        재가요양보호사의 감정노동 체험에 대한 학습의 의미

        The purpose of this study was to explore the meaning and the essence of experiencing home care workers’ emotional labor and find out its meaning of learning. van Manen’s hermeneutic phenomenological method was used in this study as 9 research participants’ experiences had been analyzed with four existential experiences including lived body, lived space, lived time, and lived others. As a result, the essential factors about experiencing the emotional labor are the following. First, the ’lived experience of time’ is summarized in the “Determination, Resolution, Conflict, Reconciliation, Re-determination” Second, the ’lived experience of space’ is summarized in the “Smell, Tussle, Compensation, Reward” Third, the ’lived experience of body’ is summarized in the “Tiredness of mind and body, Body learning, Physical recovery.” Fourth, the ‘lived experience of relationship’ is summarized in the “Obligation, Pity for sickness people from people in the same position, Affection.” And this study shows us the importance of the meaning in the learning of filial duty, spirituality, and the emotional intelligence. Filial duty, spirituality, and emotion are essential elements in caring. "Filial duty" is the origin of human beings and the starting point of all morals and conduct. "Spirituality" allows the care workers to open themselves toward others in self-centeredness, and to form personality through self-reflection. Therefore, the development and operation of the filial duty learning, the emotional intelligence learning, and the spiritual learning program can have a positive attitude toward the job of the care workers and the care of the elderly can be rewarding rather than emotional labor. 본 연구의 목적은 재가요양보사들의 감정노동 체험 대한 의미와 본질을 이해하고, 그에 대한 학습의 의미를 탐색하는 것이다. 연구방법은 van Manen의 해석학적 현상학 연구방법을 사용하였다. 연구 참여자 9명의 감정노동 체험은 네 가지 실존체인 체험된 시간, 체험된 공간, 체험된 신체, 체험된 관계를 중심으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 재가요양보호사의 감정노동 체험에 대한 본질적 주제와 의미는 다음과 같다. 시간성; 다짐·각오, 갈등, 화해, 재 다짐. 공간성; 냄새, 실갱이, 보상, 보람. 신체성; 심신소진, 체화, 상처회복. 관계성; 의무, 동병상련, 정으로 도출되었다. 그리고 학습에 대한 의미는 효학습, 영성학습, 감성지능학습으로 나타났다. 효, 영성, 감성은 돌봄의 필수적인 요소로 “효”는 인의 근본이고 모든 도덕과 행실의 출발점이다. “영성”은 요양보호사가 자기중심주의에서 타인을 향해 자신을 개방하고, 자기성찰을 통해 인격을 형성하게 한다. 따라서 효학습, 감성지능학습, 영성학습 프로그램 등을 개발하여 운영하는 것은 요양보호사 등 감정노동자들이 직무에 대한 긍정적인 태도를 가질 수 있으며 어르신의 돌봄은 감정노동이 아닌 보람된 일이 될 수 있다.

        A Trend Survey on Smart Grid Technology Development

        Smart grid is a brand new industrial evolution of the 21st century. It has many new facilities and functionalities for making the existing electrical grid intelligent. Smart grid will make our daily life changed totally with smart vehicles, electricity usage monitoring, smart appliances, and smart phones. It has self-monitored power generation system, intelligent transmission and distribution infrastructures, and advanced metering infrastructures for efficient and effective power grid. The existing one way functionality will be changed to directional communication. Many changes will be shown to the public from the state of art. This paper presents a recent trend of smart grid technology development and introduces its key concepts in detail.

        보건교사의 COVID-19상황 대응 경험

        Purpose: This study was conducted to describe the experience of school health teachers in regard to the COVID-19 pandemic in South Korea. Methods: We conducted a qualitative study using content analysis. Ten school health teachers were recruited from 6 elementary schools, 2 middle schools and 2 high schools in Seoul, using purposive sampling. They participated in semi-structured in-depth interviews in person or using an online communication system from January to February, 2021. Interviews were transcribed verbatim and analysed using qualitative content analysis. Results: Three main categories and nine generic categories emerged from the analysis. Firstly, it was discovered that school health teachers had psychological and physical stress to cope with COVID-19 due to the 1) fear of the unexpected infectious disease, 2) burden of having to deal with it alone, 3) breakdown of personal life and physical exhaustion and 4) heavy duty as a health teacher caused by the lack of an organic cooperation system with institutions related to school infectious diseases. Secondly, school health teachers had an increased sense of empowerment in regard to infectious disease management as a result of 1) feeling rewarded and appreciated and 2) gaining confidence and trust in infectious disease management. Finally, school health teachers experienced the urgent need for an effective response strategy for infection control because of the 1) confusion over infectious disease response due to lack of practical manuals applicable to the field as well as training, 2) disappointing response system without an expert response team dedicated to managing infectious diseases in schools, and 3) growing awareness of the need for change. Conclusion: It is expected that school health teachers' experience of COVID-19 will be used as important data for building effective and advanced school infectious disease response systems.

        자원과 에너지를 주제로 한 STEAM 교육프로그램 개발 및 적용

        본 연구는 초등학교 5학년을 대상으로 자원과 에너지를 주제로 한 STEAM 교육프로그램을 개발하고, 그 효과를 검증하였다. 자원과 에너지 관련성을 고려해 2007 개정교육과정의 초등학교 5학년 교육과정과 STEAM 적용 가능성을 분석한 후, STEAM 교육을 실시할 수 있는 자원과 에너지 관련 주제를 선정하였다. 프로그램 개발은 기획, 준비, 개발, 개선의 4단계를 거쳤으며, 개선단계에서 전문가 자문을 실시하여 보완하였다. 개발된 프로그램은 서울시 소재 초등학교 5학년 2개 반을 대상으로 동질 집단 사전·사후검사 설계를 통하여 효과를 분석하였는데, 프로그램 적용 전·후 창의성의 차이를 분석하기 위하여 t 검증을 하 였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2007 개정교육과정 초등학교 5학년 범위를 자원과 에너지의 관련 수준에 따라 분석하였고, 관련 수준이 높은 내용을 중 심으로 관련 영역을 분석한 결과, 다양한 교과에서 자원과 에너지 관련 학습 주제가 제시됨을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 교육과정에서 추출한 환경 관련 내용은 교육과정과 융합인재교육의 특성을 고려하여 주제 중심으로 재구성하여, 자원 과 에너지에 관한 환경문제를 이해하고 이에 대응할 수 있는 다양한 활동을 내용으로 한 12차시의 교육프로그램을 개발하였 다. 셋째, 개발한 자원과 에너지 중심의 STEAM 교육프로그램은 초등학교 5학년 학생들의 창의성 함양에 효과적이었다. The purpose of this study was to develop and investigate the effects a STEAM educational program focused on resources and energy. To achieve the purpose, documentary and investigatory research was conducted and thereafter the program that focused on resources and energy developed and implemented by following the 4 stages of planning, preparation, development and improvement. Fifty-two students of 5th grade elementary school were enrolled in this study. The before and after learning, their creativity was investigated to evaluate the program. The results of this study were as follows. First, as a result of analysis of relation level and relation field about environment in the 2007 revised curriculum of 5th grade, there were contents related to environment in various subjects. Second, to develop the program, the extracted contents from curriculum were restructured as dealing with the problem about the resources and energy. The STEAM program focused on resources and energy was consisted of 12 teaching- learning plans for teachers and worksheets for students. Third, the STEAM program focused on resources and energy had a positive effect on the creativity of 5th graders of the elementary school.
