보문 : 해수 및 담수사육 강도다리 Platichthys stellatus의 산소소비에 미치는 수온의 영향

본 연구는 밀폐식 순환여과 시스템의 호흡측정실내에서 해수 및 담수사육 강도다리의 산소소비에 미치는 수온 영향을 조사하였다. 실험에 사용한 어류는 해수 및 담수에 각각 순화시킨 해수사육 강도다리(9마리, 평균체중 263.0±40.4 g)와 담수사육 강도다리(9마리, 평균체중 265.8±34.8 g)를 사용하였다. 수온 15, 20, 25℃에서 해수사육 강도다리의 산소소비량은 각각 74.4±17.0, 85.9±15.8, 98.3±11.4 mg O2 kg-1 hr-1, 담수사육 강도다리는 46.7±12.0, 63.3±7.5, 82.6±5.3 mg O2 kg-1 hr-1로 수온 상승 비례하여 증가하였다. 또한 수온 15℃와 20℃에서는 명기(09:00~21:00 hr)와 암기(21:00~09:00 hr)로 나누어진 광주기(12L: 12D)의 조건에서 해수 및 담수사육강도다리 모두 명기에는 산소소비가 적고, 암기에는 산소소비가 많은 뚜렷한 일주리듬을 보였다. 하지만 수온 25℃에서는 해수 및 담수사육 강도다리 모두 명기와 암기의 뚜렷하지 않은 산소소비 일주리듬을 보였으며, 수온 20℃ 이상에서는 대사리듬이 흐트러지는 것으로 판단된다. 해수 및 담수사육 강도다리의 호흡률을 비교했을 때 담수사육 강도다리가 해수사육 강도다리보다 높았으나, 산소소비량은 해수사육 강도다리가 많았다. The effects of water temperature on oxygen consumption (OC) of starry flounder Platichthys stellatus reared in seawater (SW) and freshwater (FW) was performed in closed water-recirculating system containing respiratory chamber. Fish acclimated in separate indoor tanks with SW (nine of fish used, 263.0±40.4 g) or FW (nine of fish used, 265.8±34.8 g) were sampled. The OC of starry flounder at 15℃, 20℃ and 25℃ were 74.4±17.0, 85.9±15.8, 98.3±11.4 mg O2 kg-1 hr-1 in SW and 46.7±12.0, 63.3±7.5, 82.6±5.3 mg O2 kg-1 hr-1 in FW, respectively, showing a linear increase in OC with water temperature. The OC of fish reared in both SW and FW clear diel rhythm, with lower values at daytime and higher values in the night, in accordance with light (09:00~21:00 hr) and dark (21:00~09:00 hr) phases of the diel cycle (12L: 12D) in water temperature at 15℃ and 20℃. However OC of fish reared in both SW and FW showed unclear diel rhythm with light and dark phases of the diel cycle in water temperature at 25℃. Starry flounder reared in FW had higher ventilation rates than those in SW, but SW had higher OC per breath than those in FW.

This paper is to investigate the method of reducing the number of fuzzy rules with the help of LVQ. A large number of training patterns usually leads to a large set of fuzzy rules that require a large computer memory and take a long time to perform classification. So, in order to solve these problems, it is necessary to study to minimize the number of fuzzy rules. However, so as to minimize the performance degradation resulting from the reduction of fuzzy rules, fuzzy rules are generated after training the high-quality initial reference pattern. Through the simulation we confirm that the proposed method is very effective.

To investigate the characteristics of hybrid eggs and larva produced by olive flounder Paralichthys olivaceus females and starry flounder Platichthys stellatus males, we examined the developmental speed of hybrid eggs at different water temperatures. The developmental speed of hybrid eggs tended to increase with increasing water temperature. Specifically, the hatching times were 91 hrs, 62 hrs and 43 hrs at 10℃, 15℃and 20℃, respectively. The mean bio-logical minimum temperature of the hybrid was 1.3℃, which is in between that of the olive flounder and the starry flounder. In high water temperatureseasons, slower growth was observed in hybrids of the starry flounder which is a coldwater fish.

서식 환경이 다른 바리과(family Serranidae) 어류 두 종, 붉바리 (Epinephelus akaara)와 brown-marbled grouper (E. fuscoguttatus)의 종간 잡종 수정란의 부화율을 조사하였다. 잡종(붉바리 ♀×brown marbled grouper □)의 수정 후 각 발생단계까지 소요시간은 붉바리 순종과 차이가 없었으며,부화 소요시간은 25℃에서 25.6시간이었다. 잡종은 붉바리순종과는 달리 비균등 난할이 분명하게 관찰되었다. 잡종의 부화율은 네 수온(22, 25, 28, 31℃)에서 대체적으로 낮았으며, 25℃에서 9.8%로 가장 높았다. 이상의 연구에서 서식환경이 서로 다른 바리과 두 종간 잡종이 생산 가능한 것으로 조사되었으며, 향후 산업적 활용성을 검증하기 위하여 발생 양상, 기형률 및 초기 생존율 등에 관한 면밀한 연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다. The hatchability of the artificially induced hybrid between two groupers (family Serranidae), red spotted grouper (Epinephelus akaara) and brown-marbled grouper (E. fuscoguttatus) that lives in different habit environment was investigated. There was no difference in the required time of each developmental stages after fertilization between hybrid (red spotted grouper ♀ ×brown-marbled grouper □) and purebred (red spotted grouper ♀×□) and required 25.6 hours to hatch at incubated in 25℃, but a noticeable unequal cleavage in cell size was observed in hybrid eggs unlikely to purebred. The hatching rate of fertilized eggs of hybrid was generally low across the four incubate temperatures(22, 25, 28, 31℃) with highest 9.8% in 25℃. This study demonstrated the possibility of artificial hybridization between two groupers, red spotted grouper and brown-marbled grouper, thus preparing the groundwork on developmental characteristics, deformities of hatched larvae and early survival ability for further studies on aquaculture.
