This paper proposes beam selection scheme using intelligent reflecting surface(IRS) in limited feedback system. IRS with passive reflecting elements is expected to be widely used in future wireless communication systems. In this paper, the channel between the base station and the user equipment is assumed to be blocked due to the heavy shadowing and blockage. The proposed scheme performs beam selection through beam sweeping using limited feedback channel information. Then, the simulation results show that the proposed scheme can achieve similar performance with perfect channel state information(CSI) based near-optimal solution.
