        홍수기 농업용 저수지의 홍수조절용량의 평가

        We investigated flood control capacity of 484 agricultural reservoirs with storage capacity of over 1 million $m^3$ in South Korea. In general, agricultural reservoir secures flood control capacity by setting up limited water level during flood season from late June to mid-September. The flood control capacity of an agricultural reservoir during flood season can be divided into stable flood control capacity during non-flood season, stable flood control capacity associated with limited water level, and unstable flood control capacity associated with limited water level. In general, the flood control capacity significantly (P < 0.001) increased with reservoir capacity irrespective of type of spillway. The unstable flood control capacity accounted for about 20 % of reservoir capacity in the uncontrolled reservoirs. The study reservoirs showed flood control capacity of 0.60-65 billion (B) $m^3$ and stable flood control capacity of 0.43-47 B $m^3$, depending on the upper and lower limited water levels during the flood season. The stable flood control capacity of the gated reservoirs (0.29-0.33 B $m^3$) was about two times than that of reservoirs with uncontrolled spillways (0.14 B $m^3$). The ratios of stable flood control capacity to reservoir capacity for agricultural reservoirs range from 21 to 23 %, similar to that for Daecheong multipurpose dam. Moreover, the reservoirs with over 100 mm ratio of flood control capacity to watershed area accounted for 38 % of total gated reservoirs. The results indicate that many agricultural reservoirs may contribute to controlling flood in the small watersheds during the flood season.

        자동차 부품제조의 최적생산을 위한 선행적 검증 프로세스에 관한 연구: 퀘스트와 타임프리즘을 연계한 방법론

        The automotive manufacturers are trying to manage production by introducing the Digital Virtual Manufacturing (DVM) or the Digital Virtual Factory(DVF) simulation technology and unitary Supply Chain Management(SCM) systems in order to provide product quickly that consumers desire. However, it is difficult to introduce by small supplier except for car-maker or Tier 1 in cost, manpower and time. In this study, The Target is Tier 2 and Tier 3 or small supplier. Using the TimePrism which is work-analysis and work-improvement tool based on recording video with the QUEST(QUeuing Event Simulation Tool, Dassault Systems DELMIA D5 Solution) which is process analysis Simulation software, we developed and set up the methodical process analysis process which is usable when small supplier installs the assembly product line of the automotive part for pilot or production and we evaluated effectiveness in respect of methodology application by validating in practice.

      • CAE를 이용한 도어트림 사출 성형 최적 설계를 위한 프로세스 개발

        An injection molding optimization process development which uses the computer was desired to reduce a mold trial manufactures repetition work from the trial mistake and loss cost according to product development delay in the product development stage. The result of the CAE(Computer Aided Engineering) can not forecast the result of actual injection molding and can appear as a result entirely different from the result of actual injection molding. We enhanced CAE reliability to reduce the difference between actual injection molding and computer simulation injection molding in this research. We made necessary document for a work procedure not to apply in existing method. The work progressed in order according to the work procedure. We applied DFSS(Design For Six Sigma) technique and progressed this research for optimization design of door trim injection molding. We set up a work process, enhanced the reliability of the computer simulation injection molding and optimized the door trim injection molding condition to the result of this research.

      • 트리즈를 활용한 자동차 측면충돌의 도어트림 충격흡수부재의 충돌에너지 조절문제 해결에 관한 연구

        자동차 측면충돌시 인체의 상해를 줄이기 위하여 도어 시스템 부품 중에 도어트림이 충격을 차단하고 인체를 보호하는 역할을 하고 있다. 차체 판넬이 변형되어 도어트림에 전달되는 충돌 에너지를 패드가 흡수 하는데 중대한 기능을 한다. 이전에 충격흡수 패드는 외곽부위의 수평면에 의존하여 설계되었으며 이 구조는 점진적으로 충격을 흡수 하는데 문제점이 발견 되었는데 트리즈의 6단계 창의성 기법을 적용하여 패드의 주요 특성을 찾아내고 그 특성에 모순을 해결하여 차종에 적용할 수 있는 기본 단면과 설계 자유도가 높은 충격흡수부재를 개발 하였다.

        계층분석기법(AHP)을 이용한 수출다변화의 결정요인과 경쟁우위 전략 채택에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 자동차 부품 기업이 수출다변화 전략을 수립함에 있어서 고려할 영향요인과 전략의 중요도와 우선순위를 분석하였다. 기업의 수출다변화 전략은 기업이 보유하고 있는 내부 역량과 외부 환경을 중심으로 결정되어 왔다. 선행문헌을 리뷰하고, 전문가 6명을 대상으로 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 문헌 리뷰와 인터뷰 결과를 교차분석하여 영향요인을 선정하였으며, 다기준 의사결정 기법인 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)을 활용 분석하였다. 설문조사는 수출업무경험을 갖고 있는 자동차부품기업 재직자 87명을 대상으로 전자메일 및 직접조사를 통해서 수행하였고, 최종 68명의 설문이 유효하였다. 이를 분석한 결과, 영향요인들의 상대적 중요도와 우선순위를 결정하였다. 영향요인간 쌍대비교를 하고 이들의 상대적 중요값을 결정하였다. 그리고 대안으로는 Porter(1985)의 본원적 경쟁전략 이론을 근거로 하였다. 분석결과, 중요도는 평균적으로 내부역량, 상호관계, 구매자 영향, 진입장벽, 기술력 대응, 경쟁환경 순으로 나타났다. 해외 브랜드 수준이 높은 권역은 제품차별화, 저원가, 집중화 순이며, 수준이 낮은 권역은 저원가, 제품차별화, 집중화 순으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 자동차부품 중소기업이 수출다변화 전략 채택을 위한 대안을 마련하여 상황에 맞는 전략을 수립할 수 있다는 것에 의미가 있다. 자동차부품 수출다변화는 세계권역별 다양한 특성의 맞춤형 전략 수립이 필요하며, 또한 수출다변화를 위한 내부역량 뿐만아니라 동시에 현지 구매자와 그 상호관계가 중요한 것으로 분석되었다. This study analyzed factors that should be considered in the process of export diversification strategy formulation and priorities of strategies. We reviewed the extant literature and interviewed six experts. Cross-sectional analysis of a literature review and interview results were used to determine the influencing factors of export. The data for this study were collected from a survey of 68 export experts in Automotive Parts enterprises. Data were analyzed using AHP. As a result of the analysis, the order of importance appeared in the order of internal capacity, correlation buyer effect, entry barriers, technology response, and competition environment. The regions with a high overseas level were product differentiation, centralization, and low cost, whereas those with a low level were in the order of low cost, product differentiation, and concentration. It is meaningful to review the alternatives for adoption of the export diversification strategy and establish a strategy appropriate to the situation. It is necessary to establish a customized strategy considering the characteristics of the global region, and not only internal competence but also mutual relationship with local buyers are important.

      • 오디오 재생 시 차량의 도어트림에서 발생하는 Rattle Noise 정량화 기법 연구

        The sound inside a passenger cabin is composed of many elements, a fundamental element of which is irritating noises comprised of buzzes, squeaks and rattles. Customer perception of buzz, squeak and rattle (BSR) is measured by Things GoneWrong (TGW), warranty claims and JD Power surveys. 1) Speaker playing test has been adopted to evaluate and to eliminate the rattle noise of door module under the using of audio system. But there is no way to determine whether a rattle noise occurs except how to verify test listening. In this paper a quantitative approach for the rattle noise under the speaker playing test is supposed. The Hanileh rattle index was developed using a high pass filter, hiss noise reduction filter, SPL data with the 0.2msec delta time, the peak value and fluctuation. This article includes a test results which shows the improvement of a rattle noise detection capability about the Hanileh rattle index.

        하천관개지역 광역논에서의 영양물질의 물질수지

        The objective of this research was to investigate concentration and load of nutrients such as total nitrogen (TN), nitrate nitrogen ($NO_3$-N) total phosphorous (TP), and phosphate phosphorous ($PO_4$-P) in a 23.4-ha paddy fields watershed with river water source. Water samples for irrigation water, drainage water, ponded water and groundwater were collected, and irrigation and drainage water were measured at 5~10 day intervals during normal days and at 2~6 hours intervals during three storm events. The amount of irrigation water in the study area was over 2,000 mm, which is almost identical to that in the area irrigated from a large reservoir but much more than that in the area irrigated from a pumping station. Mean flow-weighted concentrations of TN and TP in irrigation water were 2.8 and 0.15 mg/L, respectively, higher than those in the area irrigated from a large reservoir or a pumping station. The ratios of irrigation load to total inflow load for TN and TP were 88 %, and the ratios of surface outflow load to total outflow load for TN and TP were over 90 %, indicating that total nutrient load may be greatly affected by water management. The nutrient loads per area in the study area were estimated as TN 21.1 kg/ha and TP 1.1 kg/ha. Especially, the TP load per area in the study area was smaller than that in the area irrigated from a large reservoir or a pumping station. This may be because outflow load is not high likely due to sedimentation of particulate P and irrigation water load is high due to high TP concentration in irrigation water and high amount of irrigation water.

        A nation have the regulation for a vehicle safety and interested in the side impact of a vehicle. But we spend a lot of money and time for the side impact test. So we must design a vehicle parts regard to the side impact test. This paper describes a new test method for side impact test. We used DFSS(Design For Six Sigma) process for design of door trim armrest. We searched the door trim armrest control factor and made the experiment plan. We researched the optimal design factor and improved the abdomen injury value of the human dummy.

      • 자동차 내장재에 대한 Rapid Prototyping 활용 사례

        To satisfy customer demand which should be getting shorter improvement period for new product and ensure the highest quality, the best need thing is how short time soluble present's problem. Every part has a problem. But we can reduce the trial and error if we have a correct understanding about the problem. So we make the best use of RP(Rapid Prototyping) when we need to examine design solution. We make the parts by using solid data within short time and then can check the design skin, matching, assembly, irrationality of design solution and the important dimension etc. So we can get good quality parts quickly due to reduce time of checking quality initially. Also we can resolve all problems that can happen prior to manufacturing. In this paper, we introduced a control process and efficient application method in an automobile interior parts about RP practical use.
