        The information for operating the train should be transmitted to train, with extreme security. In our system. The information, such that the allowable velocity of the train, train existence in current area, and other data necessary for operating train, is transmitted in the form of FM signal. Received by the receiver located on train, the signal is filtered, demodulated, and analyzed for extracting the original information. The analysis of the demodulated signal is done through FFT algorithm using sliding slot. The simulation results shows the validity of the algorithm.

        택중침자(澤中鍼刺) 및 간교(간交)(GV28)사혈(瀉血)이 간기능(肝機能)에 미치는 영향(影響)

        Effects of acupuncture at Taekjung and Ungyo(GV28) bloodletting on serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (GOT) activity, glutamic pyruvic transaminase activity(GPT), total Protein, Albumin, Alkalin Phosphatase(ALP), γ-GT, lactic dehydrogenase (LDH), total cholesterol and triglyceride were determined. 1) In the Ungyo bloodletting group, GOT, GPT, ALP, γ-GT and LDH activity showed a tendency to decrease compared to those of CCl4 only group and Taekjung acupuncture group. 2) Serum albumin content showed a tendency decrease by treatment of CCl4 and to increase by treatment of Ungyo bloodletting. 3) The values of serum total protein, total cholesterol and triglyceride showed no significant difference among all the treatment groups. 4) All the biological values showed no significant difference between the CCl4 only group and Taekjung acupuncture group except the values of albumin. Results from this study indicate that the Ungyo bloodletting showed the possibility of liver function recovery in liver-harmed rats by CCl4.

        건물 특성과 시간적 변화가 소방시설관리시스템의 화재알람에 미치는 영향 분석 연구

        본 연구는 서울소방재난본부의 IoT 소방시설관리시스템에 기록된 실시간 화재알람 발생 데이터를 분석하여, 화재알람 발생 영향요인을 규명하고 이를 바탕으로 효과적인 화재사고 예방체계를 구축하기 위한 학술적 시사점을 제시하는데 있다. 도심지역을 중심으로 고층·복합건물의 수가 증가하고 기존 건물도 고도화되면서, 화재 등 비상상황 발생 시 상주인원의 신속한 대피와 초동대응을 돕는 자동화재탐지설비의 설치가 늘어나고 있다. 그러나 화재상황을 잘못 탐지하여 정확성이 낮아지면 상주인원의 불편이 늘어나고 신뢰성도 줄어들기 때문에, 효율적인 점검과 건물 환경 조사를 통해 시스템을 개선할 필요가 있다. 이번 연구는 잘못된 화재탐지가 용도나 시간 등 건물 특성 및 외부 환경에 기인함을 밝히고, 이에 근거하여 효율적인 시스템 점검과 건물 환경 개선이 필요함을 강조하는 것에 목적을 두고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 건물의 규모(연면적)가 화재알람 발생에 가장 큰 영향을 끼쳤고 민간 건물, R형 수신기인 건물, 고장일수 또는 경종차단일수가 많은 건물에서 화재알람 발생이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 건물의 주용도에 따라 화재알람 발생의 영향요인이 다르게 나타나기도 하였다. 시간적으로는 평일 주간 사람들의 일상 활동 패턴(오전 9시~오후 6시)을 거의 그대로 따르는 것으로 나타났으며, 오전 10시 경, 오후 2시 경에 각각 최고치를 기록했다. 연구를 통해 시스템 내부 점검과 함께 화재알람 발생에 영향을 끼치는 건물 환경 조사도 필요함을 강조하고, 후속 연구와 시스템 고도화를 위해 실시간 건물 환경 정보를 추가 데이터화하는 방안 등의 제안을 하였다. The purpose of this study to find the factors influencing the fire alarms using IoT firefighting facility management system data of Seoul Fire & Disaster Headquarters, and to present academic implications for establishing an effective prevention system of fire situation. As the number of high and complex buildings increases and former bulidings are advanced, the fire detection facilities that can quickly respond to emergency situations are also increasing. However, if the accuracy of the fire situation is incorrectly detected and the accuracy is lowered, the inconvenience of the residents increases and the reliability decreases. Therefore, it is necessary to improve accuracy of the system through efficient inspection and the internal environment investigation of buildings. The purpose of this study is to find out that false detection may occur due to building characteristics such as usage or time, and to aim of emphasizing the need for efficient system inspection and controlling the internal environment. As a result, it is found that the size(total area) of the building had the greatest effect on the fire alarms, and the fire alarms increased as private buildings, R-type receivers, and a large number of failure or shutoff days. In addition, factors that influencing fire alarms were different depending on the main usage of the building. In terms of time, it was found to follow people's daily patterns during weekdays(9 am to 6 pm), and each peaked around 10 am and 2 pm. This study was claimed that it is necessary to investigate the building environment that caused the fire alarms, along with the system internal inspection. Also, it propose additional recording of building environment data in real-time for follow-up research and system enhancement.

        녀성부임증(女性不姙症)에 대한 고찰(考察)

        The women-infertility is divided into native-infertility and acquired-infertility, and acquired-infertility have been cured with oriental medicine. Accordingly, this study was performed on the disease which is a main cause of women-infertility in causes and symptons of the menses disease, curing points and prescriptions by literarily. 1. The blood is the essence of foodstuff. Women lack the blood in causes of the menses, pregnancy and birth, so the blood-disease is important in preventing and curing women-infertility 2. The blood-disease, which have diverse symptons by causes is divided into deficiency of blood, blood stasis, blood-heat, and blood-cold, so course in trace the origin of the menses disease is important in preventing and curing women-infertility 3. The kidney is important in reproducing course, so the method of conifying the kidney is essential in course of curing infertility. As to be peaceful on viscera and meridian and to be health of mind and body are important in preventing and curing women-infertility. 4. Women-infertility is closely contacted with the DU(the back midline) channel, the ren(the front midline) channel, the chung channel(the Vital channel), the dai channel(the Belt channel) in the Eight Extra Channels 5. Disease of menses is concerned in uterus, liver, spleen, stomach, bladder.

        XPS를 이용한 TiN / Cu의 Grain boundary diffusion 연구

        TiN을 Cu의 확산방지막으로 사용하기 위해 많은 연구가 되어왔는데, 이 연구에서는 특히 X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)를 이용하여 TiN박막에서의 Cu의 확산현상을 연구하였다. TiN 박막은 일반적으로 columnar grain을 형성하면서 성장을 하는데, 녹는점의 1/3에 해당하는 비교적 낮은 온도에서는 grain들의 경계를 따라 Cu가 확산함을 확인하였다. Atomic force microscopy(AFM)를 이용하여 grain의 모양을 관찰하였고, 이 grain boundary를 통한 확산 현상을 연구하기 위하여, modified surface accumulation method를 이용하였다. 연구 결과, TiN박막에서의 Cu의 grain boundary diffusion의 활성화 에너지 Q_b는 0.23 eV, Diffusivity D_(bo)는 5.5×10^(-12) ㎠/sec의 값을 얻었다. TiN has been investigated as a good candidate for a diffusion barrier of Cu. Therefore, in this study, the grain boundary diffusion of Cu in TiN film was investigated by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). In general, TiN has a columnar grain structure. In the relatively lower temperature, less than 1/3 of the melting point, it was observed that Cu diffused into TiN mainly along the grain boundaries of TiN. The grain size of TiN was measured by atomic force microscope (AFM). In order to estimate the grain boundary diffusion constants, we used the modified surface accumulation method. The activation energy, Q_b was 0.23 eV, and the diffusivity, D_(bo) was 5.5×10^(-12) ㎠/sec.

        간유(肝兪).풍지(風池)와 음릉천(陰陵泉) 자침(刺針)의 비만유발(肥滿誘發) 흰쥐의 지질강하(脂質降下) 및 항산화효과(抗酸化效果)에 대한 비교연구 -생화학적(生化學的) 및 분자생물학적(分子生物學的) 검토(檢討)를 중심으로-

        The lipid lowering and antioxidant effects of Gansoo(BL18), Pungji(GB20) and Eumnungcheun(SP9) acupuncture in rats fed high fat diet were analyzed in biochemical and molecular biological aspects. The results obtained from this study are as follows : 1. In the body weight reduction, all acupuncture groups showed a high reduction compared to those of control group and in acupuncture groups, Gansoo(BL18) and Pungji(GB20) acupuncture groups showed a high reduction. 2. The concentration of plasma triglyceride, total cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol with acupuncture groups showed a little decrease and in acupuncture groups, Gansoo(BL18) and Pungji(GB20) groups showed a low values compared to those of other acupuncture groups. However, the tendency of HDL-cholesterol concentration showed no significant different. 3. The concentration of plasma ${\beta}-lipoprotein$ and free fatty acids showed a lowest values in the Gansoo(BL18) and Pungji(GB20) acupuncture groups and the glucose concentration showed to decrease in all treated acupuncture groups. 4. The concentration of liver total cholesterol and triglyceride in Gansoo(BL18) and Pungji(GB20) acupuncture groups showed a lower values than those of control group. 5. In all the acupuncture groups, the plasma glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT) activity showed a little decrease. In the glutamic pyruvate activity(GPT), Gansoo(BL18) and Pungji(GB20) acupuncture groups showed a lower values than those of control groups. However the values of eumneungcheun acupuncture only group showed no significant difference to those of control group. 6. The plasma and liver Thiobabituric acid reactive substance (TBARS) concentration in Gansoo(BL18) and Pungji(GB20) acupuncture groups were a lower than those of control group. However the values of eumneungcheun acupuncture group showed no significant difference to control group. 7. The superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in Gansoo(BL18) acupuncture group and Glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity in Gansoo(BL18) and Pungji(GB20) acupuncture groups showed a high values. The catalase (CAT) activity in all the acupuncture groups showed a higher values than those of control group. 8. In acupuncture groups, DNA expression of Apo-B and Apo-E showed a tendency to decrease, however DNA expression of leptin showed no significant difference in all treatment groups. DNA expression of $TNF-{\alpha}$ showed a increase in acupuncture groups. These results indicate that Gansoo(BL18) and Pungji(GB20) (especially Gansoo(BL18)) acupuncture affect the lipid metabolism and showed possibility of lowering adipose tissue mass and lipid peroxidation.
