40세 이상 당뇨환자에서 당뇨 안 검진과 관련된 요인 분석: 제4기 국민건강 영양 조사자료

Purpose: To identify factors associated with care of diabetic retinopathy. Methods: The fourth Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES IV) is a nationwide survey. This survey included 1, 257 people aged 40 years and older with a history of diabetic mellitus who answered questions, “Within one year, have you ever received eye examination (fundus photography) for screening diabetic retinopathy?” Factors that affect care of diabetic retinopathy were identified using multiple logistic regression analysis. Results: Among the 1,257 people aged 40 years and older, 464 (36.9%) received screening for diabetic retinopathy. People aged 65 years and older (aOR = 0.7, 95% CI: 0.51-0.85) with university education (aOR = 0.5, 95% CI: 0.32-0.74) were more likely to undergo screening for diabetic retinopathy compared to those in the reference category (40-64 years old and those who had elementary school or lower education). People living in rural areas were less likely to undergo screening for diabetic retinopathy compared to those living in urban areas (aOR = 1.7, 95% CI: 1.32-2.24). Diabetic retinopathy screening was also associated with self-reported health status (ref: unhealthy [aOR = 1], fair [aOR = 1.7, 95% CI: 1.25-2.23], and healthy [aOR = 1.8, 95% CI: 1.30-2.44]). Conclusions: To increase nationwide screening rates for diabetic retinopathy, more attention should be given to underserved groups, particularly people aged between 40 and 64 years, those with a low education level, those living in rural areas, and those with a positive attitude toward self-reported health status. These issues highlight the need for a new emphasis in health education and public health policies aimed towards these underserved groups. J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 2012;53(4):516-521

Objective : Acupuncture has been used for treatment of numerous disorders, especially for pain control in Oriental Medicine. However, the mechanism of pain control by acupuncture was not clear until now. This study was performed to prove analgesic mechanism of acupuncture treatment at acupoint $ST_{36}$ by observing the changes of abdominal pain and c-Fos expression in the thalamus. Methods : Abdominal pain was induced by acetic acid, and the changes of writhing reflex after acupuncture treatment on $ST_{36}$ and non-acupoints were measured. c-Fos immunohistochemistry was also performed to study the changes of the neuronal activity in the thalamus. Results : The writhing reflex decrease significantly after acupuncturing at $ST_{36}$ compared with control group(p<0.05). The changes of the writhing reflex by non-acupoint acupuncture treatment also showed significant decrease compared with control group(p<0.05). c-Fos expression in the thalamus, especially periventricular part was significantly decreased after acupuncturing as $ST_{36}$ compared with control groups(p<0.05). Conclusion : This study shows that the acupuncture has the analgesic effect in the abdominal pain induced by acetic acid and the thalamus might be a important area for this mechanism.

실시간 시스템은 실행시에 예측하지 못한 결함을 발생시킨다. 이러한 결함을 허용하기 위해서 모니터는 시스템을 제어하는 각 요소의 상태를 감시 분석하여 결함이나 비정상적인 상태를 진단하고 복구한다. 모니터는 시스템, 노드, 가지 모니터의 세 개 레벨로 구성되며 이들은 모니터 커널과 협조하여 동작한다. 모니터링은 시스템의 각 요소에 대한 감시, 진단 및 복구뿐만 아니라 시스템의 여러 요소가 관련된 사건에 대한 감시와 시스템 레벨에서 진단 및 복구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 요구사항으로부터 모니터의 기능을 설계하는 5 단계 설계 방법을 제시한다. 5단계 설계 방법은 1) 요구사항 선택 및 관련 객체 파악, 2) 결정 트리 작성, 3) 가지 모니터 설계, 4) 노드 모니터 설계, 5) 시스템 모니터 설계로 구성된다. 이 설계 방법을 실시간 시스템 연구실에서 만든 무인자동차 시스템의 속도 조절에 관한 예제의 적용시켜서 가지, 노드, 시스템 모니터의 자료구조와 기능을 파악해가는 과정을 보여준다.

안정복이 성호 이익을 찾아가서 가르침을 받고 기록한 『함장록』을 분석한 본고는 학자적 일상을 살피는데 일차적 목적을 두었다. 스승과 제자의 관계인 두 학자 모두 학문을 높은 수준으로 성취한 경우이기에, 이 사례고찰은 전통시대에 있어서 학문계승의 현장으로서 의의를 가질 것이다. 나아가서 성리학과 실학이 어떻게 관계를 맺고 있는가를 해명하는데 초점을 맞추고 있다. 성리학과 실학의 관련성 문제는 학계의 주요 쟁점사안인데 이 문제에 접근하는 구체적인 방도로 잡고 있다. In this essay, I analyze the Hamjangrok(函丈錄), the record of a master, I Ik(李翼) and disciple, An JongBok(安鼎福), on the purpose to represent their scholarly every day life above all. Since two scholars, as a master and disciple are distinctive figures in academic history, their case is the vivid example of academic succession in Joson Dynasty. Moreover, Hamjangrok is the profound reference to inquire the relationship between Neo-Confucianism and Shilhak. Hence, as harvest of their master and disciple, I debate An`s study of Heaven(天).

이 글은 1970년대 이후 오늘에 이르는 당대현실에서 다산을 호출한 양상을 살펴본 내용이다. 그 과정에 필자 자신이 참여했기 때문에, 필자의 입장에서 증언하고 반성하는 식으로 정리했다. 당대 40년의 기간을 앞과 뒤의 두 시기로 구분해 보았다. 1987년을 구분선으로 잡은 셈인데, 앞은 군부독재에 억눌렸던 상황이고, 뒤는 세기전환점이란 사실에 유의했다. 앞 시기는 다산연구회의 『역주 목민심서』를 중심으로 논한바 오늘의 왜곡된 근대와 역사적 관계를 맺고 있는 전근대를 심층적으로 인식하려는데 근본 뜻이 있었던 것으로 말했다. 뒤의 세기 전환점에서 호출한 다산을 통해서 서양, 서양학문과의 관계 맺기를 어떻게 인식해야할 것인가를 논했다. 당대 현실에서 우리가 다산에 다가가기를 한 것은 궁극적으로 서구주도의 근대에 대한 다시보기에 의미가 있는 것이다. In this essay, I review the summoning of Dasan, Dasan Studies, from 1970s up to now as the form of introspection or testimony since I, myself is the one of many summoners for him. I periodize this 40 years as two epochs by the turning point year, 1987. The essence of the former epoch, from 1970 to 1987, is military dictatorship and that of the latter, from 1987 to contemporary, is the turning of centuries. I review the aspects of Dasan"s summoning in the former epoch, centering on Translation of Mokminsimseo(牧民心書) to understand the pre-modern times as the historical context of distorted Korean modern times. For Dasan"s summoning in the latter epoch, the turning era of the centuries, my focus of review is relationship between us and the West or the western academics. Because we could retrospect the West originating modern times through the encounter of Dassan in our contemporaries.
