건축용 타워크레인 마스트의 횡방향 지지요소인 월타이 부재력 특성곡선

Tower crane's wall tie is generally used for extending of mast height according to rising of lifting height. In order to get wall tie member force this problem, this study concerning wall tie is based on load data described in manual book of 290HC model. This study made the equation of wall tie member force and computer programming for calculating wall tie member force and then get ${\theta}-P$ curves(angle-wall tie force). After considering the ${\theta}-P$ curves, optimum angle range ($48.4^{\circ}{\sim}77.2^{\circ}$) about wall ties (A), (C) members was obtained. Member force of wall tie (B) was changed from tension to compression or from compression to tension at $74^{\circ}$ in service and $54^{\circ}$ in out of service. When both horizontal force($H_A$) and torsional moment ($M_D$) were varied from (+) to (-), wall tie force(A, B, C) were changed almost symmetrically about ${\theta}$-axis. Because this study was based on wall tie analysis conditions, wall tie members in symmetric and ideal geometry shape used for analizing wall tie of tower crane, it is necessary to have more careful verification in order to apply generally the results of this study. 타워크레인의 횡방향 지지와 마스트의 횡강성 및 강도를 확보하기 위하여 횡하중 저항요소로서 사용되는 것이 월타이(wall tie)이다. 본 연구에서는 국내에서 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 독일 립헬사의 T형 타워크레인(기종 290HC, 작업반경: 70m, 인양하중: 12tf)을 대상으로 하고 마스트 및 월타이의 사용부재는 H형강보 구조의 구조물을 모델로 선정하여 월타이의 부재력, 월타이의 각도변화 및 각도범위에 따른 부재력의 변화를 분석하여, 실용적이고 안전한 월타이의 각도범위를 제안하여 현장기술자가 최적의 월타이를 배치할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 건축용 타워크레인의 훅크양정을 증대시키기 위하여 설치되는 횡방향지지요소인 월타이의 부재력 계산식을 구하고, 이를 프로그래밍하여 마스트 중심과 월타이 브라켓 간 거리를 변화시키면서, 월타이 각도별 월타이 부재력을 반복계산하여 월타이 부재력 특성곡선을 그리고 이를 분석하였다.

In this study, the numerical analysis is carried out to study flow around moving body using unstructured overset grid. In order to investigate flow simulation, Navier-Stokes equation for incompressible flow is calculated with unstructured mesh. Unstructured mesh that is flexible to geometry. And overset method is applied to interpolate between cell data of each mesh in overlap region. This method advantage is to avoid remeshing for each different case and compute efficiently relative motion. The results of the present research can be used as basic data for more complex problem (e.g. 3D problem, ship propeller, etc)
HPLC 에 의한 닭 표피중의 Vitamin D3 및 그 유사물질 분석

This study was carried out to analyze the contents of vitamin D₃ and it`s analogues in chicken epidermis. The retention time and calibration curve were obtained through HPLC. The comb, wattle or dorsal epidermis of 57 week-old breeder irradiated by 310 nm UV hight was extracted by 60% ethyl acetate in n-hexane with appropriate amounts of vitamin D3 and it`s analogues, dried under mitrogen, dissolved in 0.5% isopropanol in n-hexane, analyzed by HPLC, and obtained the recoveries of the compounds. 1. The mean retention times of previtamin D₃(PreD₃3), lumisterol₃(L₃), vitamin D₃(D₃), tachysterol₃(T₃) and 7-dehydrocholesterol (7-DHC) were 6.95, 7.65, 8.90, 12.83 and 14.68 min., respectively. 2. The mean recovery of [³H]-7-DHC through HPLC was 88%. 3. The mean recoveries of PreD₃, L₃, D₃, T₃ and 7-DHC through extraction and HPLC analysis were 72, 34, 27, 13 and 90%, respectively.
