휠체어 사용자를 위한 고속/시외버스의 사용성평가 시나리오 및 지표 개발

본 연구는 휠체어 사용자를 위한 고속/시외버스의 사용성평가 시나리오 및 평가지표를 개발하기 목적으로 실시하였다. 연구방법은 문헌조사, 포커스그룹인터뷰, 델파이기법을 활용하였다. 문헌조사를 통해 사용성평가 항목을 도출하고, 포커스그룹인터뷰를 통해 사용성평가 시나리오 초안을 개발하였다. 12명의 전문가를 대상으로 1차 및 2차 델파이조사를 통해 사용성평가 시나리오 및 평가지표를 검증하였다. 1차 델파이조사 결과, 휠체어 사용 대상자 및 버스기사 대상자를 위한 사용성평가 시나리오가 각각 2가지 항목이 추가되었으며, 일부 시나리오 내용의 정의가 더 명확하게 수정되었다. 하위지표로는 성공여부, 오류횟수, 오류번호, 과제노력도, 수행시간, 기술수용도, 과제난이도, 제품만족도가 도출되었다. 2차 델파이 조사 결과, 휠체어 사용 대상자 및 버스기사 대상자를 위한 사용성 평가지표는 각각 3개의 사용성 상위지표와 12개의 하위지표, 10개의 세부지표로 구성되었다. 사용성평가 시나리오는 휠체어 사용 대상자를 위한 2개의 수행영역과 8개의 수행과제로 구성되었고, 버스 기사 대상자를 위한 4개의 수행영역과 14개의 수행과제로 구성되었다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 사용성평가 시나리오 및 지표를 기반으로 향후 휠체어 사용자를 위한 고속/시외버스의 사용성 평가 연구가 필요하다. The purpose of this study was to develop scenarios and evaluation indicators for the usability test of express/intercity buses for wheelchair users. The research methods used literature review, focus group interview, delphi technique. Through the literature survey, usability evaluation items were derived and the usability evaluation scenario draft was developed through focus group interview. Twelve experts were tested for usability evaluation scenarios and evaluation indicators through the first and second delphi surveys. As a result of the first delphi survey, two usability evaluation scenarios for wheelchair users with disabilities and bus drivers were added, and some of the definition of scenarios were more clearly modified. Sub-indicators were success, error frequency, error number, task effort, performance time, task acceptance, task difficulty, product satisfaction. The results of the second delphi survey showed that the usability evaluation indicators for wheelchair user and bus driver subject was composed of three usability upper-indicators, 12 lower-indicators and 10 detailed-indicators, respectively. The usability evaluation scenarios consisted of 2 performance areas and 8 performance tasks for the wheelchair users and 4 performance areas and 14 performance tasks for bus driver subjects. Based on the usability evaluation scenarios and indicators derived from this study, further studies are needed to evaluate the usability of express/intercity buses for wheelchair users in the future.

A persons facial expression is one of the most crucial signals for judging emotions and plays a vital role in communication between people. Thus, this paper proposes a method that simultaneously conducts facial expression recognition and facial landmark detection using a single backbone based on HRNet. Additionally, cross-attention is used to efficiently fuse information about facial expressions and landmarks. Experimental results show that the proposed method successfully recognizes expressions in 88.59% of facial images in RAF-DB.

Objectives: The purposes of this study were to analyze the trade newspapers related to 'recognition of the dental hygienist as the healthcare professional' using R program and to identify opinions of groups concerned with dental hygienists. Methods: This study was designed with contents analysis and cross-sectional. The subjects of the study were the articles for the last three years in medical and dental newspapers about the recognition of the dental hygienist as the healthcare professional. The collected articles were categorized and classified for each group's opinions about the issue. The key words were extracted according to the priorities of the opinions of agreement and disagreement. They were visualized after frequency analysis using R, a big data analysis program. Results: A total of 237 newspaper articles were extracted among 270 ones containing opinions. 245 were positive opinions and 25 were negatives. The main key words of the agreement were 'Amendment of Medical Law', 'Medical Practice', and 'Legal Guarantee of the Practice'. Advocates addressed that the issues should be resolved with the amendment of the law, as dental hygienists are not guaranteed to work based on the current law although they are actually doing the medical practices. Main key words of disagreement were 'Legal Guarantee of the Practice', 'Revision of Medical Technician Law', and 'Review of Job Type'. They described that the problem can be resolved by revising medical technicians act, and it needs to consider as job types of all healthcare professional. Conclusions: In the group who showed the positive opinions, it is possible to utilize measures such as promoting the cooperation of dental hygienists and developing public consensus through publicity.

본 연구에서는 휠체어 사용 장애인을 대상으로 한국형 휠체어 탑승 가능한 고속버스의 사용성 평가를 수행하여 휠체어 탑승 시스템에 대한 효과성, 효율성, 만족도에 대해 알아보았다. 지역사회에서 생활하는 수동휠체어 사용자 11명, 전동휠체어 사용자 9명을 모집하여 휠체어 탑승 버스 승차하기, 휠체어로 내부에서 이동하기, 휠체어 탑승 버스 하차하기의 3가지 시나리오를 이용하여 사용성 평가를 수행하였다. 효과성은 과제 성공 여부로 측정하였으며, 효율성은 과제의 난이도와 수행의 노력도, 만족도는 제품에 대한 수용도와 전반적인 시스템 사용도 지표를 이용하여 측정하였다. 연구결과, 휠체어 사용자 20명은 3가지 시나리오 수행을 완료하였으며, 효율성에서 난이도 측정결과0.33점(적당하다)과 1.36점(조금쉽다) 사이에 분포 하였다. 수행의 노력도는 8.36점(전혀 힘들지 않음)부터 11.78점(가벼움)으로 측정되었다. 만족도에서 수용도는 1.00점(조금은 받아들일 수 있다)부터 2점(받아들일 수 있다) 사이에 분포하였으며, 전반적인 시스템 사용도는 수동휠체어가 70.7점으로 C등급의 수용가능한 경계선의 시스템으로 측정되었고, 전동휠체어는 73.1점으로 B등급으로 측정되었다. 본 연구는 국내에서 개발된 한국형 휠체어 탑승 고속버스에 대하여 휠체어 사용 장애인을 대상으로 사용성 연구를 수행함으로써 장애인의 대중교통 접근성과 이동성 확보 및 연구 방법에 대한 기초적인 근거를 제공했다는 점에서 학술적 의의를 가진다. 추후에는 사용성에 대한 근거 수준의 질적 향상을 위해 다수의 연구 참여자와 다양한 휠체어 종류를 통한 연구가 진행되어야 할 것으로 사료된다. This study examined the usability of express buses for wheelchair users to identify the effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction of wheelchair boarding systems. The usability of 11 manual wheelchair users and nine powered wheelchair users was evaluated using the following three scenarios: boarding the wheelchair accessible bus, moving inside, and alighting the bus. The results showed that 20 wheelchair users completed three scenarios, which was distributed between 0.33 and 1.36 in the difficulty rating scale of the efficiency. The task effort of the efficiency was measured from 8.36 to 11.78. The acceptability of the satisfaction was distributed between 1.00 and 2.00, and the system usability scale was measured in an acceptable boundary of the C grade at 70.7 points with manual wheelchair users and a B grade at 73.1 points with powered wheelchair users. This study has academic significance because it provides basic evidence for accessibility, securing the right to movement and research methods of public transportation for people with disabilities. To improve the quality level of usability in the future, more study with a larger number of research participants and various wheelchair types should be studied.
