오브제를 활용한 화예 디스플레이 작품 창작 연구 -My Wish List-

본 작품은 화예디자인을 행함에 있어 식물 소재를 플라스틱, 철, 유리 등의 포괄적 디자인 소재나 오브제와 결합하여 특정한 메시지나 느낌을 주는 작품을 제작하려는 의도로 창작되었다. 오브제란 예술과는 아무런 관계없는 물건이나 그 한 부분을 본래의 용도에서 떼어내 절연함으로써 보는 사람에게 잠재된 욕망이나 환상을 불러일으키게 하는 상징적 기능의 물체를 말한다. 초현실주의 작가들이 정의한 12오브제에서 작가는 자연의 오브제(화훼)와 발견된 오브제(바이올린)를 해석된 오브제로 의미화 시켜보려 하였다. 구체적으로는 현대적 감각과 화예의 식물 소재를 결합하여 상호 충돌 내지는 융합되는 재미를 추구하는 동시에 무언가 이야기가 있는 작품을 만들어 보고 싶었다. 또한 작가는 커머셜디자인에 관심이 많았기 때문에 작가의 흥미를 끄는 표현적 디자인 사례를 키워드 리서치와 이미지리서치를 통해 수집 분석하였고 이미지 상에 나타난 세부적인 기법이나 부품을 추출 변형하고 이를 스케치를 통해 형상화하는 방식으로 연구를 진행하였다. 이미지리서치를 통해 얻어진 다양한 모티브 가운데 작가의 관심을 끈 모티브는 흰색으로 칠해진 바이올린과 철제 와 이어로 구성된 간판이었다. 작가는 이 두 가지 모티브를 결합하고 여기에 식물 재료를 추가하여 화예디자인 창작의 방향을 결정하였다. 배경이 녹색의 ‘moss’이기에 명시성과 가시성을 확보하기 위해 바이올린을 흰색으로 선택하여 배경과 주제에 대한 대비효과를 높이고자 하여 중고 바이올린을 구해 화이트 락커로 칠을 해주었다. 와이어박스는 안에 바이올린을 넣을 수 있도록 위해 윗부분이 열리도록 주문 제작하였다. 그런 다음 와이어박스 안에 바이올린을 삽입하고 위에서 낚시줄로 매달고 안쪽 뒷면에 미리 제작해 놓은 모스를 철사로 고정하였다. 아이비 잎 등 식물소재의 추가적인 연출을 통해 자연의 느낌의 강화를 시도하였다. 결과적 으로 화예 소재가 주는 자연스러운 느낌과 와이어박스의 직선과 흰 칼라가 주는 공업적 느낌, 거기에 바이올린의 곡선과 단색 컬러가 결합된 나름대로는 서로 다른 느낌의 충돌과 조화가 이루어진 작품이 되었다. 이번 연구를 통해 이처럼 화예 작품에 공업적 재료나 오브제를 도입하여 효과를 연출할 수 있는 가능성에 대하여 탐구할 수 있었다. The researcher tried to make a floral art work to arouse specific mood or message by combining plants with other materials such as plastic, steel, glass as well as ready made objects. To be more specific the researcher intended to experiment the collision and fusion between contemporary touch and natural feeling of flowers and plants and the creation of funny and intersting storytelling. The researcher searched expressive design and art work cases by keyword research as well as image research and analyzed their components and techniques. Then she experimented her work by composing these elements into the sketches. She finally chose the motives of ``violin`` and ``steel mesh box`` and put a violin painted white into a steel mesh box decorated with ivy and moss. The final work was made into an art work in which the modern and industrial touch of steel mesh box, natural mood of plants and classical and cultural motif of violin were fused harmoniously.

EDTA 대체용 천연 킬레이팅제를 함유한 발효 축산폐수의 배지조성률에 따른Chlorella ovalis와 Dunaliella parva의 생산성 강화

The productivities of Chlorella ovalis and Dunaliella parva were influenced by the rates of medium compositions obtained from the fermented animal wastewater (BM: bacteria mineral water) including a natural substitute chelator for EDTA (etylenediaminetetraacetic acid). The most favorable medium was -E+50 adding 50% BM in f/2 medium instead of EDTA, a chemical chelator, which increased more 19-fold of cell density in C. ovalis and 7-fold in D. parva than cells cultured on f/2 medium as well as the enhancements of chlorophyll a (f/2-E: 0.26 g L?1, -E+50: 1.5 g L?1 in C. ovalis; f/2-E: 2.7 g L?1, -E+50: 15 g L?1 in D. parva) and the increase of maximal PSII quantum yields. These results were verified that the BM could play an important part as a natural chelator substituted for EDTA. In the fields of biotechnology, food organisms in fishery and eco-industries of CO2 sequestration in air and nutrient removal in water, the natural chelator of BM could be applied to enhance the biomass of the other microalgae.

This study is to investigate the status of environmental awareness of 4th to 6th graders of elementary school in Seoul city to present basic data for revitalizing elementary environmental education. The results of this study are as follows. First, elementary school students' awareness level about energy saving was below the average level. Second, the number of students who encouraged pro-environmental consumption in real life was low. Third, the students had a high interest in environmental pollution, were well aware of the benefits of caring and preserving forests and trees, and were good at separating and collecting garbage at home. Fourth, the students are well aware of the importance of natural ecosystems, and thus show an attitude to the value of nature. Fifth, the students felt the seriousness of environmental pollution, mentioned that the garbage problem was the most serious among environmental pollution factors, and the cause of air pollution came from automobile exhaust. Sixth, students were relatively aware of various environmental problems, but the awareness of environmental problems such as heavy metal pollution was low. In conclusion, it seems that a lot of environmental education related to experiential activities using digital tools should be conducted in connection with the development of curriculum containing on various environmental issues. 이 연구는 서울시 초등학교 4∼6학년 학생들의 환경인식에 대한 실태를 조사하여 초등학교 환경교육 활성화를 위한 기초자료를 제시하기 위해 수행하였다. 이 연구를 통해 얻은 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학생의 에너지 절약에 관한 학생들의 인식 수준은 평균 수준 이하로 나타났다. 둘째, 실생활 속에서 주변에 친환경적 소비를 권장하는 행동을 하는 학생은 낮게 나 타났다. 셋째, 학생들은 환경오염에 대해 관심이 높았고, 숲이나 나무를 잘 가꾸고 보전할 때 우리에게 주는 혜택에 대해 잘 알고 있고, 가정에서 쓰레기 분리수거 실천도 잘하고 있었다. 넷째, 학생들은 자연 생태계의 중요성을 인식하고 있으며, 자연을 소중하게 생각하는 태도를 보여주고 있다. 다섯째, 학생들은 환경오염의 심각성에 대해 느끼고 있는데, 환경오염 요인 중 에서 쓰레기 문제가 가장 심각하다고 하였고, 대기오염 원인에 대해서는 자동차 매연이라고 하 였다. 여섯째, 학생들은 다양한 환경문제에 대한 인지도는 비교적 높았으나, 중금속 오염과 같 은 개념이 어려운 환경문제에 대해서는 인지도가 낮게 나타났다. 결론적으로, 학생들의 환경인 식을 함양시키기 위하여 다양한 환경문제에 대한 내용을 포함하고 있는 교육과정 개발과 연계 하여 디지털 도구를 활용한 체험활동 관련 환경교육이 많이 이루어 져야 할 것으로 보인다.
