자생 상록 굴거리나무의 실내조명 하에서 적정광도 분석 및 도입방안

본 연구는 우리나라 자생종 굴거리나무에 대한 실내조명 하에서 광적응성을 조사해 보고 실내조경공간으로 도입할 때, 도입방안을 제시해 보고자 수행되었다. 공시수종인 굴거리나무는 제주도 농가에서 1년생을 구입한 후, 경남과학기술대학교 종합농장 유리온실에서 40일간 순화시킨 후 2010년 2월 15일에서 2010년 11월 15일까지 실험하였다. 첫째, 형광등의 경우, 100lux에서 500lux까지 식물이 고사하거나 잎이 지는 현상을 보여 생육상태가 좋지 못하였으며, 1,000lux부터 원활한 생육 및 생장을 보였다. 엽수나 수형, 체내 광합성률, 관상가치 등을 토대로 살펴볼 때, 형광등 1,000lux에서 가장 양호한 생장을 하여 최적광도인 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, LED등의 경우,100lux에서 1,000lux까지 고사현상을 보여 생육상태가 불량하였으며, 광도가 높을수록 원활한 생장을 보였다. 2,000lux에서 가장 원활한 생육 및 생장을 하였다. 셋째, 삼파장의 경우,1,000lux까지 고사현상이 심하여 도입한 4개의 광원 중 생육상태가 가장 좋지 않아 전반적으로 삼파장은 굴거리나무 생육에 부적합한 것으로 파악되었다. 2,000lux에서 가장 원활한 생육 및 생장을 하였다. 넷째, 광섬유의 경우 100lux하에서도 식물 전체가 고사하는 현상은 보이지 않아 생육이 가능하여 도입광원 중 생육 및 생장상태가 가장 양호하였다. 대체적으로 광도가 높을수록 생장률이 높았으나,2,000lux보다 1,000lux하에서 엽수의 출엽률 및 수형이 흐트러지지 않아 관상가치가 더 좋았으며, 체내 광합성률도 높아 1,000lux를 조명해 주는 것이 가장 효과적인 것으로 파악되었다. 광적응성을 고려하여 굴거리나무를 실내조경공간으로 도입할 때, 광섬유, 형광등, LED등의 순으로 도입하는 것이 적합하며, 삼파장 등은 부적합한 것으로 파악되었다. 광원별 최적광도는 광섬유와 형광등을 도입할 경우 1,000lux, LED등을 도입할 경우 2,000lux를 조명해 주는 것이 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 자생종 굴거리나무는 외래종인 대엽홍콩을 대체할 수 있는 수종으로 실내조경식물로 도입이 가능하며, 중심목으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대되었다. This study was performed to determine light-adaptability under indoor lighting for Korean wild Daphniphyllum macropodum, and to provide an introduction plan for indoor spaces of landscape architecture. The experimental plants, Daphniphyllum macropodum were purchased from a farmhouse in Jejudo as anannualplant, and it was acclimatized in the glass-green house of the general farm of Gyeongnam National University of Science and Technology for40 days. The experiment was performed from February 15, 2010 to November 15, 2010. First, in the case of the fluorescent lamp, the growth and development condition was poor because the plants withered, or the leaves fell off under the 100lux to 500lux, but the condition under 1,000lux was good In the aspects of the number of leaves, form of the tree, photosynthesis rate in its body, and the value of sight, the best light intensity for the growth condition was under the 1,000lux. Second, in the case of the LED light, the growth and development condition was poor because the plants withered, or the leaves fell off under 100lux to 1,000lux, but the smooth growth and development was done under a more light intensity. The best intensity for the growth condition was under 2,000lux. Third, in the case of the three-wave light, the withering was serious by 1,000lux, and the growth and development was the worst amongst the four introduced lighting systems, therefore, growth under the three-wave light was incongruous. The best intensity for the growth condition was under 2,000lux. Fourth, in the case of the optical fiver, the withering did not existed under 100lux and growth was possible. The growth and development was the amongst in the four introduced lighting systems. Generally, in the more light intensity, more growth was observed, but the value of sight was higher under 1,000lux than under 2,000lux because the falling rate of leaves and the form of the tree was stable. The most effective light was under 1,000lux due to the high photosynthesis in its body. When Daphniphyllum macropodum is introduced into the indoor landscaping space considering the light, the optical fiber, fluorescent lamp, and LED light are suitable to introduce. The three-wave light is unfit. The most proper light intensity by the light source, in the case of the optical fiber, and fluorescent lamp, is 1,000lux, and, in the case of LED light, is 2,000lux. The wild Daphniphyllum macropodum is the species of tree to substitute the Schefflera actinophylla which is the introduced species, and it is expected to be use as the central tree in indoor spaces.

금산의 (錦山) 남북사면에 (南北斜面) 따른 삼림식생 (森林植生) 구조

This study was carried out to analysis the structure of forest vegetation at the southern and northern slopes of Mt. Kum in Namhae. The results obtained were summarized as follows : The upper layer of scuth slope at the altitude of 100m was only distributed at Pinus thunbergii and Pinus densiflora. According to increase of altitude, the importance value of Pinus thunbergii was more decreased. In the upper layer of north slope, importance value of Pinus thunbergii was very high in the altitude of 100m, and was very low in the 200m. And also, importance value of Quercus variabilis and Steuortia koreana was high from 200m to 600m. The number of individuals of Pinus thunbergii and Pinus densiflora in the south slope were more increased than those of the north slope. The distributional class of D.B.H, showed an equal tendency in south and north slope, especially-Quercus variabilis and Quercus serrata had a good growth in north slope. The stand density in the upper lacer was high in south slope but mean acreage and mean distance of individual trees showed lour The species diversity indices were relatively lower in south slope than in north slope, and the maximum of species diversity showed slightly high in south slope. 본 연구는 주택시장에 버블의 존재 여부에 대한 검정을 위해 Shiller의 과민변동성 검정방법을 이용하여 광역자치단체 지역을 대상으로 지역별과 발전경로에 의한 그룹별 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과에서는 전 지역에서 주택가격이 과민변동성을 보이는 것으로 나타나고 있어 주택시장에 버블이 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 지역별 검정결과에서 도 지역들이 광역시 지역들 보다 더 과민하게 변동하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 광역시의 경우 상대적으로 경제성장이 더딘 정체상황에 있으며, 중앙정부의 지역균형발전 정책에 의해 상대적으로 경제여건이 낙후한 도 지역의 경제성장에 대한 기대가 높다고 볼 수 있다. 경제발전경로에 따른 그룹별 분석결과에서는 순환적인 경로를 따르는 지역들이 성장과 정체 또는 잠재적 성장과 쇠퇴의 반복적 경로를 따르는 지역보다 상대적으로 더 과민하게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 순환적 발전경로에 있는 지역들이 주택가격 상승에 대한 기대가 더 높고, 버블의 붕괴현상이 나타나는 것으로 판단할 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to testing the existence of bubble in regional housing market by using Shiller"s excess volatility test. In analysis results, housing market in all have bubble because of housing price"s excess volatility. In the analysis results by region, the province are more sensitive than the metropolis in volatility. Metropolises is stagnant situation as the relatively slow economic growth. By the Central Government"s balanced regional development policy, expectation of the province"s economic growth is high. The region is divided into three groups in accordance with the type of path of development. Group I is the region to repeat a growth and a stagnation. Group II is the region to repeat a potential growth and a decline. and Group III is the region to circulate development path. In the analysis results by group, group III is more sensitive than the other group. As group III is expected to rise housing prices, and that the bubble is burst.

종설(綜說) : 재발성(再發性) 방광염(膀胱炎) 및 하부뇨로감염(下部尿路感炎)의 침술(針術) 치료(治療)에 관한 고찰

Objectives: Frequently recurrent acute uncomplicated lower urinary tract infection(cystitis), defined as acute cystitis in otherwise healthy adult women is common. Usually even though they use prophylactic antibacterial treatment, long-term antibacterial treatment can lead to unintended increased bacterial resistance, which is a medical problem of increasing concern. The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of acupuncture in the treatment and prevention of recurrent cystitis and lower urinary tract infection. Methods and Materials: Writer ran a computer literature search in Pubmed. The search terms were 「cystitis acupuncture」 and 「lower urinary tract infection acupuncture」, and selected 5 literatures. Results Recurrent cystitis and lower urinary tract infection frequently occurred in the middle generation women in the latter half of their thirties. In Zang-Fu they were connected with Spleen, Kidney and Liver. In the frequency of use, Sanyinjiao and P`angkuangshu in the Jing-Points and Spleen-Channel and Urinary Bladder-Channel in the Meridians were most. The difference of the incidence rate between acupuncture treated group and nontreated group was more than twice. Especially in the nontreated group the residual urine was unchanged, but in the treated group reduced to a half at least. Conclusions: In the treatment and prevention of recurrent cystitis and lower urinary tract infection acupuncture-therapy seems to be effective, but in many ways it is likely that further research is need.
