        이중맹검을 위한 Sham Acupuncture에 대한 임상연구

        Background and Purpose : Though there were many clinical studies of acupuncture effects they didn't have appropriate control group. So we didn't say it was true acupuncture effect, though subjects in clinical study improved. To investigate the possibility of sham acupuncture application, we examined how well subjects distinguished real acupuncture from sham acupuncture. Methods : We investigate the possibility of sham acupuncture application as the following 3 kinds of methods. 1. The public (n=60) and Oriental Medicine Doctors (n=20) looked at the appearance of acupuncture and then were treated with randomly allocated acupuncture and judged it as real or sham. 2. The public (n=60) and Oriental Medicine doctors (n=20) were treated with randomly allocated acupuncture, then they looked at the appearance of acupuncture and judged it as real or sham. 3. The public (n=60) were treated with randomly allocated acupuncture (right-real-left-sham), (right-sham-left-real), (left-real-right-sham), (left-sham-right-real), then they judged it as real or sham. Results : 1. When the public (n=60) looked at the acupuncture appearance, the correct judgement ratio was 63.3%. After they were treated with acupuncture, the correct judgement ratio was 50.0%. 2. When Oriental Medicine doctors (n=20) looked at the acupuncture appearance, the correct judgement ratio was 25.0%. After they were treated with acupuncture, the correct judgement ratio was 45.0%. 3. When the public (n=60) were treated with acupuncture, the correct judgement ratio was 50.0%. After they looked at the acupuncture appearance, the correct judgement ratio was 63.3%. 4. When Oriental Medicine doctors (n=20) were treated with acupuncture, the correct judgement ratio was 65.5%. After they looked at the acupuncture appearance, the correct judgement ratio was 65.0%. 5. After the public (n=60) were treated with randomly allocated sham or real acupuncture as (right-real-left-sham), (right-sham-left-real), (left-real-right-sham), or (left-sham-right-real). the correct judgement ratio was 66.7% in looking at the acupuncture appearance group, and in not looking at 60.0%. Conclusion : These results indicated that Kim Sham Acupuncture could apply to the double blind clinical study of acupuncture effect. And more continuous studies are needed on Sham Acupuncture apparatus.

        AHP를 이용한 건설.IT융합 사업의 성공요인에 대한 연구

        In the construction industry, there is a growing demand for new programs incorporating IT applications. In construction, initiatives calling for changes ensuring the improvement of productivity, quality and safety, and for the strengthening of global competitiveness, have contributed to the increased need for exploring new markets. Moreover, the government's supportive policies have helped develop profit models. Meanwhile, the industry and the government have supported the efforts for identifying and disseminating successful case studies - as part of the strategy for evaluating and promoting the developed programs. However, the criteria for identifying/evaluating successful cases remain vague, and the viewpoints of participants differ depending on their disciplines. These discrepancies could lead to inconsistent results. Thus, it is imperative that a criterion be provided, upon which to judge the success or failure of implementation cases and to disseminate role models. It is also imperative that a direction of improvement be proposed. This study was conducted to propose the criteria for and process of evaluating the success of construction-IT convergence to help promote the construction industry incorporating IT applications. To that end, success factors for and the significance of IT-incorporated construction were identified. 현재 건설업 및 산업전반에서 IT기술을 융합한 새로운 사업에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있다. 건설 생산성, 품질, 안전향상을 위한 변화와 국제 경쟁력 강화를 위해 신시장 개척의 필요성이 증대되었으며 정부의 정책적 지원을 통해 u-city와 같은 수익모델이 개발되고 있다. 이와 함께 개발된 사업을 평가하고 활성화하기 위한 전략으로 산업계 및 정부차원에서 성공사례 발굴과 보급에 대한 지원이 이뤄지고 있다. 하지만 성공사례를 판단하기 위한 평가기준이 모호하고 각 분야의 참여자들의 관점이 달라서 판단주체가 누구냐에 따라 결과가 다르게 도출될 수 있어, 어떤 기준으로 성공사례를 판단하고 성공모델로 보급할 지에 대한 기준을 마련하여 발전방향을 제시할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건설 IT 융합 산업의 활성화를 위해 건설 IT융합 사업의 성공요인과 그 중요도를 도출하여 건설 IT융합 성공사례의 평가기준을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

        OLED 내구성에 미치는 무기/에폭시층 보호막의 영향

        The passivation films with epoxy layer on LiF, SiNx and LiF/SiNx inorganic layer were fabricated on OLED to protect device from the direct damage of O₂ and H₂O and to apply for a buffer layer between OLED device and passivation multi-layer with organic/inorganic hybrid structure as to diminish the thermal stress and expansion. Red OLED doped with 1 vol.% Rubrene in Alq₃ was used as a basic device. The device structure was multi-layer of ITO(150 ㎚) / ELM200_HIL(50 ㎚) / ELM002_HTL(30 ㎚) / Alq₃: 1 vol.% Rubrene(30 ㎚) / Alq₃(30 ㎚) / LiF(0.7 ㎚) / Al(100 ㎚). LiF/epoxy applied as a protective layer didn't contribute to the improvement of life time. While in case of SiNx/epoxy, damage was done in the passivation process because of difference in heat expansion between films which could occur during the formation of epoxy film. Using LiF/SiNx/epoxy improved lifetime significantly without suffering damage in the process of forming films, therefore, the best structure of passivation film with inorganic/epoxy layers was LiF/SiNx/E1.

      • 기상청 지진관측소 관측환경별 표준 배경잡음 모델 개발

        기상청은 지진관측을 위해 광대역, 단주기, 가속도 및 공중음파 등 다양한 종류의 지진계로 구성된 전국 268개소의 지진관측소를 운영하고 있다. 지진계는 시추형과 지표형으로 구분되며, 설치된 장소는 내륙, 해안, 섬 등 다양하다. 지진계에는 일반적으로 지진에 의한 진동 외에도 인간의 활동, 바람, 파도 등 여러 요인에 의한 배경잡음도 함께 기록된다. 이러한 잡음들은 지진 감시에 방해 요소로 작용함에 따라 제거하는 노력이 필요하며, 개별 관측소에 대한 배경잡음수준 평가는 지진자료를 수집하는 관측환경의 안정성을 평가하는 지표로 활용되고 있다. 기상청은 지진관측환경의 객관적인 평가를 위해 2009년과 2016년 두 차례에 걸쳐 기상청 단일 표준 배경 잡음 모델을 개발하였다. 2016년 개발된 표준 배경잡음 모델은 기상청 속도계 지진관측소 68개소를 이용한 단일모델로 현재까지 배경잡음수준 평가에 활용하고 있다. 2021년 현재 기상청에서는 확대된 관측소 및 다양한 지역과 설치환경 등을 반영한 보다 세분화된 표준 배경잡음 모델이 필요하다. 배경잡음은 주변 환경과 부지 특성에 따라서 주파수 별 특성이 다르기 때문에 본 연구에서는 관측환경에 따른 세분화된 기상청 표준 배경잡음 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 본연구에서는 기상청 지진관측소에 기록된 2020년 1년간의 초당 100샘플 자료를 활용하였으며, 배경잡음 분석을 위해 PQLX (PASSCAL Quick Look eXtended) 프로그램을 이용하여 주파수별 잡음수준(dB)를 계산하였다. 또한 표준정규분포 및 신뢰범위(μ+2σ) 등의 확률론적 방법을 적용하여 표준 배경잡음 모델을 작성하는데 방해되는 이상자료를 제거하고 순수잡음을 추출하였다. 기상청 관측소 268개소의 지진관측자료에 대하여 기존 2016년도 단일 표준 배경잡음 모델과 본 연구의 신규 개발된 표준 배경잡음 모델을 적용하여 배경잡음수준 이탈률을 비교한 결과, 해안이나 지표와 같은 비교적 잡음의 영향이 많은 관측환경의 경우 세분화된 모델을 적용하였을 때 크게 감소하는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 또한, 내륙보다는 해안에서, 시추공보다 지표에서 좀 더 높은 배경잡음 수준을 보였다. 따라서 관측환경별 세분화된 표준 배경잡음 모델을 활용하여 실시간으로 수집되는 기상청 지진관측자료의 이상파형 및 관측환경의 변화를 신속하게 파악하고 품질관리에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        위중(委中)(BL40)에 시술된 GaAlAs Laser와 침자가 신경병리성 동통에 미치는 영향

        Objectives: We have studied the effects of GaAlAs (808 nm) low level laser therapy (LLLT) and acupuncture at BL40 on neuropathic pain in rats induced by lumbar spinal nerve 5 ligation. Methods: To produce the model of neuropathic pain, under isoflurane 2.5% anesthesia, the lumbar spinal nerve 5 was ligated by 6-0 silk thread. After neuropathic surgery, we examined if the animals exhibited the behavioral sign of allodynia. The allodynia was assessed by stimulating the medial malleolus with von Frey filament and acetone. Three weeks after the neuropathic surgery, GaAlAs (808 nm) low level laser and acupuncture was inserted at BL40 once a day for 6 days. We examined the withdrawal response of neuropathic rats` legs by von Frey filament and acetone stimulation. And also the author examined c-Fos, nociceptin and nociceptin receptor in the midbrain central gray of neuropathic rats. Results: The GaAlAs (808 nm) low level laser therapy and acupuncture at BL40 decreased the withdrawal response of mechanical allodynia that assessed with von Frey filament in LLLT group on 5 and 6 times and with acetone in AT group and LLLT on 6times. The LLLT and acupuncture at BL40 decreased the c-Fos protein expression in AT and LLLT groups. The 808 nm LLLT and acupuncture at BL40 decreased the nociceptin protein and nociceptin receptor protein in LLLT group. Conclusions: We have noticed that GaAlAs (808 nm) LLLT and acupuncture at BL40 decreased mechanical allodynia in the model of neuropathic pain. c-Fos, nociceptin and nociceptin receptor expression in the central gray of that group was also decreased. This study can be used as a basic resource on a study and a treatment of pain.

        A 58-year-old man experienced generalized urticaria, orbital angioedema and dyspnea with ingestion of raw ginseng. The prick to prick skin test with raw ginseng showed a strong positive response and oral provocation with unprocessed raw freshginseng provoked facial flushing, generalized urticaria, dyspnea and bronchospasm, which were recovered by epinephrine injection. In the ELISA inhibition test, IgE binding to freshginseng was significantly inhibited by the fresh extracts of ginseng and birch. SDS-PAGE and immunoblot assays revealed an IgE-binding component, and common protein band was detected at 17 kDa (fresh ginseng-birch). This is the first case of freshginseng induced anaphylaxis, and our results suggest that freshginseng anaphylaxis is induced via an IgE-mediated mechanism and may have cross-reactivity with birch.
