Developing aspects have been noticed in the area of supply, maintenance and transportation through the activities of Army field logistics legacy systems. The combat troops, however, have recognized relatively low grade regarding effectiveness of logistics support. We assume that positive impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of logistics support could come true by integrating logistics activities at the contact area. New policy and guidelines were sat up for integrating activities and pilot test was began below corps level. Small warehouses were merged into mid and big size warehouse with priority of demand. Quantity oriented inventory management was replaced by quantity and location basis. Using multi-story loading, equipment and machine for handling were utilized. Weekly supply was changed into daily supply directed to the end user. Transportation was upgraded from back and forth to the milk run. We have proposed the input, process and output key performance indicators for the measurement of the logistics activities. Comparison between the functional support based upon the legacy system and integration support was expected that clear answer for the future direction of Army logistics development. Input indicators showed declining trend of engaged personnel and facilities while process indicators explained steady growth of efficiency. Futhermore, the output indicators represented growing curves of effectiveness and efficiency at the same time. Integrating options have been evaluated for cutting off input activities with growing the effectiveness and efficiency at the field level logistics support area. Both policy making level and field support level can get some lessons and insights with this thesis.
코칭리더십이 LMX와 조직유효성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구- 리더의 감성지능을 조절 변수로: ICT연구개발직을 중심으로 -

There is a growing interest in researching new leadership and efficient organizational management due to the changes and spread of Information Communications Technologies (ICT) related organizations. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the effect of leadership on organization in ICT R & D, and to follow the relationship between coaching leadership, leader member exchange (LMX), emotional intelligence of leaders, and organizational effectiveness. In order to verify this research problem, a total of 310 people were surveyed from employees working in the ICT R & D field. Reliability analysis of the measuring tool was tested on 80 pilot surveys in advance, and the final 285 data were used for empirical analysis excluding 25 unsatisfactory responses. For analysis, SPSS 22.0 program and AMOS were used to analyze the reliability, validity, path analysis, and control effects of the measurement tools. The findings demonstrate empirically the positive relationship between LMX and organizational effectiveness on coaching leadership in ICT R & D. In addition, by empirically verifying the effect that the emotional intelligence of the leader regulates the relationship between LMX, organizational effectiveness, and coaching leadership, then emotional intelligence of the leader can be usefully applied in ICT R & D. Furthermore, the demand for more in-depth research on coaching leadership, LMX, and emotional intelligence of leaders, which positively affects organizational effectiveness, was identified as demand for ICT R & D is increasing and horizontal and interactive leadership is needed.

In-vitro flow characteristics downstream of a polyurethane artificial heart valve and a Bjork-Shiley Monostrut mechanical valve have been comparatively investigated in pulsatile flow using particle image velocimetry (PIV). With a triggering system and a time-delayed circuit the velocity distributions on the two perpendicular measurement planes downstream of the valves are evaluated at any given instant in conjunction with the opening behaviors of valve leaflets during a cardiac cycle. The regions of stasis and high shear stress can be found simultaneously by examining the entire view of the instantaneous velocity and Reynolds shear stress fields. It is known that high shear stress regions exist at the interface between strong axial jet flows along the wall and vortical flows in the central area distal to the valves. In addition. there are large stagnation or recirculation regions in the vicinity of the valve leaflet, where thrombus formation can be induced by accumulation of blood elements damaged in the high shear stress zones. A correlation between the unsteady flow patterns downstream of the valve and the corresponding opening postures of the polyurethane valve membrane gives useful data necessary for improved design of the frame structure and leaflet geometry of the polyurethane valve.
후기기술수용모형(PAM)과 플로우(Flow)이론을 기반으로 한 유튜브 커버음악 채널의 성공 요인에 대한 탐색적 연구

본 연구는 유튜브 커버음악 채널의 성공 요인에 대하여 정량적 연구를 하고자 하는 데 목적을 가지고 있다. 그 과정에서 기존의 정성적 연구 결과를 바탕으로 커버음악 채널의 특성을 측정하는 측정도구를 구성하고 검정하는 것이 두 번째 목적이다. 이를 위해 최근 사례연구에서 제시한 커버음악 채널의 성공 요인을 후기기술수용모형과 융합하였다. 커버음악채널의 콘텐츠, 영상, 크리에이터, 상호작용성, 홍보라는 5가지 특성을 중심으로 척도화하여 신뢰성과 타당성 검증을 거치면서 정량화 가능성을 탐색하고 이 결과물과 후기기술수용모형에서 제시하는 중요변인들과의 인과관계를 검증하였다. 본 연구 결과 첫째, 콘텐츠 특성은 이용자들의 정서적 즐거움에 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한, 기존 사례에서 제시된 채널 특성 요인 5가지 중에서 크리에이터 특성이 정서적 즐거움에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 요인분석 과정에서 유튜브 커버음악 채널 특성 중 콘텐츠 특성과 영상 특성이 한 요인으로 적재되어 통합되었다. 셋째, 만족과 지속사용의도 또한 한 요인으로 통합되었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 커버음악 채널 운영자들은 크리에이터의 매력을 돋보이게 하는 영상콘텐츠 제작이 필요하다. 아울러 이용자들과의 상호작용과 홍보에 노력해야 한다는 것을 제시한다. The purpose of this study is to explore quantitatively the success factors of YouTube"s music cover channel. Along the process, constructing and testing the measurement for music cover channel"s characteristics. The research constructed the measurement items based on results of qualitative studies. To perform the purposes the study suggest a research model which integrated the Post Acceptance Model with five music cover channel"s characteristics based on the recent case studies. The five characteristics were contents, video, creator, interactivity, and publicity. The characteristics were integrated with Post Acceptance Model. After testing reliability and validity the research model was revised then, the research hypothesis was tested. The research results show: first, it was found that the content characteristics did not meet the expected value of users. Second, among the five factors of channel characteristics presented in creator"s characteristics have the largest effect on user"s value perception Third, in the factor analysis process, the content factor and the video were loaded on the same factor thus integrated as one factor. Fourth, satisfaction and intention for continual usage were also loaded on the same factor thus integrated as one factor. The research results suggest that music cover channel operators need to enhance the creator"s attraction, communication with user, and publicity in various ways.

Purpose: The objective of this study is to investigate the effects of hemodynamics on morphological changes of human endothelial cells. Methods: The changes under the laminar flow condition are investigated by the in-vitro experiment and computer simulation. Micrographs of the endothelial cells in the laminar flow chamber are taken as a function of the exposed time. Idealized geometric shapes of the cells whose shapes are changing with the exposed time due to the flow stresses are portrayed by the computer simulation. Drag force on the cell due to the pressure and shear stress is calculated for two constraining conditions, that is, the cell changes its shape keeping its initial volume or initial surface area. Results and Conclusion: The drag force of the cell which keeps constant volume is smaller than tbat of the cell which keeps constant surface area.
