관광여가활동으로서 자연휴양림 이벤트 체험요소(4Es)와 재방문의 관계에서 지각된 가치의 매개효과 연구

도시환경의 스트레스 해소와 자연친화적 관광, 힐링 및 휴양관광 등에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있는 시점에서 산림욕을 활용한 자연휴양림의 기능은 도시인의 주요 관광.여가활동 목적지가 되고 있다. 이에 따라 자연휴양림의 지속적인 재방문 유도를 위해서는 삼림욕 기능 외에 추가적인 체험프로그램의 개발은 필수적이라 하겠다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 자연휴양림의 이벤트 체험요소와 재방문 간의 영향관계를 파악하였으며, 추가적으로 체험요소와 재방문 간 관계에서 방문객이 지각한 가치의 매개역할에 관하여 검증하였다. 실증분석을 통해 검증한 결과 자연휴양림 이벤트 체험요소는 재방문에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 지각된 가치는 매개역할을 하고 있음을 확인하였다. 특히 심미적 체험, 오락적 체험, 일탈적체험에서 지각된 가치는 부분적 매개효과를 보이는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 자연휴양림의 지속적인 방문객 유치를 위해서는 다양한 체험프로그램의 개발을 통해 체험요소의 경험을 증가시킬 필요가 있으며, 방문객의 가치를 증가시키는 것 또한 자연휴양림 운영에는 필요한 요소라고 제시 할 수 있다. Natural recreation forest in which we can specially enjoy strolling through the woods has become a destination of tourism and leisure activities of city dwellers at this time of increasing needs of stress relief in the urban environment and demands for nature-friendly tour as well as healing tourism. Therefore, it should be considered essential part to develop the experiential programs for the natural recreation forest besides the wood bathing function in order to induce sustaining revisit. In particular, this study is to investigate the effect relationship between the event experience elements of natural recreation forest and revisit and also additionally verify the mediating role of the values perceived by the visitors in the relationship between experiential elements and revisit. The results of the empirical study showed that the experience elements of natural recreation forest event had a positive effect on revisit and the perceived values played a mediating role. In particular, the partial mediating effect was confirmed in the aesthetic experience, entertainment experience, and escapist experience. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the experiences of experiential elements through the development of various experience programs in order to continually attract visitors and to increase the value of visitors, which is also considered necessary for the operation of the natural recreation forest.
고령화 시대 노인들의 항공사 선택속성이 주거래 항공사의 재구매에 미치는 영향

As of 2000, the elderly people aged 65 or older accounted for more than 7% of the entire population, signaling an era of an aged society. By 2019, they are expected to account for 14% of the population, enough to announce Korea as an aged society. In particular, those in their 50`s who have much wealth and high educational backgrounds owing to nation`s high-speed economic growth since 1970`s, will emerge as airline customers to be reckoned with by the time they join the elderly generation. With such background, this study was aimed at identifying the factors considered by the elder generation when selecting their traveling airline and how each factors affect on their future selection of choosing the airline again. The study was focused on recognizing the elder generation as users with effective demand and finding the need of customized service for this generation. This study is thus, expected to provide assistance when working out strategies with intention to attract the elder generation by providing distinctive service.
