H₂ controller is proposed for networked control systems with time-varying delay. The time-varying network delay is assumed to be unknown, but its lower and upper bounds are assumed to be known. The time-varying delay is treated like a parameter variation and robust control technique is used to deal with the time-varying delay. The proposed controller can be computed by solving linear matrix inequalities. Through numerical simulations, the proposed controller is verified.

Vehicle routing problem with time windows is determined each vehicle route in order to minimize the transportation costs. All delivery points in geography have various time restriction in camparision with the basic vehicle routing problem. Vechicle routing problem with time windows is known to be NP-hard, and it needs a lot of computing time to get the optimal solution, so that heuristics are more frequently developed than optimal algorithms. This study aims to develop a heuristic method which combines guided local search with a tabu search in order to minimize the transportation costs for the vehicle routing assignment and uses ILOG programming library to solve. The computational tests were performed using the benchmark problems.

This paper focuses on a simple technique to reduced torque ripple in the direct torque control inverter for PMSM drive. It is actually Impossible to raise the inverter switcing frequency in the conventional system, although the hysterisis bandwidths for the stator flux and torque control are sufficiently diminished, becauses of the sampling interval and the delay in estimating the flux and the torque In order<br/> to overcome the problem, the proposed method<br/> introduces a dithering technique into the conventional system by superposing triangular waves with high frequency and minute amplitude on the torque error. And the programable 3- stage lowpass filter is added instead of pure integrator. simulation results prove the feasibility of proposed strategy compared with conventional method

This paper presents a method for increasing controller performance through multirate state estimation for ac machines at a low velocity. The multirate controller outputs control desired speed at each measurement instant The simulation results show that the performance of multirate velocity estimation and control at low velocity is Improved than single rate one.<br/>

The main objective of this study is to identify the factors that impact satisfaction level of international lodging customers in the heart of Seoul, Korea. International visitors enjoy looking around Myeong-dong because it is one of the most famous and historical downtown in Korea. It is a particular place, where modern culture with big shopping areas is mixed with historical spots. To give advice to new entrants and existing hotels in Myeong-dong, this study tries to find out different significant factors impacting satisfaction levels and mitigating dissatisfaction levels on lodging service. After surveying Japanese visitors to Myeong-dong, this study found that the satisfaction level can be more increased by accuracy and kindness than by promptness in check-in and check-out, and it can be more increased by normal operation of the equipment than cleanliness in guest rooms. Also, the two most significant factors mitigating the dissatisfaction level were the atmosphere of guest rooms and the security of public areas.
