Dual band Antenna Switch Module의 LTCC 공정변수에 따른 안정성 및 특성 개선에 관한 연구

본 논문은 LTCC 공정에 기반을 둔 GSM/DCS dual band 의 소형화된 antenna switch module을 공정변수 따른 특성의 왜곡을 안정화시키는 연구를 수행하였다. 특히 tape thickness의 변화에 따라 패턴간의 기생 커플링이 주된 변수로 작용한다. 두께 50um인 tape으로 제작된 시편의 사이즈는 $4.5{\times}3.2{\times}0.8 mm^3$이고 insertion loss는 Rx mode와 Tx mode 각각 ldB. 1.2dB 이하이다. 공정상에서 tape thickness의 변화에 따라 개발된 모듈의 특성 안정성을 검증하기 위해 각 블록-다이플렉서,필터, 바이어스 회로-을 probing method을 이용, 측정하였고, 각 블록간의 상호관계는 VSWR을 계산하여 비교하였다. 또한 회로적 관점에서 특성 개선을 위해 바이어스 회로부분의 집중소자형과 분포소자형을 구현하여 서로 비교 분석하였다. 이를 통해 각 블록의 측정과 계산된 VSWR의 데이터는 공정변수에 의해 변화된 전체 module의 특성과 안정성 거동을 파악하는데 좋은 정보를 준다. Tape thickness변화에도 불구하고 다이플렉스의 matching값은 연결되는 바이어스 회로와 LPF의 matching값과 상대 matching이 되면서, 낮은 VSWR을 유지하여 전체 insertion loss가 안정화되는 것을 확인하였다. 더불어 분포소자형 바이어스 회로보다는 집중소자형이 다른 회로블럭과의 관계에서 더 좋은 매칭을 이루어 loss개선에 일조하였다. Tape thickness가 6 um이상의 변화를 가져와도 집중소자형 바이어스 회로는 낮은 손실을 유지하여 더 넓은 안정 범위를 가져오기 때문에 양산에 적합한 구조가 될 수 있다 그리고, probing method에 의한 안정성 특성 추출은 세라믹에 임베디드된 수동회로들의 개발에 충분히 적용될 수 있다. A compact antenna switch module for GSM/DCS dual band applications based on multilayer low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) substrate is presented. Its size is $4.5{\times}3.2{\times}0.8 mm^3$ and insertion loss is lower than 1.0 dB at Rx mode and 1.2 dB at Tx mode. To verify the stability of the developed module to the process window, each block that is diplexer, LPF's and bias circuit is measured by probing method in the variation with the thickness of ceramic layer and the correlation between each block is quantified by calculating the VSWR In the mean while, two types of bias circuits -lumped and distributed - are compared. The measurement of each block and the calculation of VSWR give good information on the behavior of full module. The reaction of diplexer to the thickness is similar to those of LPF's and bias circuit, which means good relative matching and low value of VSWR, so total insertion loss is maintained in quite wide range of the thickness of ceramic layer at both band. And lumped type bias circuit has smaller insertion itself and better correspondence with other circuit than distributed stripline structure. Evaluated ceramic module adopting lumped type bias circuit has low insertion loss and wider stability region of thickness over than 6um and this can be suitable for the mass production. Stability characterization by probing method can be applied widely to the development of ceramic modules with embedded passives in them.

Objectives: The objective of this study is to investigate the change of Myofascial Meridian treatment as literature. Methods: We arranged many kinds of medical literature related to Myofascial Meridian treatment. Results: The Myofascial Meridian treatment originated from Young-Chu(靈樞) was developed for many centuries. Conclusion: The modern western treatment like Myofascial Pain Syndrome therapy, Rolling therapy, Myofascial Release, Proproioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation and Kinesio taping treatment is thought to be connected with Myofasical Meridian treatment.
양무지 안추 신전법을 이용한 악관절장애로 인한 개구장애 환자 치험 3례

Objectives : This study was carried out to investigate the effects of "Yangmuji Anchu Traction Technique" on Temporomandibular Joint Disorder Patient. Methods : The therapies were Chuna("Yangmuji Anchu Traction Technique"), acupuncture treatment, Carthami-Semen Herbal Acupuncture treatment and herbal medicine. We estimated the effects of treatment by measuring from a lower front teeth to upper front teeth in open mouth, measuring a gap of center line on front teeth in open mouth. And by measuring Visual Analog Scale(VAS) and Patient Global Assessment(PGA) before and after treatment. Results : After treatment, we confirmed these improvements : the length measuring from a lower front teeth to upper front teeth in open mouth and the gap of center line on front teeth in open mouth was improved in all cases. Also Visual Analog Scale(VAS) was improved in all cases. Conclusions : These results suggested that "Yangmuji Anchu Traction Technique" effected for Temporomandibular Joint Disorder Patient.

Neospora caninum infections have been associated with neonatal paresis as well as abortion around the world. Bovine abortion induced by N caninum was first reported in 1997 in Korea. Diagnosis of N caninum infection is usually based on histopathology and immunohistochemical detection of organism. However, often the tissues having lesion suggestive of N caninum infection were negative on immunohistochemistry. Here, we describe establishment of PCR-based diagnostic strategy for N caninum infection using DNA extracted from paraffin blocks containing the lesion. PCR was able to amplify N caninum-specific bands from the paraffin blocks containing at least moderate degree of inflammation. Compared to paraffin-blocks, DNA extracted from fresh tissues were less sensitive than that of paraffin blocks. This PCR-based method can be practically applicable for rapid diagnosis of bovine N caninum infection with high specificity and sensitivity. Based on this method, 17% of bovine abortion surveyed during a designated period was associated with N caninum infection.

A case of disseminated lymphoblastic lymphosarcoma is reported in an aborted bovine fetus 7 month in gestation. Grossly, numerous tan firm nodules, 2 to 5 mm in diameter were scattered throughout the myocardium and skeletal muscle. The corticomedullary junction of the kidney was discolored to whitish tinct. Histologically, compact sheet of monomorphic lymphoblastic lymphoid cell infiltration was noted in the myocardium and skeletal muscle. Neoplastic cell infiltration was also noted in the corticomeullary junction and deep cortical regions of the kidney, lung and the liver. This is believed to be the first reported case of lymphosarcoma in an aborted bovine fetus in Korea.
