The unique compact radio source, Sgr $A^*$, at the Galactic center show many observational signs that it is powered by supermassive black hole. Recent observations also imply that it is surrounded by winds from nearby IR sources. So we explore the model in which multiwavelength spectrum from Sgr $A^*$ is due to the spherical accretion of these winds onto the central supermassive black hole. Improving upon the previous work, we allowed the possibility that ions and electrons have different temperatures, included the Compton effects and pair processes. Electrons radiate via cyclosynchrotron and bresstrahlung with comptoniztion. We find that ion approaches the virial temperature ${\sim}10^{13}K$ while electron temperature saturates at ${\sim}10^{10}K$. However, decoupling between ion and electron does not greatly affect the shape of the emission spectrum. When the mass of the black hole is ${\sim}10^6M_{\odot}$, radio, IR, X-ray, $\gamma$-ray band spectrum is reasonably explained by the model. Yet Compton effect which is neglected in previous works produces significant emission in IR band, which is marginally compatible with observations. Pair production is negligible and annihilation lines cannot be observed.
Vibrio parahaemolyticus와 V. vulnificus 사람 분리균의 넙치, Paralichthys olivaceus에서의 생존율

Vibrio parahaemolyticus and V. vulnificus are known to be infected to human via fisheries products. Therefore, food safety of fisheries products is important for public health and fish industry. This paper was conducted to know how well these human isolates can survive in olive flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus). The growth of V. parahaemolyticus and V. vulnificus showed about 50~60% reduced rates at 25℃ than at 37℃ and did not show any differences according to NaCl concentration of media except the increasing in the growth of V. vulnificus in medium containing 3% NaCl. Artificial infection of 1×10<sup>6</sup> CFU/fish was carried out to confirm the sensitivity of olive flounder against V. parahaemolyticus and V. vulnificus. After 1 week from injection, no fish was dead. To evaluate nonspecific defense of olive flounder against V. parahaemolyticus and V. vulnificus, the antibacterial potency of serum and epidermal mucus were tested. The number of the vibrios exposed to serum obtained from olive flounder significantly decreased after 3 hours, and epidermal mucus showed decrease of the bacteria over than 90% until 12 hours from exposure. Phagocytosis of head kidney leucocytes of healthy olive flounder against V. parahaemolyticus and V. vulnificus showed in over 70% of leucocytes at the 2 hours. Therefore, cultured olive flounder only as vehicle for human pathogen in environmental water is well developed its antibacterial potency against human pathogens, so the viability of V. parahaemolyticus and V. vulnificus in cultured olive flounder was considered very low.

넙치사료에 유자과실을 갈아서 0, 2.5, 5, 7.5% 첨가하여 3개월 간 사육한 후 사육효과 및 자체 항병력 증가 효과를 알아보았다. 유자를 첨가한 사료에서 성장의 유의적인 증가는 없었으나 7.5% 첨가 사료로 사육한 넙치는 2.5%∼5% 첨가한 넙치 보다 체중 증가량이 적었다. 혈액학적인 조사 결과에서도 유자첨가로 인하여 넙치의 생리 상태에 부정적인 영향을 보이지는 않았으며 혈중 GOT 및 총콜레스테롤을 감소시키는 효과가 있어 건강도가 증진되는 것으로 나타났다. 혈청의 항세균 활성은 7.5% 시험구에서 높았으나, 라이소자임 활성은 실험구간 차이가 없었다. 어류병원세균의 인위감염에 대한 넙치의 질병저항성은 실험구 간에 차이가 없었으나 2.5% 유자 첨가구의 넙치에서 폐사가 지연되는 효과를 보였다. 그러므로 사료에 유자를 첨가하여 사육하는 것은 넙치의 어류생리학적 식품영양학적인 면에서 부정적인 영향은 없으나 유자첨가량을 2.5 %∼5 % 사이로 하여 사육하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 판단되었다. Effects of various concentration of yuzu Citrus junos Siebold ex Tanaka in the diets on growth, blood chemistry and disease resistance of olive flounder were determined. Fifteen hundred fish averaging 200∼270g were fed on moist pellet containing yuzu at the concentrations of 0%(control), 2.5%, 5% and 7.5% for 3 months. After feeding trial, weight gain of fish fed 2.5% and 5.0% yuza diet was higher than those of fish fed 0% and 7.5% yuza diet but not significant(P>0.05). No differences in hematological and physiological indices of olive flounder were found among the experimental diets except for total cholesterol. Serum lysozyme activity was not significantly different among fish fed experimental diets but bactericidal activity of fish fed 7.5% yuza diet was significantly different from those of fish fed 0, 2.5 and 5% Yuza diets. Survival rates of fish fed 2.5% yuza diet at experimental infection with Edwardsiella tarda and Streptococcus sp. were higher than those of the other experimental groups but not significant. In conclusion, Dietary inclusion of 2.5∼5% yuzu seems to have positive effects for fish health condition and disease resistance.
