암환자의 가발응용 헤어코디네이션에 대한 연구

There become more people suffering from cancer, so the number of cancer patients are increasing as well. However, cancer patients should go through a lot of psychological and physical stress because of side effects of drugs, especially alopecia, during the treatments for cancer. Especially female patients relatively more take care of their appearance, therefore it imposes much more psychological stress for them. Most of the patients choose wig as an alternative, but it is difficult for them to choose right wigs because of their lack of knowledge about wigs. Wigs not only make up for the bald hair but helps asthetically if patients choose right wig which goes well with their face, and eventually helps patients have self-esteem and makes them be positive in their social activities. The purpose of this research to offer right data and qualitative aid about wig, so that it can enhance the quality of cancer patients' lives.

Medical law in nurse medical practice and The role of nurses is nothing definite. So, due to the behavior of nurses in the event of malpractice prevention is unclear and difficult to resolve. This problem is Resolution by enactment of the nurse law, or in the current medical laws and regulations for nurses and legal responsibility for a clear definition is necessary to study.

고차원 데이터에서 2차원 프로젝션을 이용한 클러스터링

데이터마이닝 기법 중의 하나인 클러스터링은 대용량 데이터베이스에서 유사한 특징을 가진 객체들을 집단화하는데 사용되는 매우 유용한 분석방법이다. 그러나 대부분의 클러스터링 알고리즘들은 고차원 데이터에서는 성능이 급격히 저하된다. 이것은 고차원 데이터 집합이 상당한 양의 잡음을 포함하고 있게 때문이며 고차원 데이터 고유의 회소성에 기인한다. 이에 따라 고차원 데이터의 구조와 특성을 지원하는 데 적합한 클러스터링 기법이 개발되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 고차원 클러스터링에서 잡음 데이터를 효과적으로 제거하기 위한 새로운 알고리즘을 제안하는데, 이 알고리즘은 고차원 데이터의 저차원으로의 변환에 기초한다. 저차원으로 변환을 위해 2차원 프로젝션을 이용하며, 반복적으로 2차원 프로젝션을 적용하여 잡음을 단계적으로 최소화한다. 이와 같은 2차원 프로젝션은 잡음을 점차적으로 줄여줄 뿐 아니라, 데이터 분포에 대한 시각화 작업에도 용이하다.

여성암환자의 가발착용전후 건강과 가발에 대한 인식변화

본 연구는 암발생 이후, 가발착용을 하게된 100명의 여성 암환자를 대상으로 실시하였다. 조사는 두 번에 실시되었으며, 첫번째 조사는 항암 부작용으로 인하여 탈모가 시작된 여성암환자가 가발을 착용하기 전에 실시되었고, 두번째 조사는 동일인을 대상으로 가발착용 후 1달이 지난 시점에 실시되었다. 연구목적은 여성암환자에게 있어서 가발사용 전후의 건강에 대한 인식변화, 가발에 대한 인식변화, 가발관련 정책적인 지원방안에 대한 의견을 조사 분석하고, 가발착용이 건강적인 측면과 사회적 측면으로 가져오는 영향과 인식변화에 대해서 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 빈도분석을 하여 일반적인 사항에 대해 분석하였고 짝비교 분석을 통해 가발착용 전후의 다양한 변화와 가발착용 등에 대한 인식변화와 삶의 질 변화 등을 파악하였다. 이러한 내용을 통해 전반적으로 탈모여성암환자의 가발착용이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 전반적으로 파악하고자 하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구를 통해 탈모여성암환자를 위한 정부차원의 급여지원과 병원차원의 교육지원하는 것이 필요하다는 것을 파악하였다. The subjects of this study were 100 female cancer patients in wearing wigs. First survey was before wearing wigs for the female cancer patients who started losing their hair due to the side effect of the anti-cancer and second survey was after a month in wearing wigs. This study was purposed to analyze the recognition change before and after wearing wigs of the female cancer patients who started losing their hair due to the side effect of the anti-cancer. The gathered data were examined and analyzed through frequency analysis, paired t-test based on the recognition change which affect the quality of life before and after wearing wigs, and change of recognition related to the wigs. According to the results of this study, it is necessary to add wearing wigs as additional services in national health insurance and to educate desirable support program for life quality of female cancer patients in hospital.

가족탄력성이 성인 발달 장애인 형제자매의 관여에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 성인 발달장애인의 삶에 질에 중요한 역할을 담당하는 비장애 형제자매의 관여와 이에 영향을 미치는 요인으로서 가족체계의 특성인 가족탄력성의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 비장애 형제자매의 관여를 현재 수용·지지적 태도와 미래 돌봄 책임감으로 구성하고, 17개 사회복지시설에서 서비스를 받고 있는 성인 발달장애인의 성인 비장애 형제자매 85명을 대상으로 설문을 진행한 후, SPSS 18프로그램을 이용하여 사기술분석 및 회귀분석을 진행하였다. 분석결과를 살펴보면, 먼저 가족탄력성의 경우 가족 체계 내적 자원은 비교적 높게 나타났으나, 사회적 지원은 가장 낮은 수준인 것으로 나타나 가족 체계내외 자원간 불균형성이 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 관여수준에 있어서는 현재의 수용적·지지적 태도 보다는 미래의 돌봄 책임감이 높게 나타났으며, 각 변인간의 관계를 살펴본 결과 발달장애인의 특성에 따라서만 비장애 형제자매의 관여수준에 차이가 나타났다. 마지막으로 타 요인을 통제한 다중회귀모형에서 가족탄력성 요인 중 응집성,강인성, 의사소통 정도가 비장애 형제자매의 현재 수용·지지적 태도와 미래 돌봄 책임감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 성인 발달장애인에 대한 사적·공적지원체계의 역할 분담 및 제도적 지원체계 마련이 필요함을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of family resilience on involvement of siblings of adults with developmental disabilities. For this, a survey data was collected from 85 adult siblings with adults with developmentaldisabilitiesaround 17socialwelfarefacilities.Descriptivestatisticsand multipleregression analysis were used to analyze the relationship between the two variables. The results showed that the overall level of family resilience is relatively high. Among the sub-factors in family resilience, family resource showed a higher level. But social support is the lowest among the sub-factors. Second, adult siblings’ socio-demographic characteristics and family structures were not significant predictors in siblings’ involvement. But cognitive demands of the adults with developmental disabilities and type of disability were identified as significant factors in siblings’ involvement. Finally, among family resilience factors, family resource had important influence on the involvement of adult siblings. Based on these results, several policy implications were suggested.

We examined the hepatocyte protective effect of Teucrium veronicoides water extract (TVE) on apoptosis, mitochondrial dysfunction, ROS production and AMPK activation. Methods: To evalute the hepatocyte protective effect of TYE, we examined the cell viabillity, inhibition of mitochondrial dysfunction and AMPK activation using MTT assay, western blotting and flourescnece activated cell sorter (FACS) on AA+iron induced HepG2 cells known as the human-drived hepatocyte cell. We also examined ROS production on AA+iron induced HepG2 cells. Results: TVE inhibited the cell death and decrease in the apoptosis-associated protein levels such as pro-caspase, PARP on AA+iron induced HepG2 damage. TVE also protected HepG2 cell against AA+iron induced mitochondrial membrane dysfunction. Conclusion: TVE protected hepatocytes against AA+iron induced-apoptosis, MMP dysfunction and ROS production. And TVE induced AMPK activation.

Objectives:Hottuynia cordata is a traditional herb that has various physiological activity such as anti-cancer and anti-inflammation. We examined the anti-inflammatory effect of Hottuynia cordata root ethanol extract (HRE) in LPS-stimulated Raw264.7 cells. Methods:Cell viability was measured by MTT assay. To detect nitric oxide (NO) production, culture media were mixed with Griess reagent and measured the absorbance at 540 nm. The levels of cytokines were determined with ELISA kit according to manufacturer's instructions. Western blot was applied to monitor protein expression levels. Results:LPS-induced NO production was dose-dependently decreased by the treatment of HRE. The inhibitions of NO was due to the suppression of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) via nuclear factor-kappaB (NFκB), when determined by Western blot analysis. In addition, HRE efficiently inhibited pro-inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β. Conclusion:These results show that the root portion of Hottuynia cordata can be used as a herbal medicine with anti-inflammatory action.
