        영유아를 위한 영양적으로 균형된 이유 보충식의 개발을 위한 연구 1 : 수유실태 및 모유와 인공유 영양에 대한 의식구조 Investigating the conditions of lactation and peoples perspectives on breast feeding and formular feeding

        Infanthood is a crucial period when mental and emotional developments take place along with physical growth. Adequate supply of nutrition is essential during this period and there is an urgent need for proper education and guidance on balanced nutrition. Therefore, this study was designed to assess to current status of lactation and to investigate mothers' perspectives on human milk and formular milk. As random samples for this study, a total of 352 mothers having infant under the age of 4 were surveyed. 27.3% of mother surveyed were breast-feeding, 38.0% were formula-feeding and 34.7% were mixed-feeding. According to the result of this study, the percentage of breast feeding was on the decrease, while the dependence on formular milk was on the rise. The main reason of formula-feeding was insufficient secretion of human milk on mothers part. The major factors that affect to select feeding method were employment status, degree of education, family income and age. Also, the interviewees desired the product fortified with special ingredients that are not contained in formular milk currently available in the market. The most concerned problem of formula milk was indigestion and the interviewees wanted the formular milk to be improved digestibility.

        남한강 지류 기화천의 어류 군집 구조 및 연준모치와 금강모치의 분포 특성

        This study was carried out from March to November, 2013 to investigate the fish community structure and distribution characteristics of Phoxinus phoxinus and Rhynchocypris kumgangensis appearing in Gihwacheon Stream, Pyeongchang. A total of 6 families and 19 species of fish emerged during the survey period. The dominant species were R. kumgangensis (Individuals 44.7%, Biomass 30.2%) and P. phoxinus (Individuals 27.7%, Biomass 15.9%). Endemic species were 10 species including Pseudopungtungia tenuicorpus, Coreoleuciscus splendidus, Hemibarbus mylodon, Gobiobotia brevibarba, Microphysogobio longidorsalis, R. kumgangensis, Zacco koreanus, Korecobitis rotundicaudata, Iksookimis koreensis and Coreoperca herzi. Endogenous species were P. tenuicorpus, G. brevibarba and P. phoxinus. Hemibarbus mylodon was a natural monument. Oncherhynchus mykiss was exotic species and translocated species was Oncorhynchus masou masou. The dominant species, R. kumgangensis, appeared at all survey sites. Except for St.6, the b value was more than 3.0 and the slope of K value showed positive correlation. P. phoxinus appeared in St. 3~St. 6 and St. 3 and St. 4 only showed stable populations. 본 연구는 평창의 남한강 지류 기화천에 출현하는 어류 군집구조 및 Phoxinus phoxinus와 Rhynchocypris kumgangensis의 분포 특성을 파악하고자 2013년 3월부터 11월까지 조사하였다. 조사기간 동안 총 6과 19종의 어류가 출현하였으며, 개체수 및 생체량 우점종은 R. kumgangensis (Individuals 44.7%, Biomass 30.2%), 아우점종은 P. phoxinus (Individuals 27.7%, Biomass 15.9%)이었다. 고유종은 Pseudopungtungia tenuicorpus, Coreoleuciscus splendidus, Hemibarbus mylodon, Gobiobotia brevibarba, Microphysogobio longidorsalis, R. kumgangensis, Zacco koreanus, Korecobitis rotundicaudata, Iksookimis koreensis, Coreoperca herzi 등 10종이었고, 멸종위기종은 P. tenuicorpus, G. brevibarba, P. phoxinus 등 3종이었고, 천연기념물 Hemibarbus mylodon이 출현하였다. 양식용으로 국외에서 도입된 Onchorhynchus mykiss와 국내 이입종인 Oncorhynchus masou masou가 확인되었다. 우점종인 R. kumgangensis는 모든 조사 지점에서 출현하였으며, St. 6을 제외하고 b값이 3.0 이상이고 K값의 기울기가 양의 상관성을 보였다. P. phoxinus는 조사지점 St. 3~St. 6에서 출현하였으며, St. 3과 St. 4에서만 안정적인 개체군 상태를 나타내었다.

        찹쌀의 수침 시간에 따른 수침액의 효소 및 미생물에 관한 특성

        This study was attempted to simplify the complex steeping mechanism and propose the scientific approach of microorganism. As Enzyme activity showed that as steeping hours increase, the α-amylase activity increased. Most commonly microorganisms in steeping liquid were Corynebacter spp., Candida spp. and Lactobacillus spp. According to results, steeping acidifies the character of glutinous rice, affecting the starch's α-amylase and bring about component's changes. As Candida spp. and Lactobacillus spp. of the steeping liquid increase, the character of liquid is acidifying.

        A Similarity Weight-based Method to Detect Damage Induced by a Tsunami

        Among the various remote sensing sensors compared to the electro-optical sensors, SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) is very suitable for assessing damaged areas induced by disaster events owing to its all-weather day and night acquisition capability and sensitivity to geometric variables. The conventional CD (Change Detection) method that uses two-date data is typically used for mapping damage over extensive areas in a short time, but because data from only two dates are used, the information used in the conventional CD is limited. In this paper, we propose a novel CD method that is extended to use data consisting of two pre-disaster SAR data and one post-disaster SAR data. The proposed CD method detects changes by using a similarity weight image derived from the neighborhood information of a pixel in the data from the three dates. We conducted an experiment using three single polarization ALOS PALSAR (Advanced Land Observing Satellite/Phased Array Type L-Band) data collected over Miyagi, Japan which was seriously damaged by the 2011 east Japan tsunami. The results demonstrated that the mapping accuracy for damaged areas can be improved by about 26% with an increase of the g-mean compared to the conventional CD method. These improved results prove the performance of our proposed CD method and show that the proposed CD method is more suitable than the conventional CD method for detecting damaged areas induced by disaster.

        Full Polarimetric SAR Decomposition Analysis of Landslide-affected Areas in Mocoa, Colombia

        SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) is an effective tool for monitoring areas damaged by disasters. Full PolSAR (Polarimetric SAR) enhances SAR’s capabilities by providing specific scattering mechanisms. Thus, full PolSAR data have been widely used to analyze the situation when disasters occur. To interpret full PolSAR data, model-based decomposition methods are frequently used due to its easy physical interpretation of PolSAR data and computational efficiency. However, these methods present problems. One of the key problems is the overestimation of the volume scattering component. To minimize the volume scattering component, the OA (Orientation Angle) compensation method is widely utilized. This paper shows that the effect of the OA compensation was analyzed over landslide affected areas. In this paper, the OA compensation is applied by using the OA estimated from the maximum relative Hellinger distance. We conducted an experiment using two full polarimetric ALOS/PALSAR (Advanced Land Observing Satellite/Phased Array type L-band Synthetic Aperture Radar)-2 data collected over Mocoa, Colombia which was seriously damaged by the 2017 Mocoa landslide. After OA compensation, the experimental results showed volume scattering power decreased, while the double-bounce and surface scattering power increased. Particularly, significant changes were noted in urban areas. In addition, after OA compensation, the separability of the double-bounce and surface scattering components are improved over the damaged building areas. Furthermore, changes in the OA can discriminate visually between the damaged building areas and undamaged areas. In conclusion, we demonstrated that the effect of OA compensation improved the influence of the double-bounce and surface scattering components, and OA changes can be useful for detecting damaged building areas.

        운동, 고주파기기와 열량제한의 복합비만관리 프로그램이 비만여성의 혈청지질과 혈청호르몬에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 8주 동안의 비만관리 프로그램이 혈청지질과 혈청 호르몬 농도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였으며, 이 연구 결과는 다양한 복합관리 프로그램을 개발하는데 도움이 되기를 기대한다. 비만 연구 대상자는 운동군 13명, 고주파군 18명, 열량제한군 12명, 복합관리군 13명으로 하였다. 체중과 BMI는 복합관리군과 열량제한군에서 감소율이 크게 나타났으며(P<0.01), 열량제한군(p<0.05)과 복합관리군(p<0.01)에서 단백질의 섭취량은 증가하였다. WHR과 체지방률은 운동군, 고주파군과 복합관리군에서 감소하여 유의적 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 혈액성분의 변화에서 TC의 경우 운동군과 복합관리군은 유의적으로 감소(p<0.05)하였고 운동군과 복합관리군의 HDL-C은 유의적으로 증가(p<0.05)하였다. 혈중 렙틴과 아디포넥틴의 변화는 유의적인 차이를 나타내지 않았고,복합관리군에서 CCK(p<0.05)와 GPX(p<0.01)는 증가하였다. 본 프로그램은 긍정적인 결과를 가져왔으나 단순요법보다 복합관리 프로그램의 개발이 절실하다는 것을 보여주고 있다. 이 결과는 중년의 비만여성들의 복합관리 프로그램을 구축하는 자료로서 도움이 될 것으로 생각된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of combination program on serum lipid and hormone of obese women. Subjects of this study consisted of exercise(E,N-13), high frequency(HF,N-18), energy restriction(ER,N-12), multi obesity treatment(MT,N-13) groups. Weight and BMI of the ER and MT group were significantly decreased(p<0.01). In blood composition,MT group has a positive effect(p<0.05) on WHR and body fat(%). Serum Leptin and Adiponectin were not significant in all groups but CCK(p<0.05), GPX(0.01) appeared to be significantly increased in MT group. Therefore, we concluded that the 8-week program showed positive results but the program of multi obesity treatment will be continually required. In conclusion, the results of this study will support the basis for various programs on characteristics of obese women and help them control obesity as combination therapy.
