        상이한 치주병원균의 연속적 인공면역에 대한 세포성 및 체액성 면역반응에 대한 동물실험적 연구

        Antigen-specific T cell clones were obtained from mice immunized with Fusobacterium nucleatum ATCC 10953(F .nucleatum) and/or Porphyromonas gingi valis 381(P. gingivalis). 10 Balb/c mice per group were immunized with F. nucleatum followed by P. gingivalis, or with P. gingivalis alone by intraperitoneal injection of viable microorganisms. Spleen T cells were isolated and stimulated in vitro with viable P. gingivalis cells to establish P. gingivalisspecific T cell clones. T cell phenotypes and cytokine profiles were determined along with T cell responsiveness to F .nucleatum or P. gingivalis. Serum IgG antibody titers to F. nucleatum or P. gingivalis were also determined by ELISA. All the T cell clones derived from mice immunized with F. nucleatum followed by P. gingivalis demonstrated Th2 subsets, while those from mice immunized with P. gingivalis alone demonstrated Th1 subsets based on the flow cytometric analysis and cytokine profiles, All T cells clones from both groups were cross-reactive to both P. gingivalis and F. nucleatum antigens. Phenotypes of T cell clones were all positive for CD4. Mean post-immune serum IgG antibody levels to F. nucleatum or P . gingivalis were significantly higher than the pre-immune levels(p <0.01, respectively). There were no significant differences in the antibody titers between the two groups. It was concluded that P. gingivalis-specific T cells initially primed by cross-reactive F. nucleatum antigens were polarized to Th2 subsets, while T cells stimulated with P. gingivalis alone maintained the profile of Th1 subset.

        중학생의 수학 교과역량에 영향을 미치는 언어 관련 개인, 가정, 수업 변인의 영향력 탐색

        목적 본 연구에서는 중학생의 수학 교과역량에 미치는 언어 관련 개인, 가정, 수업 변인의 영향력을 탐색하기 위하여 인공신경망 모형 분석을 통해 다양한 예측요인의 영향력을 탐색하고, 주요 변인을 선별하여 수학 교과역량과의 구조적인 관계를 분석하였다. 방법 이를 위하여 D교육종단연구 3차년도 중학생 2,235명의 자기보고식 설문 데이터와 국어 및 수학 교과역량 검사 점수를 분석에 활용하였다. 수학 교과역량을 예측할 수 있는 언어와 관련된 개인, 가정, 수업 변인과 국어 교과 역량으로 수학 교과역량을 예측하는 인공신경망 모형을 구축하였다. 도출한 관련 변인과 수학 교과역량 간의 구조적인 관계를 연구모형으로 설정하여 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하였다. 결과 인공신경망 모형을 구축하는 과정에서 훈련용 데이터와 예측 값 간의 상관계수를 확인한 결과 오차의 평균은 0.7, 상관계수는 .68로 적절한 예측 성능을 나타내었다. 언어 관련 변인 및 국어 교과역량과 수학 교과역량의 구조적인 관계를 확인한 결과 개인 및 가정, 수업 관련 변인이 수학 교과역량에 직⋅간접적으로 유의한 정적 영향을 미쳤다. 결론 수학 교과역량을 예측하는 다양한 변수를 탐색하였다는 데 의의가 있고 특히, 언어 관련 활동과 국어 교과역량 또한 수학 교과역량을 예측하는 요인으로 작용할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 수학 교과역량 향상 방안에 대해 논의하였다. Objectives In this study, the influence of various predictive factors was analyzed through artificial neural network model in order to explore the influence of language-related personal, family, and class variables on middle school students' mathematics competency. Structural relationships were analyzed by constructing a model with the selected major variables as predictors and mediator, and the mathematics competency as dependent variables. Methods For this purpose, the self-report questionnaire data of 2,235 middle school students in the 3rd year(2019) of the D-educational longitudinal study and the scores of the Korean language and mathematics competency tests were used for the analysis. An artificial neural network model was constructed that predicts mathematics competency based on language-related individual, family, and class variables that can predict mathematics subject competency and Korean competency. Structural equation model analysis was conducted by setting the structural relationship between language-related variables and mathematics competency as a research model. Results The purposes of this study were to specify variables related to convergence competency, and to analyze the structural relationships among them. Conclusions As a result of checking the correlation coefficient between the training data and the predicted value in the process of building the artificial neural network model, the average of the error was 0.7, and the correlation coefficient was . 68, indicating adequate prediction performance. As a result of confirming the structural relationship between language-related variables and Korean competency and mathematics competency, individual, family, and class variables directly or indirectly had a significant positive effect on mathematics subject competency.

      • 국내에서 유행하는 HIV의 전파 경로에 따른 Subtype 분포

        Background : Previous data have been reported that subtype B is prevalent in South Korea, but neither the extent nor the proportion of subtypes could be evaluated. This study was designed to analyze the distribution of HIV-1 subtypes, temporal instructions and transmission dynamics between epidemiological groups. Methods : 1,280 Koreans had been diagnosed as HIV seropositive during the period 1985 to 2000. Among them, 134 individuals were selected for this molecular epidemiological study. 134 DNAs were isolated from uncultured or cultured peripheral blood mononuclear cells. V3-V5 (0.7 kb) fragment of HIV-1 env gene was amplified by nested polymerase chain reaction and was sequenced. Results : HIV-1 isolates from thirty-seven homosexuals were all subtype B (100%). On the other hand, 66 isolates from 94 heterosexuals were subtype B (70%) and 28 were non B subtypes (30% : 13 A, 4 C, 2 D, 8 E , 1 G). Only subtype B strains were isolated from 73 males who were infected with HIV inside Korea while 16 B and 20 non B subtype strains were isolated from 36 males who were HIV infected outside of Korea. However, B and non B strains were isolated half and half from females who were infected inside Korea except one. Conclusion : The HIV-1 subtype B strains are prevalent in Korea from the early HIV infection until present in both homo and heterosexuals. Non B strains have been transmitted from men who were infected outside Korea to their spouses and casual partners. So, we need further study to monitor subtype B and non B HIV transmission in epidemiological groups of Korea, (Korean J Infect Dis 33:311∼318, 2001)
