        방사선과 대학생이 방사선피폭관리에 대한 지식, 태도, 행위에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 조사대상은 대구, 경북지역에 소재한 대학교에 재학 중인 방사선과를 전공하는 대학생을 조사대상으로 2014년 2월 3일부터 2월21일까지 설문조사를 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 방사선피폭관리에 대한 지식에 대해서는 ‘X선의 차폐는 납이나 콘크리트로 된 물질이 가능 하다’, ‘인체에서 생식선은 방사선에 매우 민감한 부분이다’ 문항에서 가장 높은 점수를 보였고, ‘직업상 피폭선량은 규정된 5년간에 대해 평균하여 연간 20 mSv를 넘을 수 없다’는 방사선피폭관리에 대한 지식이 가장 낮은 점수를 보였다. 2. 방사선피폭관리에 대한 태도에 대해서는 ‘방사선피폭과 관련하여 정기적인 건강진단을 받아야한다’. ‘방사선 조사지역에서 작업 시 방호복을 착용해야한다’는 문항에서 가장 높은 태도 수준을 보였고, ‘방사선장치의 선량보정(Calibration)을 위한 선량측정을 정기적으로 해야 한다’는 방사선피폭관리에 대한 태도에서 가장 낮은 태도수준을 보였다. 3. 방사선피폭관리에 대한 행위에 대해서는 ‘방사선 조사 시 방어벽(판) 뒤에서 작업을 한 다’. ‘방사선피폭관리에 관한 교육을 정기적으로 받는 다’는 문항에서 가장 높은 행위 수준을 보였고, ‘근무지의 방사선 관련 장비가 순조로운 작업 상태로 되어 있는가를 사용 전 점점(Check)한다’는 가장 낮은 행위 수준을 보였다. Participants of this study were students of radiology who were attending colleges or universities located in Daegu and Gyeongbuk. This researcher conducted a questionnaire survey of those students from Feb. 3rd to 21st, 2014. The findings of the study can be summarized as follows. 1. Concerning the knowledge of radiation exposure management, the respondents' scores were highest in two items, or 'Materials based on lead or concrete may shield X-rays' and 'The sexual gland is very sensitive to radiation' and lowest in the item which says ''Occupational radiation exposure dose should not exceed 20mSv a year in average on a 5-year period basis'. 2. The participants' scores for the attitudes of radiation exposure management were higher in two items, or 'Health examination should be made regularly in relation to radiation exposure' and 'Those who work within the area of irradiation should wear protective clothes' and lowest in the item which says 'Radiation exposure dose should be regularly measured for the calibration of the radiation system'. 3. For the behaviors of radiation exposure management, the surveyed students showed highest scores in two items, or 'When irradiating the patient, the radiator should be behind the protective barrier(plate)' and 'It is needed to receive the education of radiation exposure management regularly' While, their score for a behavior described in the item saying 'Before using the radiation system, it is needed to check whether the machine works normally.

      • 복부 단순 방사선 검사 시 피폭선량에 대한 연구

        This study was performed to measure about exposure dose during simple abdmon radiation radiography. The exposure dose was measured by PDD, surface dose, respectively. The result was as followed: 1. When tube voltage were increased with 60-85kv, surface dose were increased. When FFD(focus film distance) at the 50-150cm and mAs were increased, surface dose were decreased. 2. The percentage depth dose(PDD) were appeared 50% below depth dose at 4cm with 60-75kv, and 6cm depth with 80-85kv, 5% below depth dose at 12cm with 60kv, and depth with 65-85kv. 3. The percentage forward scatter increased from 10% to 11.78% at the 60-85kv. The back scatter dose were increase from 25% to 37% at the 60-85kv. The side scatter dose were affected to heel effect. 복부 단순방사선 촬영은 흉부촬영에 이어 가장 많이 검사가 이루어지고 있는 실정인 것이 임상현장 이므로 환자의 피폭선량에 대한 연구가 필수적으로 진행이 이루어 질 필요성이 대두가 된다. 그 결과는 다음과 같았다. 1. 관전압이 60-85kV 증가 시 표면선량은 증가하고, 촬영거리를 50-150cm로 20cm씩 증가함에 mAs도 증가시킨 결과 표면선량은 감소되었다. 2. 심부선량 백분율은 60-75kV에서는 4cm 깊이, 80-85kV에서는 6cm 깊이에서 50% 이하를 나타 내었으며, 60kV에서는 12cm 깊이, 65-85kV에서는 14cm 깊이에서 5% 이하를 나타났다. 3. 전방산란율은 60-85kV까지 관전압이 증가 시 10-11.78%까지 증가함을 나타내었다. 후방 산란 율은 관전압이 60-85kV 증가 시 25-37%로 증가하였다. 측방산란율은 음극 측에서는 관전압이 60-85kV 증가 시 1.63-2.95%로 완만하게 증가하나 양극측은 그 반대로 감소하는데 그 원인은 heel effect 현상 때문인가 사료된다. 후방산란율이 가장 크고, 그 다음이 전방산란율, 측방산란율 순으로 작아짐을 알 수 있다.

      • 방사선과 대학생이 지각한 방사선사 이미지와 자아존중감에 관한 연구

        For this study, this researcher conducted a questionnaire survey of college students as juniors who were majoring in radiology at universities located in Daegu and Gyeongbuk. The distribution and collection of the questionnaire copies were made from April 2nd to 30th, 2013 when the researcher explained the purpose of this study to those students and asked them to fill in the documents. Out of the distributed coies, 220 were finally collected and analyzed. The findings of this study can be summarized as follows. 1. Concerning conventional images of the radiological technologists, the male college students of radiology were most affirmative about 'being rational and logical' and 'doing business with putting patients first' while, the female ones of the same major, 'being accurate in doing business' and 'being reliable'. 2. Regarding social images of the radiological technologists. the male college students of radiology were most affirmative about 'being highly intellectual' while, the female ones of the same major, 'being attractive in profession'. 3. In terms of professional images of the radiologist, the college students, irrespective of gender, were most affirmative about 'having highly professional skills' and 'having expertise'. 4. In relation to personal images of the radiologist, both the male and female college students of radiology were most affirmative about 'being kind', but most negative about 'being egocentric'. 5. The radiology students' perceived images of the radiological technologists, and their self-esteem were statistically, significantly correlated with each other. Among those images, conventional ones were found most correlated with self-esteem.

        방사선사 이직의도의 영향요인에 관한 연구

        방사선사의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하기 위하여 부산시내 병원 급 의료기관에 근무하는 방사선사 200명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 이에 대한 결과를 요약하면 다음 과 같다. 이상의 연구결과에서 직무만족이 높을수록, 업무스트레스가 적을수록, 조직몰입이 높을수록 이직의사가 적다는 것을 알 수 있었고, 방사선사 이직을 감소시키기 위해 내적동기부여 및 방사선사의 인력관리에 중 요함을 인식하고 과중한 업무량과 방사선사인력부족, 불합리한 인사관리 제도를 개선하고 적절한 보수지 급과 다양한 승진의 기회를 제공 및 직무에 만족감을 증대시키는 노력 하지 않으면 방사선사 이직 율이 낮 아지지 않을 것으로 사료되며, 이러한 요구는 병원당국의 제도적 뒷받침이 수반되어야 한다. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze factors that are affecting radiologists' turnover intention. For the purpose, this researcher surveyed 200 radiologists who were serving at secondary medical institutions located in Busan. For the survey, the researcher used a structured questionnaire. Findings of the study can be summarized as follows. This study show that in order to reduce radiologists' turnover, it is necessary to develop effective personnel management strategies that can make internally motivated radiologists, raise their job satisfaction and organizational concentration and reduce their job stress. Radiologists' turnover rate would not decline if such problems as excessive workload, lack in the number of persons of the same profession and unfair personnel management system are not solved and if no efforts are made to remunerate at reasonable levels, provide more opportunities of promotion and raise job satisfaction. These solutions to prevent radiologists' turnover could be successful only when officially supported by hospitals.

        순환골재가 함유된 철근콘크리트보 휨거동의 고찰

        Developed society is beginning to face an environmental crisis in that enormous quantities of demolished concrete are both damaging to the environment and wasteful to the economy. Conversely, most of the waste concrete can be one of the largest market values by recycling. The problem is that the demolished concrete is currently not recycled economically and efficiently, and is used worthlessly for landfill or road basement. In many cases, the demolished concrete remains as just waste concrete, which can cause a serious environmental problem. Up to now, the Korean architectural and civil engineering society has barely found the value of the recycled concrete that can be matched with that of high performance concrete, both of which are especially useful for the mega construction site. The result from this recycled concrete study is very important in these aspects. The RCA (recycled concrete aggregate) must be researched more in terms of mechanical properties and structural performance. The moment strength, cracking and steel yielding processes and failure mode are investigated for varying steel ratios and percentage of RCA. The normal strength concrete with a 24 MPa compressive strength is used. In recycled concrete aggregate (RCA), the compressive strength is particularly important, because the RCA requires more water than NCA (normal concrete aggregate) so that a lower strength can be produced. Therefore, more efforts are needed to gain the design strength. This experiment investigates the flexural performance and suggests the possible application of RCA for building structures. Furthermore, this research will play an important role toward the establishment of the structural design standard for recycled concrete.

      • 정량적 전산화 단층촬영법을 이용한 척추 골밀도 측정

        The purpose of this study is to evaluate the relationship between osteoporotic postmenopausal women and its bone mineral density value by using the single energy quantitative CT. 1. Decreasing BMD with age is evident. There is a significant low BMD value in the osteoporotic women compared with the healthy subgroup. 2. BMD decrease from T12 to L4, except in healthy premenopausal women. 3. Relationship of spinal BMD expressed as average BMD of T12 through L4 Show strong correlation with mean BMD in all vertebral levels. 4. There are significantly different BMD value from T12 through L4 in subgroup 1, 2, 3 but there is no statistically significant difference between subgroup 2 and 3. Conclusion, There is a significant decreasing BMD with age but it is difficult to differentiate postmenopausal relatively healthy women from osteoporotic women by BMD.

        의료기기 구매의사결정에 영향을 주는 요인에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was effect that get to purchase decision-making factor of medical device decision making. A survey of 262 hospitals to 480 hospitals was conducted from December 3, 2007 to January 4, 2008 in the Busan area. The data generated in the survey was analyzed with SPSS/Win version 10.0 and appropriate tests and statistics including t-tests, ANOVA analyses were used. A summary of the actual results of this analysis are as follows : Of the 262 hospitals surveyed 249(95.1%) were male and 13(4.9%) were female, which shows an absolute higher ration of the male respondents. On a question of Medical device purchase sanction rise 50% occupy. CEO of a hospital($4.58{\pm}.80$) is highest at medical device purchase. The highest factor of medical device purchasing is picture quality($4.86{\pm}.37$), after service($4.84{\pm}.40$), cost($4.36{\pm}.75$). Through the results of the above study, Principle and department influence are put than human relations in the medical device purchase decision making.
