        미도(美度)를 이용한 해안가마을 배색관계의 분석과 미도의 효용성 분석

        인간은 5감 중 시각에 감각의 80% 이상을 의존한다. 그 시각 속에서도 어떤 대상을 인식할 때 색(color), 형태(from), 질감(texture)의 순으로 인지한다. 결국 색이 인간의 감성에 가장 큰 자극을 주는 요소라 할 수 있다. 이러한색의 배색관계를 분석함에 있어 우리는 그동안 다양한 시도를 진행해 왔다. 국가적, 문화적, 가치관의 차이 뿐 만 아니라 개개인의 성향과 선입견에 의해 색에 대한 분석이 달라지고, 기후와 빛의 조사량에 따라서도 그 분석은 많은 차이를보여 왔다. 따라서 본 연구는 색 조화를 정량적으로 분석하고, 그 미세한 차이점을 수치적으로 파악, 비교하기 위해 수학자 버코프의 이론을 통해 완성한 문과 스펜서의 색채조화론과 미도(美度)추출 공식을 활용하였다. 미도는 먼셀의 색이론을 기초로 하고 있으며, 최근 영상분야 및 환경색채분야에서 연구되고 있다. 배색분석 대상으론 자연환경과 인공환경의 조화를 기준으로 설정하였고, 포괄적 분석을 위해 아시아, 유럽, 미주, 한국의 해안가마을 5곳을 선정하여 사진이미지를 통해 분석하였다. 분석방법은 인공환경인 건축물의 몸통색과 지붕색, 자연환경인 숲색과 바다색 총 4개의 대표색을 추출해 상호 비교하여 미도값을 계산하였다. 또한 이 결과 값과 색채전문가 10인의 선호도조사를 통해얻은 결과 값을 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 미도에 따른 정량적 수치 값과 전문가 선호도 조사 값이 대부분 일치하는 결과를 얻었다. 이를 통해 미도가 배색조화의 정량적 분석에 대한 좋은 대안이 될 수 있다는 효용성을 판단하였다. 감성적 분석 이전에 정량화된 툴(Tool)을 가지고 색 조화에 대한 기본적 정보를 판단 할 수 있다면 색을 사용하는 다양한 분야에서 좋은 판단지표로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 이를 위해서 앞으로도 미도에 대한 다양한 연구가 진행되어 져야할 것이다. People rely on their sights more than 80 percent among five senses. When people look at a target, they recognize it in order of the color, form and then the texture. As a result, colors are the most stimulating elements for sensibility. We have conducted variety of attempts on analyzing arrangement of color relationships. Studies found out analyzing color theory differs from nationality, culture, and also individual prejudice. Furthermore, analyzing color climate and the light survey shown a lot of differences. Therefore, the study needs to G. D. Birkhoff use the theory of color harmony by P.Moon & D.E. Spencer and aesthetic measure extraction formula to analyze the quantity of color harmony and find the numerical differences. Aesthetic measure based on Albert Henry munsell’s color theory has been researched recently in the field of image and environmental color. Color harmony is analyzed in terms of the harmony of the natural and artificial environment. For a wide range of analysis, seaside town images of Asia, Europe, America and Korea are used. Four different primary colors as wall and roof for artificial architecture, and forest and sea for the natural environment are compared to measure the extracting aesthetic value differences. Also, I compared the aesthetic value differences with the result of the color-experts’ preference survey. According to this study, the quantity analyzed in the aesthetic measurement and the result of the color-experts preference survey mostly match. Therefore, aesthetic measurement could be an efficient tool for color harmony quantitative analysis. The study shows that Aesthetic Measure can be a good alternative to the quantitative analysis of color harmony. Before analizing "sensitivity", if there is a quantification tool to understand the basic information of color harmony, this could benifit a good indicator of various fields using color. Therefore, various studies of Aesthetic Measure need to be proceeded.

        사용자중심의 한국형어선 제작프로세스 및 어선개발 연구

        본 연구는 어선개발에 있어 그간 진행해온 대부분의 연구가 어선의 기능적 성능향상에 목적을 두고 선형개발과 건조공법에 치우쳐 왔다면, 사용자중심의 사용자환경과 사용자경험을 통한 선형의 조건을 찾아내고, 우리 바다환경과 여건에 맞는 선형의 조건을 우선적으로 고려해 진행된 한국형 어선개발 연구이다. 연구방법으로는 국내에서 가장 많이 사용 중인 대상 어선을 선정하고, 선정된 어선을 기준으로 어선제작을 위한 기술중심과 사용자중심의 Co-work 프로세스를 제시하였다. 그리고 사용자중심의 분석과 진행방법을 위한 분석툴을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 대상어선의 기본환경과 작업환경을 분석하였으며, 촬영된 영상물 분석을 통해 어선원의 작업패턴을 분석하였다. 그리고 어선원과의 심층면접을 통한 요구조건을 수집하였으며, 어선법과 어업행정사항의 요소들을 파악하고, 자연환경을 분석하였다. 이에 따른 어선의 추진체, 선체소재, 선형디자인, 선체구조와 기본환경 등 한국형 어선개발의 종합적인 연구가 진행되었다. 결론부에는 기존어선대비 지향할 방향을 제시하였고, 새로운 선형디자인과 공간구조 디자인을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 기술 중심의 선형연구와 사용자중심의 선형디자인 연구가 함께 Co-work해 나가야 함을 절실히 느꼈으며, 두 분야 간의 통섭이 시대적 요구임을 절감한다. 본 연구에서 제시된 Co-work 프로세스에서와 같이 도출된 디자인의 기술적 검증을 진행하지 못 한 점에 많은 아쉬움이 남는 연구이다. 본 연구를 시작으로 어선원의 작업환경을 고려한 선형연구와 사용성과 감성을 충족할 선형연구들이 앞으로도 활발히 진행되기를 기대한다. 또한 본 연구에서 제시한 한국형 어선제작의 프로세스는 향후 진행될 사용자중심, 사용자경험의 어선, 보트 제작에도 많은 도움이 되기를 기대하며, 우리 어업환경의 발달과 어촌의 발전을 기대한다. This study focuses the new hull form design development and its construction method of fishing boats by analyzing characteristics through our marine environment and the user-centered approach although most of the research purposes on the development and construction methods have been conducted to improve the functional performance of the fishing boat. The outcome of this research shows an unique direction of Korean fishing boat type design concept development. The research method is to select the most frequently used fishing boat styles in Korea, using the Co-work processes that is the center of the technologies and user-centered for creating vessels based on the selected fishing boats. And, I presented an analysis tool for the analysis and progression method of user-centered approach. Through this approach, I analyzed the basic environment and working environment of the target fishing boat, while the fishermen’s work pattern was analyzed through the captured video reference images. Then, I was collecting the requirements and needs through interviewing with fishermen tograsp the elements of fishing boat law and fisheries’ administrative matters, and analysis of the natural environment matters. Based on this process, a comprehensive study of the development of the Korean type fishing boats has been proposed regarding hull material, hull form design, hull structure, and basic environment. The conclusion part presents a direction directed existing fishing boat ratio presented the design of a new design and hull form of spatial structure. Through this study focused on the study of hull form design of hull form research and user-centered technology center must do and Co-work together, that consilience between the two areas is the needs of the time reduction to. There are many things insufficient remaining in the studies in that it does not proceed with technical validation of the derived design as Co-work processes presented in this study. This study looks forward to develop and improve Korean fisheries and the fish-working environment. Furthermore, the study of hull form developed by the fishing crew and the fish-working environment need to be proceeded. In addition, I am hoping the study of "The producing process of the Korean fishing boat "will be helpful for the further progress in user centeredness and user experience.

        동조액체기둥감쇠기의 동적특성을 파악하기 위한 가변전압측정 시스템 개발

        본 연구에서는 동조액체기둥감쇠기의 비선형감쇠항을 등가점성감쇠항으로 치환한 등가선형 동조액체기둥감쇠기 모델을 유도하였으며 동조액체기둥감쇠기의 동적거동인 고유진동수와 감쇠비를 이론적으로 파악하였다. 동조액체기둥감쇠기에 일정한 전기장을 형성한 후 동조액체기둥감쇠기의 수직운동에 의해 발생되는 가변전압을 측정하여 수조 내부의 수위로 변환하는 식을 유도하였다. 또한 본 연구에서 제안한 동조액체기둥감쇠기의 수위측정 시스템의 타당성을 검증하기 위하여 고가의 전기 용량식 파고계와 비교 및 검증하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구에서 제안한 수위측정 시스템을 동조액체기둥감쇠기에 적용, 진동대 실험을 실시하여 고유진동수와 감쇠비를 파악하였고, 이론상의 고유진동수와 실험상의 고유진동수가 일치하였음을 확인하였으며, 진동수비 변화에 따른 동조액체기둥감쇠기의 감쇠비 변화를 확인하였다. In this study, vertical motion of a Tuned Liquid Column Damper(TLCD) is measured by a variable voltage measurement system in the electric field and design parameters of the TLCD are determined. First, nonlinear damping term of the TLCD is replaced as the equivalent viscous damping term. The natural frequency and damping ratio of dynamic characteristics of the TLCD are verified. In addition, a novel liquid level measurement system is developed for measuring vertical motion of the TLCD. For the experimental achievement, experimental characterizations of natural frequency and damping ratio of the TLCD are undertaken utilizing the developed variable voltage sensing. Also, shake table testing is performed to determine the dynamic characteristics of the TLCD. As a result, the feasibility of the proposed liquid level measurement system is verified by comparison with the capacitive type wavemeter.

        시상부 뇌농양의 뇌실내로의 파열 - 증례보고 -

        The mortality of patients with brain abscess has decreased significaltly. This has been attributed to improved diagnostic imaging, the evolution of neurosurgical techniques and understanding of intracranial pressure pathophysiology, greater critical care understanding, and newer antibiotics. However, the mortality associated with intraventricular rupture of brain abscess remained consistently high at or above 80% once identified. A case of intraventicular rupture of thalamic abscess with good quality of survival is presented based on aggressive 4-component therapeutic plan used. The four components are 1) extraventricular drainage for 6 weeks, 2) lavage of the ventricular system using closed irrigation system, 3) intravenous antibiotics, 4) intraventricular gentamicin and vancomycin, twice and once daily, respectively.

        측두하악관절에서 발생한 건활막 거대세포종 - 증례보고 -

        A rare case of tenosynovial giant cell tumor of invading left temporomandibular joint(TMJ) extending the middle cranial fossa is reported. Report of this entity in the temporomandibular joint is rare. A 39-year old male patient presented with mild discomfort and swelling in preauricular area. MR image demonstrated a destructive lesion of the left TMJ, with bony erosion of temporal bone and extension into middle cranial fossa. The patient underwent radiotherapy as adjuvant therapy to prevent recurrence, followed by resection. The histological and radiological features of this tumor are discussed along with a brief description of the disease entity.

        흉·요추 불안정성 척추 손상 환자에서 전방 감압술과 전방기기 및 Surgical Titanium Mesh를 이용한 내고정술 (장기적 추적 검사 결과)

        Objective : Thoracolumbar junction is second most common level of injury next to cervical spine. The object of this study is to study the usefulness of surgical titanium mesh instead of bone graft, as well as to evaluate the correction of spinal deformity and safety of early ambulation in patients with injury at thoracolumbar junction. Patients and Methods : This review included 51 patients who were operated from July 1994 to December 1997. The injured spine is considered to be unstable, if it shows involvement of two or more columns, translatory displacement more than 3.5mm, decrease more than 35% in height of vertebral body and progression of malalignment in serial X-ray. The decision to operate was determined by (1) compression of spinal cord or cauda eguina, (2) unstable fracture, (3) malalignment and (4) fracture dislocation. The procedure consisted of anterior decompression through corpectomy and internal fixation with anterior instrument and surgical titanium mesh which was impacted with gathered bone chip from corpectomy. Results : Fifty-one patients were followed up for at least 12 months. The main causes of injury were fall and vehicle accident. The twelfth thoracic and the first and the second lumbar vertebrae were frequently involved. Complete neural decompression was possible under direct vision in all cases. Kyphotic angulation occurred in a patient. Radiologic evaluation showed correction of deformity and no distortion or loosening of surgical titanium mesh with satisfactory fixation postoperatively. Conclusions : We could obtain neurological improvement, relief of pain, immediate stabilization and early return to normal activities postoperatively. Based on these results, authors recommend anterior decompression and internal fixation with surgical titanium mesh in thoracolumbar unstable spine injuries.

        Thrombin Powder와 Gelfoam Powder의 혼합물을 이용한 노출된 망상골면 출혈의 지혈효과

        Objective : Excessive bleeding from the exposed cancellous bone surface may cause serious problem such as hematoma formation, infection, transfusion reaction during operation and postoperative period. There are several kinds of bleeding control agent on the cancellous bone surface including bone wax, gelatin sponge ($Gelfoam^{(R)}$), oxidized cellulose($Oxycel^{(R)}$, $Surgicel^{(R)}$), thrombin, microfibrillar collagen($Avitene^{(R)}$) etc. In the past, bone wax was used to control bone bleeding but it is associated with increased infection rate and fusion failure. Recently, gelfoam paste has been used to control cancellous bone bleeding. We controlled the cancellous bone bleeding with the mixture of gelfoam powder and thrombin powder. Material and Methods : Seventeen patients of posterior fusion on the 4 motion segments of thoracolumbar spine were selected to compare the result of bone bleeding control. In the test group of 9 patients, the cancellous bone bleeding was controlled with the mixture of Gelfoam and thrombin powder during operation. In the control group of 8 cases, no chemical hemostatic agent was used to manage the bone bleeding during operation. We calculated the total amount of bleeding from cancellous bone surface during and after operation in the two groups and compared their statistic significance of the result which was judged by student t-test. Results : The average amount of intraoperative bleeding was 1825ml in control group, 811ml in test group(p<0.01). The amount of postoperative bleeding was 943ml in control group and 812ml in test group, there were no significant difference in the amount of bleeding during postoperative period between two groups(p>0.5). Total amount of blood was decreased in as much as 1150ml in test group(p<0.01). Conclusion : We concluded that the application of the mixture of thrombin and gelfoam powder on the cancellous bone surface is the effective control method of cancellous bone bleeding for multilevel posterior spinal fusion.

        하지 방사통과 심한 골다공증을 동반하는 척추전전위증을 위한 척추경 부분절제술

        Objective : For relief of back pain related to spondylolisthesis, fusion with or without internal fixation may be necessary. Currently, bilateral wide posterior decompression and fusion with or without internal fixation are used for treatment of spondylolisthesis. In case of severe osteoporosis, discectomy may be done without fusion to decompress the nerve roots. However, the procedure may aggravate radicular symptom because slippage may increase and thus foramen may become narrower. In these settings, inferomedial partial pediculectomy has been done in our institution, The object of this study was to evaltuate such cases with regard to per- and postoperative clinical courses. Patients and Methods : Fifteen patients complaining radicular pain with mild or no back pain underwent inferomedial partial pediculectomy. It was done in lytic spondylolisthesis after extension of isthmic defect. In degenerative spondylolisthesis of L4-5 interspace, intertransverse pediculectomy was done via paraspinal approach not to injure the posterior segment with intact isthmus. But, in degenerative spondylolisthesis of L5-S1 interspace however, partial pediculectomy was done after making artificial isthmic defect via midline approach. Then, reconstructive laminoplasty of L5 was performed to avoid iatrogenic instability resulted from artificial isthmic defect. They were followed up for average 14.4 months(3-31 months). Results : Radiating pain was relieved in all cases(100%). Postoperative result was excellent in 7 cases(46.7%), good in 7(46.7%) and fair in 1(6.6%). Only 1 case(6.7%) showed increase in slippage during follow-up period. Conclusion : Inferomedial partial pediculectomy is considered as a useful procedure for severely osteoporotic patients with spondylolisthesis with regards to keeping stability and decompressing the nerve roots.

      • 비파열 뇌동맥류 치료의 임상적 분석

        Background and Objectives: Greater availability and improvement of neuro-radiological technique have resulted in more definite and frequent detection of unruptured aneurysms. Because the prognosis of subarachnoid hemorrhage is still unfavorable, Preventive surgery is considered as a better therapeutic option. The purpose of this study is to figure out what the appropriate therapeutic direction is in treating unruptured aneurysms. Materials and Methods: We studied 51 patients who underwent surgical treatments of unruptured aneurysms. Informations regarding aneurysm size, location, and surgical outcome were gathered retrospectively from Jan. 2000 to July. 2005. We excluded those with aneurysm size of less than 3nm, and patients who were older than the age of 75. Results: In our series, male to female ratio is 21:30. The mean patient age was 62 years old, and the mean lesion size was 8.5mm. Locations of the lesions ineluded the Internal carotid artery(1CA, 49%), Middle cerebral artery(MCA, 23%), Anterior communicating artery (AcoA, 14%), Anterior cerebral artery (ACA, 8%) and Vertebrobasilar artery (VA-BA, 6%). Multi-variable anaylsis revealed that aneurysm size and vertebrobasilar location were independently associated with the high risk of poor outcome or death, Conclusion: After adequately analyzing the age of the patients, locations of the aneurysms, general health states of the patients and the ratio between the surgical technique and advantages regarding invasive procedures, appropriate treatment methods should be selected with knowledges about the nature of unruptured aneurysms, mortality and prevalence rate due to such cerebral hemorrhage.
