미용학과(美容學科) 재학생(在學生)들의 학업 만족도와 향후 진로 방향에 대한 연구

Complex of industrial structures and largely-changing life patterns have led to multiplied and specialized professions. Such trends witness the rapid increase in cosmetic universities and demands of special cosmetic education. Hence, this research thesis is designed to understand about what motivated students to attend the department of cosmetics what education students really want to be conducted. and how such students are satisfied with the on going cosmetics education. Concerning the analysis on what motivated students to apply for the Department of Cosmetics, most respondents replied that they began to study about the cosmetics fields in high school or college days. Regarding the satisfaction of cosmetics education received by students at the Department of Cosmetics, most two-year university students replied that they were `not so dissatisfied with the cosmetics education`, and most four-year university students replied that they were `satisfied with it`. For the analysis on cosmetics education, and career choice, it was found that those who wanted to get their jobs related to cosmetics have accounted for the highest rate. The higher positive way of thinking about the upcoming cosmetics industry among students proves that the cosmetics profession has been perceived to have the positive effects on permanent employment. In conclusion, students under cosmetics education training want to steadily choose their career related to cosmetics. In this regard, it is reaffirmed that university education is important to guarantee such kinds of professions. Thus, it is expected that the cosmetics education and industry become growing greater and greater every day, in harmony with technological knowledge and practical skills appropriate for students, in university where brilliant manpower is developed and fostered.
음주예방프로그램이 실업계고등학생의 음주거절자기효능과 음주결과기대에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of drinking prevention program for vocational high school students and to suggest the effective nursing intervention useful for the prevention of drinking problem for adolescents. The design of this study was nonequivalent control group pre-post test design. The total number of subjects of this study were 45, vocational high school male students in G city, among which 22 were assigned for the experimental group and 23 were in the control group. The drinking prevention program in this study was composed of 6 sessions utilizing self-efficacy theory and expectancy theory based on the social-leaning theory. The instruments of this study were the scale of drinking refusal self-efficacy and alcohol expectancy. The data were collected from september 10 to November 16, 2001, and analized by x^(2)-test, wilcoxon rank sums test and fisher's exact test. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Hypotheses 1 that “the score of the drinking refusal self-efficacy in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group” was supported(z=2.45, p=.014). 2. Hypotheses 2 that "the score of the alcohol expectancy in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group" was supported(z=-3.05, p=.002). 3. Drinking prevention program had an influence on reducing drinking behavior of the experimental group compared with those of the control group(frequency of drinking x^(2)=24.86, p=.000, amount of drinking x^(2)=12.66, p=.001). Based on the result, the alcohol prevention program for vocational high school students was effective in promotion of drinking refusal self-efficacy and reduction alcohol expectancy. For the adolescents who have high curiosity on alcohol to have healthier life, drinking prevention program including concrete informations and skills for alcohol should be systematically carried out according to the development progress, drinking or not, and degree of drinking problems of adolescents.
