Al 7050 합금을 이용한 고강도 정밀 단조에 대한 연구

Fatigue strength, electric1al conductivity and stress-corrosion-cracking resistance are considered as important factors at aircraft Al alloys, therefore Al7050 alloy has been developed to improve such properties. However, hammer-forged Al7050 parts showed the undesirable structures such as severe local grain coarsening and inhomogeneous material flow, resulted in the degraded mechanical properties. In this paper, process conditions are investigated for elimination of the grain coarsening and improved material flow during forging process by both of experiments and FEM analysis. Particular interest has been given to understand role of preform shape on the grain coarsening behavior and magnitude of the hammer forging load.<br/> As the results of FEM simulation by using DEFORM-3D, the simulated forging loads were 2,200ton in the case of a machined bar which is machined from 65 mm to 60mm diameter, and below 1,900 ton in the case of machined preform, respectively. The use of preform has been beneficial for reduction of the forging load and elimination of the grain coarsening. However, in the case of as received bar and the round bar, which was machined to 2.5mm thickness in surface layer, some degree of local grain coarsening behavior has been observed. 최근 신성장동력으로서 에너지 산업 육성을 위해서는 인프라 구축이 전제되어야 하며, 그 전제조건은 인력양성에 있다. 즉, 내생적 경제성장 이론을 기반으로 인적자본 및 기술진보를 통한 경제성장을 이루어 내기 위해서는 인적자본의 생산성이 향상되어야 한다. 에너지 분야 인프라 구축을 위한 인력양성이 구체화되기 위해서는 국가비전 및 전략과 연계한 인력양성 방향을 설정하고, 에너지 인력수요에 따른 시스템 개선이 전제되어야 한다. 특히 에너지 인력양성에 대한 중요성 인식확산과 기초 실무인력 양성이 중요한데, 이를 위해 에너지 분야 국가기술자격이 도입되어야 한다고 본다. 본 연구에서는 에너지 인력양성 현황을 통해 실현 가능성과 파급효과 등을 우선순위에 따라 고려해 볼 때 에너지 산업발전을 위해서는 단기적으로는 기존에너지 자원의 효율적 사용차원에서 에너지 효율분야에 대한 인력양성과 기존자원 활용을 위한 원자력 및 전력 에너지 인력양성을, 중기적으로는 새로운 자원개발을 위한 인력양성을, 장기적으로는 신성장동력의 근간이 될 수 있는 신재생에너지 인력양성과 환경차원에서 온실저감 에너지 인력양성에 초점을 두는 것이 바람직하다고 본다. 따라서 국가기술자격의 도입도, 에너지 효율분야 ‘에너지 진단사’, 해외자원개발 분야 ‘해외자원개발 기술사’, 신재생에너지 분야 중태양광 부문 ‘태양광 에너지 기사’ 등을 도입하여야 한다. 결국 이러한 에너지 분야 국가기술자격이 실질적으로 활용되기 위해서는 지속적인 능력개발형 인적자원관리(HRM) 체계를 정착, 사내자격제도 활성화를 통한 보상 강화, 자격취득의 접근성을 높이는 정책개발 주력, 수요자 중심의 자격전환, 자격종목에 대한 활용도 제고, 에너지 관련 전문인력 DB 구축 등이 진행되어야 한다. To Promote the energy industry, as a motive power for new growth, the infrastructure should be preceded and the cultivation of human resources also be set beforehand. For economic growth through human capital and advances in technology, based on endogenous growth theory, productivity of human capital should improve. In establishing human resources cultivation for energy industry HRD, HRD plans should be made in light of national HRD vision and strategy, and system improvement based on energy labor demand should precede. Particularly, awareness expansion for importance of energy HRD and functional labor cultivation are of primary importance, for which energy industry national qualifications should be introduced. In this study, viability and its ripple effect through energy human resources cultivation taken seriously, for energy industry developments, on a short term HRD in energy efficiency sectors, nuclear and electricity sectors. In the meanwhile, HRD of new resources developments and in the long run, HRD is essential to a motive power for new growth: new energy sectors and greenhouse reduction energy sectors. In this study, viability and its ripple effect through energy human resources cultivation taken seriously, for energy industry developments, on a short term HRD in energy efficiency sectors, nuclear and electricity sectors. In the meanwhile, HRD of new resources developments and in the long run, HRD is essential to a motive power for new growth: new energy sectors and greenhouse reduction energy sectors. Therefore, national qualifications should be set up 'energy diagnosis' in energy efficiency, 'overseas resources developments expert juggler in overseas resources developments.' In order to substantially implement national qualifications in energy sectors, by means of consistent competency-development HRM system settlement, in-house qualifications institution activation, reward reinforcement, focus on policy development for qualification acquisition accessibility, demand-based qualifications transfer, qualification classification utility and performance analysis & regular assessment implementation and systematic DB set-up pertaining to qualifications.
이동전화기를 이용한 Diffie-Hellman 키 교환기법의 개선방안

대칭암호시스템은 빠른 속도로 암 복호를 행하는 장점을 지니지만 안전하게 비밀키를 분배하는 방법에 문제점이 있다. 특히, 비밀통신을 원하는 불특정 사용자가 공통으로 가져야 할 비밀키를 분배하는 방안이 핵심쟁점이 되어왔다. 이러한 문제의 해결 방안으로 Diffie-Hellman 키 교환방법이 제안되었다. 하지만 이 스킴은 중간공격자(MITM, Man In TheMiddle) 공격에 취약한 것으로 판명되었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 하나의 방안으로 널리 사용되는 이동 전화 채널을 이용하여 강화된 Diffie-Hellman 키 교환방법을 제안하였다. 제안방안은 이동전화를 통해 교환된 인증번호와 생성된 Diffie-Hellman 키를 합성하여 송신자와 수신자에게 세션키를 분배하는 방안이다. 이렇게 함으로써 Diffie-Hellman 키 교환방법에서 쟁점이 된 중간공격자 공격을 실용적인 방법으로방어할 수 있다. Although a symmetric cryptographic system has many advantages in speed of encryption decryption, the security problems with the distribution method of secret keys have been still raised. Especially, the distribution method of secret keys for unspecified individuals who want secret communication is becoming a core issue. As a simple solution to this issue, Diffie-Hellman key exchange methods were proposed, but proved to be insufficient in depending MITM(Main In The Middle) attacks. To find effective solution to problems mentioned above, this paper proposes the strengthened Diffie-Hellman key exchange methods applied for the mobile-phone channel which are widely used. This paper emphasizes the way to distribute the synthesized session keys to the sender and the receiver, which are created with authentication numbers exchanged between the mobile-phones and Diffie-Hellman key. Using proposed ways, MITMattacks can be effectively defended.

Since 1997, our government has promoted the reform in public area. Especially outsourcing policy was sentenced to public functions, except core competence functions in public aspects. At that time with information system areas, system development has widely been outsourced, but with system management, many public agencies adapted internal delivery method. But from then. outsourcing guidelines have been applied to information system management. Due to that top-down approach of outsourcing policy, many agencies that adapted system management outsourcing method, were confused for contract type, objectives of outsourcing, manual of outsourcing management and so on. The purpose of this study is to examine the system management outsourcing status of two agencies-The Korean Intellectual Property Office and Korea Customs Service, especially with objectives of outsourcing, contract type and management style with outsourcing. And this three aspects impact the security of public DB, dependence to service provider and finance of outsourcing. So in final section. this paper analyzed this three aspects of outsourcing connecting with objectives, contract type and management type.

Particularly, at this study an processing method by the new process obtains the economical effect reducing the manufacture process work using The High-Speed Machining more than the process by the corrosion processing, and can carry out minuteness processing of testing material treated by heating. Development of a part industry of the exterior decor of cellular phones and the alternation process of the corrosion processing as well as an embossing mold is expected from now. And then it is expected to contribute to international competitive power on the world market increasing competitiveness of the goods production and the production process in the manufacturing industrial world. Also, it will result in the maximum sale of a mold processing enterprise on the production site, application to the develop of the manufacturing technique for the exterior decor ofvarious kinds, semiconductor, a recent fast-growing communications, display and medical treatment and the competitive power of manufacturing technique for the up-to-date goods.
