Eruptive vellus hair cysts (EVHC) are characterized by multiple, small, discrete red or brown colored papules that usually occur on the chest and extremities. Their etiology is unknown. A variant form of EVHC that occur exclusively on the face is rare and it is very characteristic for its location and color. We report here on a facial variant of EVHC that occurred on the face of 23-year-old woman with asymptomatic, skin-colored to bluish tiny papules. The lesions first appeared at the age of 22-years. 후천성 반응성 천공성 교원증 14예의 임상 및 조직학적 고찰

Background: Reactive perforating collagenosis is one of the perforating disorders that are characterized by transepidermal elimination of dermal materials. It can be associated with systemic disease such as chronic renal disease and/or diabetes mellitus. Objective: We wanted to investigate the clinical and histopathological features of reactive perforating collagenosis. Methods: We reviewed the medical records, clinical photographs and histopathologic slides of 14 cases of reactive perforating collagenosis that were seen in our department. Results: The most common clinical features were flesh-colored, dome-shaped papules with a keratinous plug. Residual scarring was seen from the previously healed lesions. Half of the patients had skin lesions on the whole body except the face, palm and sole. Most of the patients (79%) had at least one systemic disease. Chronic renal failure (21%) and diabetes mellitus (29%) were the most commonly associated conditions. The other associated conditions were hypertension, acute pyelonephritis, non-small cell lung cancer, herpes zoster, transplantation and non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Three of the cases (21%) were otherwise healthy. Most patients benefited from topical steroid and oral antihistamine when their disease was regressing. Conclusion: This study demonstrated the clinicopathologic features of reactive perforating collagenosis. It is frequently associated with diabetes mellitus and chronic renal failure, but this may also develop in patients with other systemic disorders, and also in those patients who are without any medical problems. YBCO 초전도 박막 선재용 Ni-W 및 Ni-W-Cu 합금의 격자상수 변화

We fabricated Ni-based alloy substrates for YBCO coated conductor using powder metallurgy. Tungsten and copper were selected as alloy elements due to their mutual solubility to the base element of nickel. The alloying elements were mixed with nickel using ball milling and dried in air. The powder mixtures were packed in a rubber mold, cold isostatic pressed 200 MPa and made into rods. The compacted rods were sintered at $1150^{\circ}C$ for 6 hours for densification. It was confirmed by neutron diffraction experiment that W and Cu atoms made complete solid solution with Ni. Lattice constant of nickel alloy increased by $0.004{\AA}$ for 1at. $\%$ W in Ni-W alloy, $0.0006{\AA}$ for 1 at. $\%$ Cu in Ni-W-Cu alloy.
SiOG 공정을 이용한 고 신뢰성 MEMS 자이로스코프

MEMS에서 제조 공정 오차 및 외부 응력은 진동형 자이로스코프와 같은 MEMS 소자의 제조 수율에 많은 영향을 미친다. 특히 비연성 진동형 자이로스코프의 경우 감지모드와 구동모드의 주파수 차의 특성은 수율에 직접적인 영향을 미친다. SOI (Silicon-On-Insulator) 공정 및 양극접합 공정으로 패키징된 자이로스코프의 경우, 노칭현상으로 인하여 구조물이 불균일하게 가공되며, 동시에 열팽창계수 차로 인하여 접합된 기판에 큰 휨이 발생한다. 그 결과주파수 차의 분포가 커지고, 동시에 수율은 저하되었다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 SiOG (Silicon On Glass) 기술을 적용하였다. SiOG 공정에서는 접합 후에 기판의 휨을 최소화 하기 위하여 1장의 실리콘 기관과 2장의 유리 기판을 사용하였으며, 노칭을 방지하기 위하여 금속 박막을 사용하였다. 그 결과 노칭 현상이 방지되었으며, 기판의 휨도 감소하였다. 또한 주파수 차의 분포도 매우 균일하게 되었으며, 주파수 차의 편차 또한 개선이 되었다. 그 결과 높은 수율 및 보다 강건한 MEMS 자이로스코프를 개발할 수 있었다. MEMS devices such as a vibratory gyroscope often suffer from a lower yield rate due to fabrication errors and the external stress. In the decoupled vibratory gyroscope, the main factor that determines the yield rate is the frequency difference between the sensing and driving modes. The gyroscope, fabricated with SOI (Silicon-On-Insulator) wafer and packaged using the anodic bonding, has a large wafer bowing caused by thermal expansion mismatch as well as non-uniform surfaces of the structures caused by the notching effect. These effects result in large distribution in the frequency difference, and thereby a lower yield rate. To improve the yield rate we propose a packaged SiOG (Silicon On Glass) technology. It uses a silicon wafer and two glass wafers to minimize the wafer bowing and a metallic membrane to avoid the notching. In the packaged SiOG gyroscope, the notching effect is eliminated and the warpage of the wafer is greatly reduced. Consequently the frequency difference is more uniformly distributed and its variation is greatly improved. Therefore we can achieve a more robust vibratory MEMS gyroscope with a higher yield rate.
분말 모합금 빌렛으로부터 제조된 Ni-W 합금테이프의 기계적 성질과 집합도

The mother Ni-W (1-5 wt.%) alloy billets for coated conductor substrate were fabricated by powder metallurgy process. The tensile test results for the sintered Ni-W rods showed the increase of mechanical strength and decrease of ductility with increasing W content due to the solid solution hardening. All the fracture surfaces of the tested specimens showed the typical ductile fracture mode of dimple rupture due to the local necking. The Ni-W alloy billets were made into tape by cold rolling. After the appropriate heat treatment for recrystallization, the brass texture formed by the cold rolling was converted to the complete cube texture. The in-plane and out of plane texture of the tapes estimated by x-ray pole figure were smaller than 9 degree and 7 degree, respectively. The effect of the W addition on the texture development seems not to be significant.

N/A The resolution of the accelerometer, fabricated with MEMS technology is mainly affected by mechanical and electrical noise. To reduce mechanical noise, we have to increase mass of the structure part and quality factor related with the degree of vacuum packaging. On the other hand, to increase mass of the structure part, the thickness of the structure must be increased and ICP-RIE is used to fabricate the high aspect ratio structure. At this time, footing effect make the sensitivity of the accelerometer decreasing. This paper presents a hybrid SOG(Silicon On Glass) Process to fabricate a lateral silicon accelerometer with differential capacitance sensing scheme which has been designed and simulated. Using hybrid SOG Process, we could make it a real to increase the structural thickness and to prevent the footing effect by deposition of metal layer at the bottom of the structure. Moreover, we bonded glass wafer to structure wafer anodically, so we could realize the vacuum packaging at wafer level. Through this way, we could have an idea of controlling of quality factor.
