하이테크 산업에서 기술이전을 통한 사업화 성공요인에 관한 연구

본 연구는 전자부품연구원과 반도체 테스트용 프로브카드 회사간 기술이전 사례를 중심으로 기술이전이 사업화 성과까지 연계되기 위해 필요한 요인들을 분석하였다. 이러한 연구를 통해 실제 현장에서 가장 영향력 있는 기술이전의 성공요인을 살펴보고 정부정책과 기업전략 측면에서 기술이전과 기술사업화 성과를 창출하는 것을 주요 목적으로 한다. 국내외 선행연구 분석, 프레임워크 설정, 사례분석의 과정을 거쳐 기술 수요자, 기술 공급자, 이전 기술, 기술이전 과정 특성의 4가지 측면에서 시사점을 도출하였다. 연구결과 기술 수요자 특성은 신기술 이전획득전략 및 추진의지/보완 자산과 흡수 능력, 기술 공급자 특성은 기술이전 및 사업화 경험/기술이전과 연계한 사업화 지원의지/풍부한 이전 대상 기술군, 이전 기술 특성은 연구개발단계 및 기술분야/기존 기술과의 연계성, 기술이전 과정 특성은 기술이전 전담조직의 지원활동/기술 이전과정의 적극적 참여 등이 성공요인으로 도출되었다. This study investigated the success factors of technology transfer and commercialization in the high-technology industries. We specifically analyzed the case of technology transfer between KETI and probe card company. The main purpose of this research is to seek and analyze the most influential factors which can lead to successful technology transfer and technology commercialization both in terms of government policy and corporation strategy. This research oversees the previous research works. framework setting and case study analysis to derive implications in the following points of views: technology receiver, technology provider, technology’s characteristics, technology transfer’s process. The important findings of this study are as follows. In the terms of technology receiver, the experience in technology transfer and commercialization, will to support for R&BD and rich technology pool are also important. In terms of technology provider, acquisition strategy, will to push, complementary assets and absorptive capacity are very crucial. In terms of technology’s characteristics, R&D stage, technology category and connectivity of existing technology are closely related with successful transfer and commercialization. Finally, Support of TLO and active participation of transfer process are important factors in terms of technology transfer’s process.
센서 산업의 국가경쟁력 향상에 관한 연구 : 포터의 다이아몬드 모형을 중심으로

Sensors combine highly sophisticated technology and micro-fabrication technologies such as integrated semiconductor technologies and MEMS(integrated Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems). They have evolved into ``Smart sensors`` which are embedded with data processing, automatic calibration, self-diagnostics and decision-making abilities. Smart sensors have attracted great attention, emerging as the core technology of the IT Convergence and the IoT(Internet of Things) era. The world`s sensor market is among the fasted growing markets. Nevertheless, the Korean sensor industry is in a vulnerable situation, lacking international competitiveness both in technology and price. This research analyzes and evaluates national competitiveness of the Korean sensor industry using Porter`s Diamond Model. The model focuses on the following four aspects; factor conditions, demand conditions, related and supporting industries and firm strategy/structure/rivalry. Given the research context, factor conditions regard patents and technology while demand conditions address markets and consumers. Related and supporting industries concern the nano industry and semiconductor industry. Lastly strategy/structure/rivalry deals with market share and rate of operating profits. The Korean sensor industry`s international competitiveness has been reported as 20.45, and ranks third among the three countries(USA : 100, Japan : 63.07). According the four aspects, in terms of factor conditions, the Korean sensor industry holds relatively abundant equipment, infrastructure and R&D. However the lack of efficient connection and utilization of such factor condition puts it at a competitive disadvantage. Second, in terms of demand conditions, the environment itself if quite favorable for Korean sensor companies. Nonetheless actual consumers prefer to use imported sensors due to lack of reliability and compatibility. Hence, as demand for sensors increase, the greater the trade deficit. Third, in terms of the support industries, the Korean nano industry has fallen behind compared to the number and quality of US or Japanese patents and technologies. The semiconductor industry on the other hand has a quite a high status in the world market, making Korea second in terms of market share. Fanally, in terms of corporate strategy-structure-competition, Korea is stuck in the middle competing with the advanced country`s technologies and the developing country`s cheap prices.

Arc welding process has indicated that it suffers from many flaws. It's because requirement of products is diverse and the variable which affects the quality is also various. Therefore, in order to stabilize the welding process, it is important to choose a proper welding machine for the each process and evaluate the welding process capability of each machine.<br/> In this study. rational and simple index can evaluate the welding machine, set the<br/> coefficient of resistance variation through the arc stability examination such as spatter generation weight and bead configuration uniformity etc and develop the method to evaluate the process capability index in 6-SIGMA.<br/>
