        COVID-19에 대한 불안과 관련된 요인

        Objective: This study has attempted to examine factors associated with COVID-19 anxiety in the COVID-19 pandemic by using nationwide representative data. Methods: Human biology, Healthcare Organization, Environment, Lifestyle factors were included in this analysis as independent variables based on Lalonde Health Field Model. Descriptive analyses and multiple linear regression analyses were performed to provide this association considering complex sample design effects. Results: Rest during the onset of COVID-19 symptoms, smoking status, heavy drinking status, sex, age, marital status, household Income, education level, moderate or higher physical activity, unmet healthcare needs, were significantly associated with COVID-19 anxiety. Conclusions: Health related behaviors were associated with COVID-19 anxiety. In addition, people with socioeconomic vulnerabilities were even more vulnerable due to side effects of the COVID-19, resulting in more anxiety. Therefore, this study suggests political support such as social protection programs to protect and promote the health of the public, that can guarantee household income to satisfy basic needs and maintain livelihood of those under the COVID-19. 연구목적: 본 연구는 전국단위의 대표성 있는 자료원을 활용하여 COVID-19 대유행 상황에서 COVID-19에 대한 불안과 관련성 있는 요인을 탐색하고자 한다. 연구방법: COVID-19에 대한 불안과의 관련성을 확인하기 위해 Lalonde's 건강결정요인 모형을 토대로 생물학적 요인, 보건의료조직요인, 환경요인, 생활습관요인을 독립변수로 투입하였다. 또한, 복합표본 설계 효과를 고려하여 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 유의수준은 0.05하에서 검정하였다. 연구결과: 분석결과, COVID-19 증상발현 시 자택휴식 가능 여부, 흡연 여부, 고위험 음주 여부, 성별, 연령, 결혼상태, 소득수준, 미충족의료 여부가 COVID-19에 대한 불안과 유의미한 관련성이 있었다. 결론: 건강행동과 COVID-19에 대한 불안은 관련이 있으나, 사회경제학적으로 취약한 계층의 경우 COVID-19에 더욱 취약하며, 이에 대한 불안을 더 많이 느낀다는 결과를 도출하였다. 이에, COVID-19 대유행 상황에서 국민의 건강을 보호하고 증진시키기 위한 취약계층의 기본적인 욕구충족 및 생계유지 및 가계소득을 보장할 수 있는 사회적 보호 프로그램 등의 정책적 지원이 요구된다.

        The purpose this research is the study's theoretical foundation for the Six Sigma management services company based on the success of the Six Sigma management element, the element boundaries and expectation’s effects, measures for success, the application of Six Sigma in the service sector in any way, and whether it should apply to us. Six Sigma success of the esearch results of the service industry is the first point, indirect business sector, the success of the oject, rather than how many points will affect a customer about the project, selecting high weight hould be placed in the second, more accurate selection of the customer's needs paakin CTQ Core, which is vital to the success of this project. Thirdly, the existing survey data and utilize opriately, we can accurately analyze the needs of the customer's ability to give our nation a BB. Fourth, the company's strategy to be associated with the project's selection is important. Fifth, BB Cross Functioal Team consisting of more than perform solo DMADV project activities are effective.

      • '1949년~1966년 시기 중국 선선화 연구 - 유화와 포스터를 중심으로

        The propaganda paintings in oil colors or in forms of posters made from 1949 to 1966 have gone through some changes experiencing the influence of the Soviet Union Art and discussion of nationalization, while putting political messages of the time in the picture planes. The propaganda paintings which have been through this process became an effective means of encouraging the illiterate people in political ideologies, production, and learning. Alike other propaganda paintings in different mediums, the ones which were painted in oil colors and in the form of posters have been produced fundamentally based on Mao Zedong’s intensification of the literary art on the talks on literature at Yenan. Yet, the oil paintings and posters were greatly influenced by the socialist realism and propaganda paintings of the Soviet Union, compared to other propaganda paintings in different mediums. Accordingly, they were preponderantly dealt in the discussions of nationalization of the late ‘50s. To devide in periods, the establishment of People’s Republic of China in 1949 as a diverging point, the propaganda paintings made before and after 1949 have differences in subject matters and styles. In the former period, propaganda paintings focused on the political lines of the Communists and enlightenment of the people, but in the latter period, the period of Cultural Revolution, the most important theme was worshiping Mao Zedong. This was caused by reflection of the social atmosphere, and it is shown that the propaganda painters had reacted sensitively to the alteration of politics and the society. On the side of formalities, the oil paintings and posters made before the Cultural Revolution were under a state of unfolding several discussions including nationalization while accepting the Soviet Union styles and contents, and the paintings made afterwards show more of unique characteristics of China. In 1956, the discussion about nationalization which had effected the whole world of art, had strongly influenced the propaganda paintings in oil colors more than anything. There were two major changes in the process of making propaganda paintings in oil colors. One was to portray lives of the Chinese people truthfully, and the other was to absorb the Chinese traditional styles of expression. After this period, the oil painters usually kept these rules in creating their works, and as a result, the subject matters, characters, and backgrounds have been greatly Sinicized. For techniques came the flat colored surface of the new year prints and the traditional Chinese technique of outlining were used for expressing human figures. While the propaganda paintings in oil colors achieved high quality and depth, the posters had a very direct representation of subject matters and the techniques were unskilled compared to the oil paintings. However, after the establishment of People’s Republic of China, the posters were used more than any other mediums for propagation of national policy and participation of the political movements, because it was highly effective in delivering the policies and political lines clearly to the Chinese people who were mostly illiterate. The poster painters borrowed techniques and styles from the Soviet Union through books and exhibitions on Soviet Union posters, and this relation of influences constantly appears in the posters made at the time. In this way, like the oil paintings, the posters which have been made with a direct influence of the Soviet Union had developed a new, sinicised process during the course of nationalization. The propaganda paintings in oil colors or in forms of posters, which had undergone the discussion of nationalization, had put roots deep down in the lives of the Chinese people, and this had become another foundation for the amplification of influences of political propaganda paintings in the following period of Cultural Revolution.

        COVID-19가 국가별 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

        Objective: The purpose of this study is to first understand the changes in quality of life, by country, from COVID-19 and second, to examine the relationship between national and COVID-19 indicators and quality of life. Third, this study aims to identify factors related to COVID-19 that influences quality of life. Methods: First, a descriptive statistical analysis was performed to identify the national and COVID-19 indicators. Second, a correlation analysis was performed to examine the correlation between national and COVID-19 indicators and quality of life. Finally, a multiple regression analysis was performed to examine the effects of the COVID-19 indicators and quality of life. Results: The average quality of life scores in 2021 was 135.55, indicating a 4.70% decrease from a score of 142.24 observed in 2019. Although a positive correlation was observed between quality of life in 2021 and the Freedom index, Mean years of schooling, Old-age dependency ratio, UHC SCI and the number of COVID-19 tests(per thousand) administered(p<0.05). It was observed that in 2021, the Freedom index, UHC SCI and the number of COVID-19 tests(per thousand) administered had a significant effect on quality of life (p<0.05). Conclusions: With regards to the decrease in quality of life due to the prolonged COVID-19 situation, each country must first develop policies to achieve UHC. Second, an emphasis must be placed on risk communication to increase citizens’ trust on the government and thus increase acceptance towards vaccination, as well as the vaccination rate. 목적: 이 연구의 목적은 첫째, COVID-19로 인한 국가별 삶의 질 변화를 파악하고, 둘째, 국가지표 및 COVID-19 지표와 삶의 질의 관련성을 확인하여, 셋째, 국가별 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 COVID-19관련 요인을 규명함에 있다. 연구방법: 첫째, 각 국가지표를 파악하기 위해 기술통계분석을 실시하였다. 둘째, 각 국가지표 및 COVID-19지표와 삶의 질 간의 상관관계를 확인하기 위해 COVID-19 지표가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 결과: 삶의 질 평균치는 2021년 135.55로 2019년 142.24에 비하여 4.70% 감소하였다. 2021년 삶의 질과 자유지수(Freedom index), 평균교육기간(Mean years of schooling), 노인부양률(Old-age dependency ratio), 필수 의료서비스 보장 지표(UHC SCI), 코로나 검사 수(Test per thousand)와는 양의 상관관계가 있었다(p<0.05). 2021년 삶의 질에 자유지수(Freedom index), 필수 의료서비스 보장 지표(UHC SCI), 코로나 검사 수(Test per thousand)가 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). 결론: COVID-19의 장기화로 인한 삶의 질 저하에 대하여 각 국가들은 첫째, 보편적 의료보장을 달성하기 위한 정책적 마련이 필요하다. 둘째, 시민들의 자발적인 백신수용도와 COVID-19 검사율을 높이기 위해 리스크 커뮤니케이션에 집중하여 정부의 신뢰를 높여야 할 것으로 생각된다.

        건강보험빅데이터의 고혈압 입원율 분석을 통한 장애인의 의료접근성 실증 분석

        Background: This study aims to empirically compare and evaluate the current status of medical accessibility and health inequality between people with disabilities and without. We calculated the ACSC hospitalization rate, which is a medical accessibility index, for hypertension, a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease that accounts for more than 20% of deaths among people with disabilities using the 2016 National Health Insurance Big Data. Methods: The subjects of the study were a total of 601,520, including 64,018 people with disabilities and 537,501 people without. Logistic regression was performed to analyze the differences in hypertension hospitalization rates adjusted for demographic and sociological characteristics and disease characteristics using SAS 9.4 program. Results: Before adjusting for the characteristics, the hypertension hospitalization rate of people with disabilities was 1.55%, and the people without disabilities were 0.49%. After adjusting, it was found that people with disabilities were 2.11 times higher than people without disabilities, and it was statistically significant. Conclusion: The preventable hospitalization rate of people with disabilities is higher than that of people without, suggesting that the disabled have problems with access to medical care and health inequality. Therefore, the government's policy improvement is required to close the medical gap for the disabled.

        도시의 생태 문화관광에 대한 이미지가 관광의도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 도시의 자연생태, 생태활동적합, 생태문화가 관광태도와 관광의도에미치는 영향관계를 검증함으로써 도시 생태문화관광 활성화를 위한 마케팅적 시사점을 제시 하고자 하였다. 가설검증 결과, 가설 1: 자연생태 요인은 관광의도에 유의한정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다, 가설 2: 생태활동적합 요인은 관광의도에 유의한 정(+) 의 영향을 미칠 것이다, 가설 3: 생태문화 요인은 관광의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을미칠 것이다, 가설 4: 자연생태 요인은 관광태도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다, 가설 5: 생태활동적합 요인은 관광태도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다, 가설 6: 생태문화 요인은 관광의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다, 가설 7: 관광태도에 요인은 관광의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다의 모든 가설이 채택되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 얻을 수 있는 시사점은 첫째, 도시 관광 활성화를 위하여 생태관광 프로그램의 구성과 운영, 자연적 매력, 이용의 편의, 접근성의 개선 등 다양한형태의 생태관광 태도에 적합한 맞춤형 프로그램을 만들어 나가는 노력이 필요하다는것이다. 이는 결과적으로 지역을 방문하는 관광객이 느끼는 가치의 수준을 높이고 관광의 만족도를 제고하여 지역관광의 선순환 시스템으로 구축될 수 있는 긍정적인 대안이 될 수 있을 것이다. 둘째, 생태 관광에 대한 긍정적인 인식의 형성이 무엇보다도중요하다. 생태관광에 대한 긍정적이고 유익한 태도는 다시 생태관광을 할 의도를 높여 더 높은 참여를 이끌어 낼 수 있다. 따라서 보다 활성화된 홍보와 투자 및 접근을통하여 많은 참여를 이끌어내기 위한 종합적이고 순환적인 접근이 필요하다. 셋째, 생태 관광을 좋게 생각하고 즐기는 관광객들은 주변사람들의 생각과 생태관광에 대한통제력에도 긍정적으로 영향을 미치기 때문에 생태관광에 대한 올바른 인식 및 친근한 관광형태로의 발전을 위한 다양한 접근 방법이 필요하다. This study would propose marketing implications for the vitalization of the urban eco-cultural tour by verifying the impacts of urban natural ecology, suitability of eco-activity and eco-culture on tourism attitude and tourism intention. As a result of tests of hypotheses, all of them were adopted, including Hypothesis 1: The factor of natural ecology would have a significant positive (+) impact on tourism intention. Hypothesis 2: The factor of the suitability of eco-activity would have a significant positive (+) impact on tourism intention. Hypothesis 3: The factor of eco-culture would have a significant positive (+) impact on tourism intention. Hypothesis 4: The factor of natural ecology would have a significant positive (+) impact on tourism attitude. Hypothesis 5: The factor of the suitability of eco-activity would have a significant positive (+) impact on tourism attitude. Hypothesis 6: The factor of eco-culture would have a significant positive (+) impact on tourism intention. Hypothesis 7: The factor of tourism attitude would have a significant positive (+) impact on tourism intention. Implications that can be obtained through the results of this study include: First, for the vitalization of the city tour, efforts to make a customized program suitable for various forms of eco-tourism attitude, such as the setting and operation of an eco-tourism program, natural charm, convenience of use and the improvement of the accessibility would be necessary. This, consequently, increases the level of the value felt by the tourists who visit the area and promotes the satisfaction of the tour to be a positive solution forthe construction of a system of a virtuous circle of local tourism. Second, most of all, it is most important to form a positive perception of eco-tourism. Positive and wholesome attitudes toward eco-tourism increase eco-tourism and draw higher participation. Therefore, comprehensive and cyclical approachesare necessary to draw a lot of participation through more activated promotion and investment and approaches. First, tourists who like and enjoy eco-tourism have positive impacts on the thinking of the people around them and control of eco-tourism, variousapproaches are necessary for the correct recognition of eco-tourism and the development into the form of friendly tour.

        여성 성폭력 피해 경험자의 외상경험과 외상 후 성장의 관계에서 지각된 통제감의 조절효과

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of perceived control as a factor controlling the relationship between trauma experience and post-traumatic growth in adult women who experienced sexual violence. We used demographic characteristics questionnaire, traumatic events list, K-PTGI, and RAQ for 825 participants. 52 questionnaires who perceived experience of sexual violence as the most painful experience were used for final analysis. This study is a quantitative study on post-traumatic growth, meaning recovery and growth of victims of sexual violence, and the study of perceived control, which is an important topic in psychotherapy of victims of sexual violence. The results showed that the traumatic experience and perceived control interacted in the relationship between traumatic experience and posttraumatic growth of victims of sexual violence. In the relationship between traumatic experience and post-traumatic growth of victims of sexual violence, past control (behavioral self-blame) showed a moderating effect. In the case of intervention in therapy by experienced sexual violence victims, it suggested a direction to help post-traumatic growth through a reduction in behavioral self-blame. 본 연구는 성폭력 피해 경험이 있는 성인 여성을 대상으로 외상경험과 외상 후 성장의 관계를 조절하는변인으로 지각된 통제감의 역할을 확인하고자 하였다. 825명의 연구 참여자를 대상으로 인구통계학적특성 질문지 및 외상 사건 리스트, 한국판 외상 후 성장 척도, 성폭력 귀인 척도를 사용하였다. 성폭력 피해경험을 가장 고통스러운 경험으로 지각한 52명의 설문 자료를 최종 분석하였다. 본 연구는 성폭력 피해경험자의 회복과 성장을 의미하는 외상 후 성장에 대한 양적 연구로 성폭력 피해 경험자의 심리치료에서중요한 주제인 지각된 통제감에 대한 연구이다. 연구 결과에서 성폭력 피해 경험자의 외상경험과 외상후 성장의 관계에서 외상경험과 지각된 통제감이 상호작용하여 외상 후 성장에 부적인 영향을 미치는것으로 확인되었다. 성폭력 피해 경험자의 외상경험과 외상 후 성장의 관계에서 지각된 통제감 중 과거통제감(행동적 자기비난)이 조절 효과를 보였다. 성폭력 피해 경험자의 치료 개입 시, 행동적 자기비난의감소를 통해 외상 후 성장을 돕는 방향성을 시사하였다.

The purpose of the study is to find some important factors to management strategy in the travel agency., and then suggest important factors. This paper suggest e-marketing strategy, target segment marketing, positioning strategy, web traffic building strategy in the travel agency management. This study suggested that there needs e-marketing controlling in the travel agency management.
