        대청룡탕이 지방세포 분화기전에 미치는 영향

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of Daecheongryong-tang (DCRT) on the adipogenesis in 3T3-L1 preadipocytes. Methods: 3T3-L1 preadipocytes were differentiated with adipogenic reagents by incubating for 2 days in the absence or presence of DCRT ranging 0.25 and 2%. The effect of DCRT on adipogenesis was examined by Oil red O staining, and the protein, RNA, and RT-PCR were measured. Results: Our results showed that DCRT decreased the TG content by ORO staining. To elucidate the mechanism of the effects of DCRT on lowering TG content in 3T3-L1 adipocytes, we examined the DCRT modulate expressions of transcription factors to induce adipogenesis and adipogenic genes which is related to the regulation of accumulation of lipids. As a result, the expression of SREBP1, C/$EBP{\beta}$, C/$EBP{\delta}$, C/$EBP{\alpha}$, and $PPAR{\gamma}$ genes, which induce the adipose differentiation and adipose-specific aP2, adipsin, LPL, CD36, TGF-${\beta}$ and adiponectin genes which regulates fat formations, were decreased. In addition, DCRT reduced the expression of iNOS and IL-6 in 3T3-L1 adipocytes, resulting in inflammation. Conclusions: DCRT could regulate transcript factor related to induction of adipose differentiation, inhibit the accumulation of lipids and expression of the adipogenic genes.

Methods To investigate the anti-inflammatory effects of JIT, NO production, expression level of iNOS mRNA, PGE2 synthesis, expression COX-2 mRNA, cell viability, TNF-α mRNA expression were examined. Results The expression level of inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) was decreased by JIT, and the production of Prostaglandin E2(PGE2) and the expression of Cox-2 mRNA also were inhibited by JIT. Proinflammatory mediators, such as TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-12, were inhibited by JIT in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusions JIT have anti-inflammatory effects in BV2 microglial cells and could be used in inflammatory disease.

        당뇨발 감염진단을 위한 WBC, ESR, CRP의 유용성 비교

        Purpose: Diagnosis of diabetic foot infection is sometimes difficult, since the classical inflammatory signs and leukocytosis may be absent due to the decreased host immune response in diabetics. Therefore inflammatory blood markers, such as white blood cell (WBC) count, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), and C-reactive protein (CRP) have been commonly needed to confirm the diagnosis of infection. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the diagnostic usefulness of WBC, ESR and CRP for detection of diabetic foot infection. Methods: Peripheral blood samples were taken from 113 patients with diabetic foot ulcers admitted from June 2007 to April 2009. Diabetic foot infection was diagnosed according to the microbiological culture from soft tissue and bone specimens. Reference values of tests were 4500-11000 /${\mu}L$ for WBC count, 0-20 mm/hr for ESR, and 0-5 mg/L for $CRP^{13,14}$. Sensitivities, specificities, positive and negative predictive values of laboratory tests were calculated and analysed. Receiver-operator characteristic (ROC) curve was also created. Results: There was a significant difference in WBC, ESR, and CRP between infectious group and noninfectious group (p<0.05). The sensitivity of WBC>11,000 /${\mu}L$ ESR > 20 mm/hr, and CRP > 5 mg/L was 30%, 96%, and 84%. The specificity was 86%, 14%, and 50% for WBC, ESR, and CRP, respectively. Positive predictive value was 88%, 78%, and 84%, and negative predictive value was 28%, 50%, and 50% respectively. The areas under the ROC curve for WBC, ESR and CRP were 0.72, 0.75, and 0.78 respectively. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, we conclude that CRP is more useful method in predicting and diagnosing infection than WBC, ESR in diabetic foot ulcer patients.

        삼각형 V-Y피판 및 장사방형피판을 이용한 매몰귀의 교정

        Purpose: Cryptotia is a congenital deformity in which the upper third of the auricle is buried under the temporal skin. It is rare in Caucasians, yet it is more common in Asians. Although a variety of methods to treat cryptotia have been introduced, there is still no acceptable single procedure that can successfully manage this deformity in its entity. We present a triangular V-Y advancement flap and rhomboid flap for correcting cryptotia that can overcome the diverse shortcomings of the conventional methods. Methods: This operative method was used to correct 18 auricles in patients ranging in age from 4 to 33 years. A triangular flap was prepared over the auricle by making a skin incision according to Ohmori's method. Then a rhomboid flap with a side length of about 8 to 10 mm that sets the lower portion as a pedicle in the anterior region was prepared to supplement the contracted portion of the helix. The cartilage deformity was corrected by the banner flap or the radiating cartilage incisions with cartilage graft or high density polyethylene graft. Results: We have treated 16 patients with severe cryptotia using this method and have obtained good aesthetic results. All cases showed widened scaphoid fossa and smooth triangular fossa of antihelix. There were no major postoperative complications, such as necrosis or infection of the flaps. Conclusion: Correction of cryptotia using the triangular V-Y advancement flap and rhomboid flap is useful a method for certain conditions, when a severe contraction of the helix is present.

        모노펄스 안테나용 카세그레인 반사경 설계

        This paper presents a design guide for a monopulse cassegrain reflector antenna operating at 35GHz. The Cassegrain antenna consists of main/sub reflectors, a multi-mode feed horn and a monopulse comparator. In the initial optic design of the cassegrain antenna, the blocking areas formed by the sub-reflector and the feed horn and the edge taper at the reflector aperture are carefully considered. The gain patterns of the cassgrain antenna are calculated by employing the ray-tracing method. A monopulse cassegrain antenna is fabricated to verify the proposed method. The measured far-field gain patterns are fairly agreed with the calculated results based on the ray-tracing method. The fabricated antenna has a sum-channel gain of 36.6dB, a 3dB beamwidth of 2.47°, a sidelobe level of less than -20.2dB and a null depth of less than -30.5dB over the difference channel at 35GHz.

        AA5052와 AA6061의 이종재질의 마찰교반용접 최적화 공정에 대한 연구

        Recently, the use of non-ferrous metals has been increasing to lighten the weight of automobiles and parts. In particular, demand for non-ferrous alloy materials such as aluminum alloys and magnesium alloys is increasing. The purpose of this study is to calculate the optimization process of friction stir welding by using different materials of AA5052 and AA6061. By analyzing the reaction value of tensile strength and elongation by full factorial design and Custom Design Methodology. In other words, we analyzed the optimization process according to rotation speed, feed rate, tool angle and tool shape. In conclusion, the optimal process for tensile strength was achieved by using a tool with a rotation speed of 900 RPM, feed rate of 270, tool angle of 2.5° and a triangle tool. and The rotation speed was 1003 RPM, the feed rate was 314.5, tool angle of 1° and a triangle tool, it was able to get the maximum value of elongation when using a tool of the form.

        소아 아토피 피부염에 관한 임상적 고찰

        Objective : The objective of this study is to investigate treatment results and reasons of difference of treatment result. Method : 22 patients with atopic dermatitis were evaluated for the symptoms and signs according to SCORAD index before and after Oriental medical treatment. And they were divided into two groups(G1: the lower group, G2: the higher group) with 30 scores in standard and analyzed for differences of treatment result. Reasult : 22 patients's Change of total SCORAD index before and after treatment were $35.79{\pm}10.86$ and period were $4.55{\pm}2.94$ months. There were no significant differences between two groups in sex, age, congenital fever, onset and hospital treatment. There were many differences between two groups in the weakness of Digestive system. There were more familial histories in G2 than G1. Past years were $3.20{\pm}3.72$ years in G1 and $1.75{\pm}1.68$ years in G2. There were more deterioration fetors in G1 than G2. Sleep conditions before treatment were worse in G2 than G1 but all children except one were good after treatment. SCORAD index before treatment were worse in G2 than G1. The used herbal medicines were Bangpungtongsungsan gagambang, Yukmijihawangtang gagambang, Saenghyeolyunbuum gagambang. The most frequently used herbal medicine was Bangpungtongsungsan gagambang in G1, Yukmijihawangtang gagambang in G2. Conclusion : On the basis of this study, we thought factors which affected treatment result were the weakness of Digestive system, past years, deterioration factors and SCORAD index before treatment. But this study's cases are small in number so more study is need.

        생산라인용 무선인식 차폐터널 성능분석

        In this paper, design guidelines are derived by analyzing the performance of a shield tunnel in a 915-MHz RFID-based production line products management system. The shield tunnel used in the analysis has the dimension of 35×29×68cm with all of its surface made of metal except for openings for products flow into and out of the tunnel. A half-wave dipole is used for the RFID tag while a half-wave dipole and a ceramic patch are used for the reader antenna. Commercial software is used to analyze the distribution of the reader antennas electric field energy inside the shield tunnel. The path loss (reflection coefficient) is measured in the tunnel environment using a network analyzer. Guidelines in the shield tunnel design are derived from simulation and measurement such as limiting the read region of the reader antenna, suppression of the reading of tags outside the tunnel by lining the tunnels inside surface with electromagnetic absorber, maximizing the reading of inside tags and minimizing the reading of outside tags by properly setting the transmitted power of the reader antenna based on the difference in the received powers of the inside and outside tags.
