Electric vehicles were developed based on the principle in which electrical energy is supplied from a high voltage battery to an electric motor for generation of driving force. Unlike the conventional vehicles, electric vehicles are operated only using a battery and motor without an engine. Since high voltage parts such as the electric motor use body insulation, they require a different failure diagnosis process compared to the conventional vehicles and it is extremely difficult to find the cause of failure. In this paper, changes in insulation resistance value were analyzed using an exclusive diagnostic equipment and high voltage measuring device to define insulation resistance value of each part in a vehicle that showed warning light and unintentional stopping due to insulation breakdown. The cause of warning light and unintentional stopping was found to be high voltage insulation breakdown occurring inside HPCU.
탄소감축 정책의 경제적 영향: 거시계량모형에 기반한 배출권가격 변동 효과 분석

배출권거래제는 대표적인 기후정책으로 온실가스 총배출량의 87%(2021년 기준)에 대한 감축 유인체계를 형성한다. 상당량의 감축이 기대되는 가운데 배출권가격 변동이 경제, 에너지 및 환경 부문에 미칠 파급 효과에 대한 심도있는 이해가 필요하다. 본 고는 거시계량 기반 연립방정식 모형을 통해 배출권거래제의 정책효과를 분석한 국내 최초의 연구로, 한국표준산업분류(경제), 에너지밸런스(에너지), 국가온실가스인벤토리(환경)를 연결해 현실 설명력을 제고한 데 의의를 지닌다. E3 동학에 대한 분석결과에 따르면 4년에 걸친 배출권가격의 50% 인상충격은 온실가스 배출량 감소(-0.043%)와 함께 주요 거시변수인 실질GDP(-0.058%), 민간소비(-0.003%) 및 투자(-0.301%) 등의 하방 이동으로 귀결된다. 배출권가격의 인상은 온실가스 감축목표 달성의 필수불가결한 요소로, 가격 인상 충격에 따른 이행리스크에 대응함으로써 거시 경제의 지속가능성을 담보하기 위해 경매수익을 활용한 세수환원 방안을 검토할 수 있다. 본 연구는 법인세 경감 및 경상이전지출 확대 등 세수환원 수단 중 성장 측면에서 후자의 정책 비교우위를 확인했다. The emissions trading system stands as a pivotal climate policy in Korea, incentivizing abatement equivalent to 87% of total emissions (as of 2021). As the system likely has a far-reaching impact, it is crucial to understand how the real economic activity, energy sector, as well as environment would be influenced by its implementation. Employing a macroeconometric model, this paper is the first study analyzing the effects of the Korean emissions trading policy. It interconnects the Korean Standard Industrial Classification (Economy), Energy Balance (Energy), and National Inventory Report (Environment), enhancing its real-world explanatory power. We find that a 50% increase in emission permit price over four years results in a decrease in greenhouse gas emissions (-0.043%) and downward shifts in key macroeconomic variables, including real GDP (-0.058%), private consumption (-0.003%), and investment (-0.301%). The price increase in emission permit is deemed crucial for achieving greenhouse gas reduction targets. To mitigate transition risk associated with price shocks, revenue recycling using auction could ensure the sustainability of the economy. This study confirms the comparative advantage of expanded current transfers expenditure over corporate tax reduction, particularly from an economic growth perspective.
사전 시뮬레이션과 점항법 유도를 이용한 고정익 무인기의 자동 착륙 접근

본 논문에서는 고정익 무인기의 점항법을 이용한 자동 착륙 접근 유도에 대해 기술한다. 본 연구의 주요 특징은 Dubin’s 모델 기반 2D 사전 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 자동 착륙 접근에 필요한 경로점을 생성하고, 또한 사전 시뮬레이션으로부터 활주로까지의 남은 시간을 예측하여 이를 고도제어에 활용한다. 설계한 알고리즘의 성능은 시뮬레이션과 비행 시험을 통해 검증한다. This paper describes an automatic landing approach algorithm for fixed-wing UAVs using waypoint guidance. The proposed algorithm utilizes simple 2D Dubin’s vehicle pre-simulations in planning the waypoints for landing approach. The remaining time to reach the runway is also estimated in the pre-simulation, and it is used for altitude control. The performance of the designed algorithm was verified by simulations and flight tests.
수술 전 혈소판 기능 검사를 위한 PFA<sup>®</sup>-100의 임상적 이용

The Platelet Function Analyzer (PFA)$^{(R)}$-100 measures the ability of platelets activated in a high-shear environment to occlude an aperture in a membrane treated with collagen and epinephrine (CEPI) or collagen and ADP (CADP). The time taken for the flow across the membrane to stop (closure time, CT) is recorded. The aim of this study was to assess the potential of the PFA$^{(R)}$-100 as a primary clinical screening tool using the wide spectrum of clinical samples assessed for platelet function as well as to perform the optimal algorithm for the use of PFA$^{(R)}$-100. We established the reference interval in 460 hospital inpatients defined as having normal platelet function based on classical laboratory tests. The reference interval by using the range $5^{th}$ and $95^{th}$ percentile was 84~251 seconds for males CEPI-CT and 85~249 seconds for females CEPI-CT. A total of 1,200 inpatients were enrolled to identify impaired hemostasis before surgical interventions. The abnormal group showing prolonged CEPI-CT was 303 cases (18.9%). Only 3 cases had both abnormal CEPI-CT and CADP-CT. Several factors including sample errors, drugs, hematologic abnoralities were contributed to unexpected prolonged CEPI-CT for screening test. The von Willebrand factor (vWF:Ag) assay was performed only in one patient to verify the algorithm for the use of PFA$^{(R)}$-100. The PFA$^{(R)}$-100 was sensitive and rapid method for primary screening test of platelet dysfunction, so we can substitute it for the bleeding time in routine clinical practice.

전력화가 심화되며 생산과정에서 전력수요가 증가하고, 발전 과정에서 발생하는 온실가스 배출량이 전체의 35%를 차지할 정도로 경제-전력-환경의 관계가 심화되고 있다. 본 연구는 경제-전력-환경의 관계를 반영하며, 전력수요 부문에 특화된 연립방정식 거시계량모형을 구축하였다. 전력수요에 내생적 구조변화를 반영하였으며, 산업간의 연관효과를 반영하여 모형의 설명력을 개선하였다. 전력다소 비업종의 10% 생산증가 시나리오에 대해 정책 시뮬레이션을 진행한 결과, 연관 업종의 산업생산이 높게 나타났으며, 경기개선 효과로 인해 타 업종의 생산 및 전력수요도 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 통해 세부업종 구분 및 산업연관효과를 반영하여 모형을 구축하는 것이 정책분석 측면에서 유리할 수 있음을 보였다. The economy-electricity-environment relationship is drawing more attention. Electrification intensifies in the production process and GHG emissions generated by the power generation accounts for 35 percent of the total emission. This study reflected the relationship between economy-electricity-environment, and established a simultaneous equation macroeconometric model specialized in the electricity demand sector. The electricity demand reflected the change in the endogenous structure and improved the model s explanatory power by reflecting the inter-industry relationships within an economy. Policy simulations on the scenario of 10% increase in production in the energy(electricity)-intensive sectors affected to increase industrial sector electricity consumption. Production and power(electricity) demand in other industries were also increased due to the economic boom. The above results showed that it may be advantageous in terms of policy analysis to build a model that reflects the specific industry segment and inter-industry relationships.
