1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES In order to identify the factors determining the success of public-private partnership project financing by survey to the experts. Analysis on the importance of those factors to identify the core factors that affect the performance of public-private partnership project financing. (2) RESEARCH METHOD A survey was conducted to the employees in charge of the public-private partnership project financing through the AHP empirical analysis. The analysis tool for the research was the team version 11.0 of Expert Choice 2000(EC2000) program and Microsoft Excel in order to synthesize the results of the survey. (3)RESEARCH FINDINGS In the existing studies, the topic are mostly the ways of improvement for the legal and systematic problems or the measures to activate the public-private partnership project financing. However, this study is differentiated from the other in a sense that it concerns an empirical analysis on the determining factors of the public-private partnership project financing using the AHP statistical method. 2. RESULTS The results of the empirical analysis are as follows. First, the business environment such as the change in the real estate policies was an important factor for the success and performance of the public-private partnership project financing. Second, in order do effectively carry out the public-private partnership project financing, the public and the private sectors should clarify their roles. Also, the CEO and responsible employees should be highly interested as well. Third, in the settlement management, the disposal by Reits Fund(Real estate finance) was the most preferred method. This shows that disposal by Reits Fund was the most preferred among the types of SPC settlement.

만 1세 이하의 영유아가 사망하는 영아 돌연사 증후군은 매년 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. 그 중에서도 특히 질식사는 높은 비중을 차지한다. 이러한 위험이 다가오면 신생아는 울음으로 도움을 요청하지만, 청각장애인 부모의 경우에는 즉각적인 대응이 불가능하다. 따라서 청각장애인 부모의 귀가 되어주어 신생아의 다양한 위험을 방지하고, 육아에 도움을 주고자 한다.

To resolve the problem on lack of house and provide low price land. city development business brought great positive effects. such as. stabilization of housing problem. improvement of welfare. enhanced infrastructure and re-investment of profit from development for the balanced land development. However. the increase of housing diffusion rate and improved level of people"s life. this business had reached to its limit point and the new form of development method was required. Meanwhile. IMF crisis caused real estate developer difficulty of financing and large sized land was hardly sold. In new cities like Bundang and llsan, which was developed according to the land development project. a lot of sold land were developed according to their altered "purpose of land" and this became a problem. land which was sold as a commercial purpose had a long delay in development (or delayed on purpose) to switch to the purpose of residing and had been developed. This conversion of purpose cause the excess of pre-planned infrastructure and problem of self sufficiency. Therefore, after the occupation of house still there were no facilities and residents complained about that.<BR> Public-private sector cooperation model PF business would provide facilities in time to residents in addition. public sector would obtain public welfare and private sector would not be pressured by financing. This is to use creativity and efficiency of both sides to develop real estates.

현재 우리 사회에서 대기오염에 대한 문제가 계속해서 대두되고 있다. 항만에서도 대기오염물질 발생에 대한 대책 마련이 필요한 실정이다. 따라서 ELK-Stack을 이용한 SW와 Arduino를 활용한 HW로 항만의 대기질 분석 및 오염도를 시각화하고, 이를 통해 항만 관계자들이 경각심을 기를 수 있는 배경을 마련한다. 또한, 해당 프로젝트로 정부의 친환경 항만 조성 정책에 가담하고자 한다.
SMA 메쉬 와셔 진동 절연기를 적용한 X-band 안테나의 미소진동 절연성능 검토

관측위성으로부터 획득된 영상데이터를 지상국에 효율적으로 전송하기 위해 2축 짐벌형태의 지향성 X-band 안테나가 적용되고 있으며, 안테나의 고속 정밀지향성 확보를 위해 구비된 모터 및 기어 간의 부정확한 맞물림으로부터 발생되는 미소진동은 영상품질 저하의 원인으로 작용한다. 고해상도 관측위성의 지향성능 향상을 통한 고해상도 영상정보 획득을 위해서는 안테나 구동시 발생하는 미소진동이 주요 임무장비에 전달되지 않도록 미소진동 절연이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 X-band 안테나의 미소진동절연을 목적으로 의탄성 SMA 메쉬와셔 진동 절연기를 제안하였으며, 정하중 시험을 통해 진동 절연기의 기본 특성을 확인하였다. 또한, X-band 안테나의 미소진동 시험을 통해 진동절연기 유무에 따른 진동절연성능을 비교 및 분석 하였다. Two axis gimbal type X-band antenna system has been widely used to effectively transmit the real time image data from the observation satellite to the ground station. The micro-vibration generated by stepping motor actuation and imperfect intermeshed gear configuration of the antenna is one of the sources to degrade the image quality. To guarantee a high quality image of high resolution observation satellite, micro-vibration isolation of X-band antenna is required. In this paper, the X-band antenna vibration isolation system using pseudoelastic SMA(Shape Memory Alloy) mesh washer has been newly suggested. The basic characteristics of the SMA mesh washer isolator proposed in this study has been measured through static load tests and its effectiveness has been demonstrated by the micro-vibration isolation test of the X-band antenna.
