        연신 폴리프로필렌 필름으로 진공 포장된 팽이버섯(Flammulina velutipes)의 저장성 향상

        The shelf-life of fresh mushrooms is notably limited because their browning, texture change, and decay are too fast after immediately harvest. Especially, the best management for extending golden needle mushroom’s shelf-life is modified atmosphere packaging under pressure vacuum at cold storage. In this study, three types of films, 20 μm polyethylene+polypropylene (PE+PP), oriented polypropylene (OPP), and low density polyethylene (LDPE) were tested to extend the shelf-life of golden needle mushrooms. Mushrooms were packed under pressure vacuum and stored at 10 °C for 2 weeks. The golden mushrooms in LDPE film as a commercial packaging, were highly perishable and immediately proceed deterioration as browning, elongation, fluctuation of respiratory quotient (RQ) and softening within 7 days after packaging. On the other hand, the mushrooms in OPP and PE+PP film shown that shelf-life were extend to 14 days from 7 days, causing delay breakup of vacuum and maintenance of color, length, and RQ during storage. The breakup of vacuum in PE+PP film was faster few days than OPP film packaging. This present study indicated that the golden needle mushrooms by OPP packaging under pressure vacuum treatment might be extended the shelf-life until approximately 14 days during cold storage. 팽이버섯은 타 작물에 비해 수확 후 호흡률이 높아 갈변, 경도감소, 부패 등이 수확 즉시 진행되는 작물이다. 이러한 팽이버섯을 장기간 유통하기 위해 가장 많이 적용되는 방법은 진공 포장하여 저온 저장하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 팽이버섯의 포장 후 유통기간을 연장에 더욱 적합한 진공필름을 선발하기 위해 $20{\mu}m$두께의 PE+PP, OPP 및 LDPE 필름으로 진공 포장하여 유통온도인 10℃의 저온에서 2주간 저장하였다. 일반적으로 많이 적용되는 LDPE 필름이 갈변, 줄기신장, 호흡률 급변, 조직 연화와 같은 변질이 포장 후 7일 이내로 가장 빠르게 진행되었다. 또한 OPP 필름보다 PE+PP가 수일 더 일찍 해체되기 시작하여 갈변 현상이 먼저 발생하였다. 최종적으로 OPP 필름이 안정된 호흡률과 외부색도, 신장억제 현상이 유지되어 LDPE 필름 포장군의 저장 7일차에 발생된 부패율보다 7일이 지연된 저장 14일차에 나타났다.

        환승통행과 토지이용의 연관성 분석

        본 연구의 목적은 서울시의 환승통행 특성을 분석하고 토지이용이 환승통행에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 서울시의 2013년 4월 평일 하루치 교통카드자료를 이용하여 환승통행의 일반적인 특성을 분석하고, 토지이용과 사회경제지표 등을 독립변수로 고려한 환승통행량의 다중선형 회귀모형을 구축하였다. 환승통행특성의 경우, 환승통행 이 전체 통행의 26.7%를 차지하였으며, 이 중 1회 환승한 경우가 86.4%로 대부분이었다. 또한 버스-지하철간 환승이 64.7%로 큰 비중을 차지하였며, 주로 지하철 역 및 업무시설이 다수 위치하는 곳에서 환승통행이 많이 발생하였다. 회 귀모형 구축 결과, 업무시설면적비율 및 백화점시설의 면적비가 높거나 복합토지이용도가 높은 지역일수록 환승통행량 이 많아지는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 복합환승센터와 같이 도시 내 환승통행을 고려하는 교통시설의 입지 선정을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. This paper is to analyze characteristics of transfer trips and to identify impacts of land use on them. Using the smart transport card data of Seoul on a weekday in April 2013, we explored general characteristics of the transfer trips such as spatial and temporal distributions, transfer types, and geographical patterns of transfer trips. Then, the multiple regression model for the transfer trips was developed, considering land use as well as socio-economic variables as explanatory ones. For the characteristics of the transfer trips, their ratio to the total trips accounts for 26.7%. Nearly 87% of the trips are one-time transferred, and 64.7% are bus-subway transfer trips. In addition, the transfer trips are more likely to appear nearby subway stations and business facilities. The regression model indicates that land use variables such as the floor areas of business facilities and department stores and mixed land use index significantly positively affect the transfer trips. Our results can be used as basic data for choosing feasible locations of multi-modal transfer centers in urban areas.

        초등학교 영어교사의 전문성 평가도구 개발: 정의적 요인을 중심으로

        This study was designed to develop a scale to measure primary school Englishteachers’ professionalism based on affective factors. The Swailes' (2003) scale wasused to best reflect the local context where teachers in primary schools teach English toyoung learners. Three surveys were sent to a total of 1,008 primary school Englishteachers. Three different focus groups were used to refine the survey items in themodification process from the first to the third survey. The data were analyzed usingexploratory factor and confirmatory factor analysis. These results showed the validityof fifteen items for investigating primary English teachers’ professionalism: four itemsrelated to 'professional commitment', three related to 'professional autonomy', threeitems related to professional belief in public service, three items to profession asreferent, and two items to professional regulation. It is hoped that the scale itemsdeveloped in this study can be used to identify the standard of professionalism ofprimary English teachers and provide policy makers or school decision makers withdata that can be used to enhance professionalism within the community of primaryEnglish teachers.

      • Intradermal Co-delivery of Plasmid DNA and Adjuvant using Dissolving Microneedles for Enhanced Cancer Immunotherapy

        Microneedles(MNs) is desired as a non-invasive manner to deliver the therapeutic agents through stratum corneum, safely and painlessly. Among them, dissolving MNs is usually fabricated by biocompatible materials that can dissolve in the interstitial fluid of the skin. Herein we developed an amphiphilic copolymer Pluronic F127 (F127) based nano micelle to generate the MNs loading the hydrophobic adjuvant R848 and DA3/pOVA polyplex. DA3/pOVA polyplexes and F127/R848 micelles were released in the epidermis/dermis and a portion of F127/R848 micelles were also drained to the lymph nodes, which generates relatively superior cellular and humoral responses. R848 treated MNs group enhanced the OVA specific antibody level and intensity of IFN γ +CD 8 +T cells, which exhibited a remarkable effect on OVA specific cancer vaccine. Therefore, dissolving MNs encapsulating DA3/pOVA polyplex and R848 could be convenient and safe vaccination method with enhanced vaccine efficacy for cancer immunotherapy.

      • Inhibition of metastatic melanoma via nano-micelle generating microneedles containing doxorubicin

        Microneedle (MN) has been proposed as a therapeutic device which allow transcutaneous injection of diverse drugs with easily and painlessly. In this study, nano-micelle generating dissolving MN was prepared by a biocompatible amphiphilic tri-block copolymer. When formulate with doxorubicin (DOX) in the MN, the hydrophobic anticancer drug can be dissolved in an aqueous medium by entrapped in nano-micelles generated by dissolution of the MN. The transdermal application of the DOX-incorporated MN can significantly inhibit the growth of melanoma in a mouse skin cancer model. In addition, owing to its small size (< 50 nm), the nano-micelle can efficiently migrate to the sentinel lymph nodes, killing the metastatic melanoma cells. Therefore, the use of locally administration of MN can be considered as a promising therapeutic tool for the inhibition of metastatic melanoma.

        Linear Interpolation Transition of Character Animation for Immediate 3D Response to User Motion

        The purpose of this research is to study methods for performing transition that have visual representation of corresponding animations with no bounce in subsequently recognized user information when attempting to interact with a virtual 3D character in real-time using user motion. If the transitions of the animation are needed owing to a variety of external environments, continuous recognition of user information is required to correspond to the motion. The proposed method includes linear interpolation of the transition using cross-fades and blending techniques. The normalized playing time of the source animation was utilized for automatically calculating the transition interpolation length of the target animation and also as the criteria in selecting the crossfades and blending techniques. In particular, in the case of blending, the weighting value based on the degree of similarity between two animations is used as a blending parameter. Accordingly, transitions for visually excellent animation are performed on interactive holographic projection systems.

      • Simultaneous delivery of antigen and immune-modulator using nano micelle-generating dissolving microneedle array for enhanced cancer vaccination

        Dissolving microneedle (dMN), one of the various MNs, has been considered as an attractive method for transcutaneous immunization due to its superior ability to deliver vaccines through the skin layer. Here, we develop pluronic-based dMNs that generate nanomicelles (NMCs) upon their dissolution after cutaneous application, which facilitate the efficient encapsulation of poorly water-soluble toll-like receptor 7/8 agonist (R848) and the delivery of hydrophilic antigens. The sizes of NMCs range from 3-40 nm, which is suitable for the efficient delivery of R848 and antigens to lymph nodes and promotion of cellular uptake by APCs, minimizing systemic exposure of the R848. Application of MNs containing tumor model antigen (OVA) and R848 to the skin of EG7-OVA tumor-bearing mice induced a significant level of antigen-specific humoral and cellular immunity, resulting in remarkable anti-tumor activity.

        Deep Neck Inflammation: Probable Kawasaki Disease in Korean Children

        Objectives. Deep neck infections (DNIs) can cause life-threatening complications, and prompt diagnosis and management are necessary. Kawasaki disease (KD) may be accompanied by deep neck inflammation; making it difficult to distinguish from DNIs. This study was performed to evaluate clinical features and outcomes of children with parapharyngeal and retropharyngeal inflammation. Methods. Medical records of the children diagnosed with parapharyngeal and retropharyngeal cellulitis or abscess using cervical computed tomography (CT) between 2013 and 2017 were retrospectively reviewed. Results. A total of 47 children were diagnosed with parapharyngeal and retropharyngeal inflammation. Eleven (23.4%) of them were eventually diagnosed with KD, and 36 (76.6%) were diagnosed with DNIs. There were no significantly different clinical and laboratory characteristics on admission between children diagnosed with KD and DNIs; however, significantly more children with KD were febrile for ≥3 days after admission compared to those with DNIs (P=0.009). Deep neck abscesses on CT were observed in 16 children with DNIs (44.4%) and in no child with KD (P=0.009). Among the 36 children with DNIs, 30 (83.3%) were cured with antibiotic therapy only. Conclusion. A quarter of children presenting with deep neck inflammation were diagnosed with KD. KD should be considered in children showing deep neck inflammation unresponsive to empirical antibiotic therapy after 3 days, especially in those presenting with deep neck cellulitis rather than deep neck abscess.
