise(squat, bench press, sit up, lat pull down,knee extension) performing 10 reps, 3sets, respectively. After combined training during 8 weeks, left and right baPWVs were decreased from 1279.2±211.0 ㎝/sec to 1229.8±168.2 ㎝/sec and from 1284.6±203.2 ㎝/sec to 1249.9±171.8 ㎝/sec, respectively, although statistically not significant. In conclusion, these results suggested that combined exercise during 8 weeks can reduce the decrease or at least no increasement of arterial stiffness in the middled-aged women. Further studies using larger sample size will be required to clarify the precise relationship between combined exercise and arterial stiffness.
