        유비쿼터스 센서 네트워크용 LED 가시광통신 송수신 모듈 및 효율 연구

        본 논문에서는 PC모듈 기반으로 LED(Light Emitting Diode)의 White조명을 이용한 VLC(Visible Light Communication) 송 수신기 모듈의 미디어 전송 시스템을 구현하고 전송 기술에 대해 성능 분석을 하기 위한 연구이다. LED가시광통신을 실현시키고자 송신부에는 1~12개의 LED발광소자와 수신부에는 가변 센서를 사용 하고자 한다. LED가시광통신을 하고자 개발이 이루어진 송 수신부의 초기 거리 값은 0~1m이상으로 하고 전체 시스템 전송 속도는 수천 kbps를 가지는 가시광 미디어 전송 시스템을 이루었다. 성능 분석을 위해서, PC 모듈에 LED 및 적외선센서를 구성하여 예측 및 통신 거리에 분석하여 응용 방법과 가능성에 대해서 확인하고자 한다. LED 모듈의 전체적인 효율 증가를 위하여 렌즈 착용시와 미착용시 각 성능을 측정하여 약 20%의 효율이 증가하였음을 알 수 있었다. This paper is implemented media transmission system of VLC transmitter and receiver module using LED of White lighting that is based on PC module and to transmission technology for performance analysis. To realize LED visible light communication receiver is used 1~12 LED light-emitting device and transmitter is used a variable sensor. Developed initial distance of the tranceiver is more than 0~1m for LED VLC and the overall system transmission speed is achieved on variable having Visible light media transmission system. Composition to PC module with LED module and infrared sensor for performance analysis, predict and analyze the communication distance, check about the possibility of application methods. Measure each performance when the lens wearing and not wearing in order to increase the overall efficiency of the LED module, can know that increase efficiency of approximately 20%.

        LCA 분석을 통한 TBM 공법과 NATM 공법의 탄소배출량 비교 연구

        터널의 대표적인 굴착방식인 TBM 공법과 NATM 공법의 지구온난화 영향도를 비교하기 위해 각 방식에 대한 전과정평가 (Life Cycle Assessment)를 수행하였다. 전과정평가는 제품 제조 전 단계, 제품 제조 단계, 사용 단계, 폐기단계를 고려하여 탄소배출량의 합산으로 비교해야 마땅하나, TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine)의 제조 및 폐기 데이터에 대한 접근이 제한되어 사용단계에 초점을 맞추어 분석할 수 밖에 없었다. 일반적으로 제품 제조 전 단계 및 제품 제조 단계에서 배출되는 탄소 배출량이 제품수명주기의 전과정에서 배출되는 탄소배출량의 90%를 넘는 경우가 대부분이다. 따라서 사용 단계의 비교만으로는 분석 목표를 달성하기 어렵기 때문에 분석 범위를 확장하였고, 제조 데이터에 접근이 가능한 NATM 공법에 대해서는 제품제조 전 단계 및 제품제조 단계를 포함한 과정에 대한 탄소 배출량을 산출하여 비교해 본 결과, TBM 공법은 사용 단계만 고려했음에도 불구하고 전 과정을 고려한 NATM 공법에 비해 탄소배출량이 많게 결과값이 산출되었다. 이러한 결과는 향후 터널 시공설계 시 최근 환경영향분야 중 관심이 집중되고 있는 기후 변화 (지구온난화)의 영향도를 고려할 때 NATM 공법이 상대적으로 친환경적이라 볼 수 있을 것이다. To compare the global warming impact of the TBM and NATM method, which are representative tunnel excavation methods, a life cycle assessment was performed for each method. Life cycle assessment should compare the sum of carbon emissions by considering the pre-manufacturing stage, product manufacturing stage, usage stage, and disposal stage. However, access to TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) manufacturing and disposal data is limited, so I had no choice but to focus on the analysis for the usage stage. In general, carbon emissions during the pre-product manufacturing stage and product manufacturing stage often exceed 90% of carbon emissions throughout the entire process. Therefore, since it is difficult to achieve the analysis goal only by comparing the usage stage, the analysis scope was expanded, and carbon emissions for the process were calculated for the NATM method with access to manufacturing data. As a result of comparing the relative impact on global warming, the carbon emissions of the TBM method were found to be higher than those of the NATM method even though TBM method was only considered for the usage stage. So there it is, the NATM method can be seen as environmentally friendly in the future when considering the impact of climate change (global warming), which has recently attracted attention among environmental impact fields.

        실리콘 이온주입 SiO<sub>2</sub>층의 나노결정으로 부터의 광루미네센스

        실리콘 기판 위에 형성한 열산화막에 실리콘이온을 주입하고 열처리를 수행한 후, 광루미네센스(photoluminescence:PL) 스펙트럼을 조사하였다. 실리콘 이온도즈의 변화와 열처리 온도의 변화에 따른 PL스펙트럼을 조사하고, 이를 TEM과 XRD 데이터와 비교하여 분석한 결과, 광루미네센스 특성은 산화막내의 실리콘 나노결정으로부터 기인함을 알 수 있었다. 또 산화막을 1분 간격으로 습식 식각하면서 매 식각 시마다 PL스펙트럼을 관측하여 그 변화를 조사하였다. 이러한 실험을 통하여 산화막내에 분포하고 있는 실리콘 나노결정의 크기와 그 수가 PL피크 파장과 강도에 직접적으로 영향을 줌을 알 수 있었다. Photoluminescence(PL) properties of $Si^+$-implanted $SiO_2$ film, which was thermally grown on c-Si substrate, is reported. We have compared room temperature photoluminescence (PL) spectra of the samples which was made in several kinds of implantation, subsequent annealing and $SiO_2$ film thickness. XRD data was correlated with the PL spectra. Silicon nanocrystals in $SiO_2$ film is considered as the origin of the photoluminescence. PL spectra was investigated after wet etching of the $SiO_2$ film by using BOE (Buffered Oxide Etchant) at every one minute. PL peak wavelength was varied as the etching is proceeded. These results indicate that the quantity and the distribution of dominant size of Si nanocrystals in $SiO_2$ film seem to have a direct effect on PL spectrum.

        스파 테라피스트 직무만족 요인에 관한 연구

        This study is to analyze factors affecting on job satisfaction of spa therapist as it is thought that job characteristics of therapists working in a spa, a professional service business based on human resources have a good deal of professional aspects requiring techniques and knowledge and there might be differences regarding the factors affecting job satisfaction from those of other service workers. Data collection was done in the way of survey with self-recording and individual interviews in the period from Oct. 10th, 2007 to Oct. 31st, 2007, and 350 questionnaires in total were distributed for therapists in hotel-spa, resort-spa and day-spa. And finally, 255 questionnaires were collected and 240 ones except 15 ones with unfaithful answers were analyzed using SPSS 12.0 statistic package program, going through the process of data cleaning process. 1. The factors affecting job satisfaction are four things; `educational training`, `relation with seniors`, `income system`, and `relation with coworkers` and job satisfaction was identified as a single composition concept. 2. All the four affecting factors on job satisfaction turned out influencing job satisfaction, and the factor, `educational training`(0.488) had the highest effect followed by `relation with seniors`(0.439), `income system`(0.295) and `relation with coworkers`(0.229) in order. 3. Regarding the result of factor measuring variables of `educational training` and regression analysis of job satisfaction, spa development possibility(0.359) showed the highest influential one on job satisfaction, followed by educational program(0.248), and chances of self-development(0.193) in order. The study has the meaning as an exploring study having done a sample survey for the national therapists as a population, and also has an academic meaning in that the factors of educational training have the biggest effect on job satisfaction; spa development possibility in spa industries, educational programs, chances of self-development, etc. Through this study, it is considered that if job satisfaction of spa therapists is high, it will have a positive effect on spa management, so just offering vision of spa center and sharing it for effective operation can increase job satisfaction of therapists. Therefore, it was offered as follows; first, proposing vision of spa center to therapists, second, strengthening internal marketing, and third, job defining of therapists & suggesting manual necessity.

        연구논문 : 20대 여성의 메디컬스파테라피에 대한 인식연구

        This study is to compare and analyze the factors that affect the consumer``s preference and recognition of Medical Spa Therapy about women in their twenties, and to present basic data about marketing program of medical spa industry. The questionnaire survey target is women in their twenties who live in Seoul metropolitan area and Daejon city, and 250 valid responds are analyzed for this study. The results of this study are as follows. 1. It is necessary for medical spa industry to promote anti-aging program and wellness program rather than to serve merely skin care for young female consumers. Marketing program developments are needed for devoting consumer’s general health management through medical spa therapy. 2. Marketing strategies for more specialized programs like facial treatment, skin care and body care program are deeded. 3. As sales strategies, beyond advertising promotion with social commerce, internet system, it is necessary to offer correct and detailed information about the medical spa therapy, specialized programs and expected effects. The result of this study will be basic data to prepare marketing program for medical spa industry and to contribute in this field.

        LED 조명통신용 드라이빙기술 기반 VLC 송수신기 모듈의 외란광 분석에 관한 연구

        In this paper, would implement a transceiver for the visible light communication that based on wireless communication driving technology for LED illumination-based infrared ray communication, and measurement analyzed a design error rate of a transceiver variable rate has made about distance change -2.5m. The error rate measured a voltage variable along illuminate change between switchable circumstances, which has illuminated insight and outright. Each analyzed and measurement on the communication distance errors along the differences of disturbance light between night and days. The LED module has implemented for number of 6 through illumination dimming in case of different values. Also, implementation for the system module of a VLC transceiver based on the infrared sensors which used feedback outcome value has analyzed with error rate.
