크리스천 中年 女性의 憂鬱症 治療를 위한 牧會的 돌봄에 관한 硏究
우울증은 전 인류적인 정신질환이라 할 만큼 오래되었고 모든 사람이 겪는 감기증세와 같다. 특히 물질중심적이고, 이기주의적인 21세기에 있어서 우울증은 어느 때 보다 사람들을 힘들게 하고, 심지어는 자살에 까지 이르게 하는 심각한 정신적 질환이라고 할 수 있을 것이다. 더더군다나 신앙생활을 하는 그리스도인에게 있어서 우울증은 영적인 침체를 불러오면서 정상적인 신앙생활을 하기 힘들게 한다. 이에 본 논문은 교회 내에서 가장 많은 분포를 차지하며, 교회나 가정, 이웃, 구석구석에서 그리스도인의 참 모습을 보여 주어야 할 중년기에 있는 여성도들 가운데 우울증으로 건강한 신앙생활을 하지 못하고 있는 성도들에게어떤 목회적 돌봄을 해야 될지, 또한 바람직한 목회적 돌봄을 통하여 치유와 영적인 회복이 일어나게 하여 건강한 신앙생활을 하게 하는 목적으로 논문을 시작하였다. 이를 위하여 첫째, 우울증의 치료는 단순히 정신분석적이고 심리학적인 방법이 아니라, 목회적인 돌봄을 통하여 하나님의 새롭게 하시는 능력을 덧입음으로 말미암아 치료될 수 있음을 보여 주고자 하였으며, 둘째, 교회 내 우울증으로 고통받고 있는 중년의 여성도들을 치료하기 위한 목회적 돌봄은 구체적으로 어떻게 이루어져야 하는가에 대하여, 셋째, 교회 내에서 심한 우울증으로 고통받고 있는 중년 여성도들을 위한 실제적인 프로그램들을 제안하는데 논문의 목적을 두었다. 이상과 같은 목적에 따라 크리스천 중년 여성들의 일반적 특성에 따른 우울증 정도 차이를 살펴보고, 우울증에 영향을 미치는 일반적인 원인, 신앙적인 원인들에 살펴보면서, 목회적 돌봄을 통한 우울증 감소에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위한 설문 조사를 하였다. 그 결과 첫째로, 크리스천 중년 여성의 일반적 사항에서 연령의 차이, 교육 정도, 생활 수준의 차이에서는 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았으며, 둘째, 각종 스트레스 요인 중에는 심리적 상태 관련 스트레스가 가장 우울 정도에 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째로는, 교회 밖의 일반적 우울증 치료 도움이나 상담소 치료기관의 도움은 우울 정도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 목회적 돌봄에 있어서는 목회적 돌봄이 클수록 우울 정도가 낮아지는 결과가 나타난 것을 보면서 목회적 돌봄이 그리스도인들의 삶을 회복시켜 주는데 매우 중요하며 도움이 된다는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 크리스천에게 있어서 목회적 돌봄은 매우 중요하며, 목회자는 목회적 돌봄의 영역들을 보다 더 구체적이고 체계화시켜 우울증으로 힘들어 하는 성도들이 건강한 삶을 영위해 나가도록 해야 할 것이다. The depressive disorder has been long stood as much as called the mental illness of all mankind and like a cold which anybody has. Particularly, in the 21th century of materialism and egoism, the depression is no more than the severe mental illness which puts burdens on people more then ever and even causes them to commit suicide. Moreover, to the Christians who lead a religious life, the depression makes a normal religious life hard gathering a spiritual slump. On this ground, the purpose of this thesis is to make a healthy religious life by giving a desirable pastoral care to make healing and spiritual recovery and studying what pastoral care should be taken to those who fail to lead a healthy religious life from depression among the middle-aged Christian women who occupy the majority of distribution within the church having a duty of showing the true values of Christian in the church or house, neighbors, here and there. For this, followings are to show the purpose of this thesis. First, the care of depression can be healed by God's ability to refresh added not only to a mere psychoanalytic and psychological method, but also to a pastoral care. Second, it is about what the detailed pastoral care should be taken to heal the middle-aged Christian women who suffer from the depression. Third, it suggested the real programs for the middle-aged Christian women who suffer from the sever depression in church. On the basis of the above purpose, the survey was taken to examine the effects of the pastoral care on the depression fall including the general and religious factor which influence the depression with the study of the difference in the depression levels under the general features of middle-aged Christian women. The study results are as follows. First, it had no significant difference in the general factors such as the age, educational level, and life quality. Second, the depression level was influenced by the stress related to a psychological state under the various stress factors. Third, the depression level was not influenced by the general support outside the church or a healing clinic. Last, as to the pastoral care, it is very essential and helpful to recover the life of Christians as more pastoral cares reduced more levels of depression. Therefore, to Christians, the pastoral care is very important and the pastors are required to make the area of pastoral care more specific and systematic providing those Christians who suffer from the depression with a healthy religious life.
