표면 윤활층을 가진 나노 알루미나를 진공중에서 가압성형함으로써 결함발생없이 높은 충전압력을 가할 수 있었으며, 높은 밀도, 미세기공, 좁은 기공경 분포를 가지는 성형체를 제조할 수 있었다. 윤활제의 화학 및 기계적 특성에 의하여 변하는 모세관 현상을 조정함으로써 충전효율을 증대하고 결함발생을 억제할 수 있다. 나노분말의 소결에서도 성형 미세구조의 균일도가 치밀화 거동에 여전히 지배적인 역할을 하였다.

Background : The purpose of study in to grasp the level of perception of hospital workers on the patient safety culture, consider the difference in perception of patients safety culture according to medical service and finally find out a way to establish patient safety culture in hospital. Methods : As for the data, the analysis on frequency, t-test, ANOVA and tukey test were carried out by using SPSS 12.0. Result : The results of comparison among the positive response ratios on the patients culture of hospital workers showed that the subjects had perceived the teamwork within units most positively(74.1%), and perceived most negatively on the non-punitive response to error(16.2%)and the staffing(26.2%). 68.6% of subjects answered that the medical error were mostly of always reported. when daytime working hours are longer, perception of patient safety culture ranked low. In general, departments for direct medical service than departments for indirect medical service assessed patient safety culture high. Conclusion : Organizational learning and teamwork within units, communication openness, active support of hospital management for patient safety, and cooperation across the units would be crucial to promote the overall perceptions of patients safety of hospital workers and the level of patients safety in the units and to improve the quality of the event reporting system.

Objectives : There has been a continued debate regarding the role of eye movements in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing(EMDR). This study examined the possible autonomic effect of horizontal eye movements after being exposed to fearful stimuli. Methods : Fifty two healthy adult women were randomly allocated to eye movement or eye fixed groups after watching a five minute fear-inducing film clip. ECG was recorded during the resting state, after watching the clip, and the treatment. A spectral power analysis of the heart rate variability was performed. As the variables violated the rule of normal distribution and the number in each group is small the non-parametric test was used. Results : Overall, we did not find the differences between the groups in both time and frequency domains. Some minor differences found were not consistent with results from previous studies. Conclusions : Effect of eye movement on autonomic nervous system during fear desensitization was not supported in this experiment. Further study with other psychophysiological measures is needed to understand the role of eye movements in treatment of traumatic memory.

Objective : Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) has been established as an effective treatment for patients with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). However, the literature is unclear as to whether EMDR is effective in the treatment of other psychiatric disorders. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the potential use of EMDR in the treatment of psychiatric disorders other than PTSD by using a clinician's impression of patient response and a subjective symptom evaluation. Methods : Seventeen diagnostically heterogenous patients without PTSD underwent an average of 4.3 sessions of EMDR. Symptom severity was assessed by the Clinical Global Impression-Change Scale (CGIC), Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), and Symptom Checklist-90- Revised (SCL-90-R) before and after EMDR. Those whose CGI-C scores were 'very much improved' and 'much improved' after EMDR were classified as 'responders.' The patients' before and after treatment scores of symptom severity and group differences were compared. Results : Twelve of the 17 participants (12/17, 71%) were classified as 'responders.' The patients' scores on all of the scales, with the exception of the trait anxiety scale and obsession-compulsion scale of the SCL- 90-R, significantly decreased after treatment. There was no difference in sociodemographic and clinical variables between the responders and non-responders. Conclusion : The results of our study suggest that EMDR can be a promising candidate for the treatment of patients with psychiatric disorders other than PTSD, and thus further controlled studies are needed to determine whether EMDR can be applied to various psychiatric populations.
마그네시아의 치밀화 및 입자성장에 미치는 첨가물의 영향

This experiment has been carried out for the purpose of investigating the effect of additives on densification and grain growth in magnesium oxide by a two-step process; hot pressing and heat treating. MgO powder has been obtained by calcining extra reagent grade MgCO3 at 90$0^{\circ}C$ for 30 minutes, and additives have been added to $MgCO_3$ in the form of soluble salts-Al$(NO_3)_3$$. $9H_2O$ and $Cr(NO_3)_3$.9H_2O$. The hot pressing has been carried out with changes of soaking time at 125$0^{\circ}C$ under the pressure of 250kg/$\textrm{cm}^2$, and the heat treating also at same temperature. The initial particle size of MgO measured by particle size analyzer was 0.86 microns. Densification rate obeyed the equation D=K lnt + C, and grain growth rate obeyed the equation G-G0=kt1/2. It was vaporization of some $Cr_2O_3$ and formation of solid solution that had an influence on desification of MgO containing $Cr_2O_3$. Activation energy for grain growth of pure MgO was 62.4 kcal/mole, therefore grain growth was supposed to be diffusioncontrolled process. But after heat treatmeat, excess additives were expected to slow down the grain growth by the formation of second phase or the solute atoms at grainboundary.

Single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) having high density were synthesized on both Fe-Mo/Si and Fe-Mo/MgO/Si substrates by using thermal decomposition of C2H2 at 800 ℃. By applying an ultraviolet-irradiated-ozone (UV-ozone) treatment to the substrate, high-density catalyst nanoparticles could be attached to not only a Si substrate but also a MgO/Si substrate by using a dipping method. The vertically aligned SWCNTs were successfully synthesized on a MgO/Si substrate after NH3 pretreatment. Scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy were used to characterize the catalyst and the SWCNTs.
Organized molecular assemblies for scanning probe microscope lithography

Nanostructures down to a few ten nanometers in size have been fabricated with Langmuir–Blodgett (LB) films and selfassembled monolayers (SAMs) using scanning probe microscope lithography. The SAMs have been prepared with organosilane and bipolar amphiphiles, alkanethiol molecules as ultrathin resists on Si and Au substrates. The LB films on silicon substrates using both the polymer of thiophene derivatives and the mixture of palmitic acid and hexadecylamine were prepared and fabricated. The effect of functional groups of molecules on the atomic force microscope (AFM) anodization has been studied in the optimized process conditions. Applied voltage between the AFM tip and sample, the scanning speed and the relative humidity in the laboratory are also important factors for nanometer-scale lithography of the ultrathin films. The STM lithography with an octadecanethiol SAM on Au film in the air was carried out at the pulse mode of tip bias with respect to the suitability of STM lithography. The high structural orderness and perfect thickness of ultrathin organic molecular assemblies are the major advantages as required for nanoscale lithography. 2002 Elsevier Science B.V.
