        미용교육의 서비스 품질과 강사진정성이 팬쉽에 미치는 영향

        This study attempted to investigate the influence of the quality of cosmetology education and instructors’ authenticity on fanship and to employ the results as basic data for the qualitative improvement of cosmetology education. For this, a questionnaire survey was performed among aesthetic service workers who had a cosmetology training program, and a total of 506 copies were used for final analysis. The study results found the following: First, according to the analysis of subjects’ demographic characteristics, ‘women/20s’ and ‘junior college’ were the highest in terms of gender/age and educational background. In terms of the employment length at the current job, ‘1-2 year(s)’ was the highest. When asked how long they have been in the cosmetology industry, ‘less than one (1) year’ was the most common response. In terms of average monthly income, ‘KRW 1-2 million’ was the highest. Second, concerning the effects of the quality of cosmetology education on fanship, ‘reliability’, ‘responsiveness’, ‘assurance’, and ‘empathy’ had a statistically significant influence on ‘recommendation intention’, ‘attractiveness’, ‘relationship maintenance’ and ‘authenticity’. Specifically, ‘reliability’ and ‘responsiveness’ revealed a negative influence on ‘relationship maintenance’ and ‘authenticity’, respectively. Third, regarding the effects of authenticity on fanship, all authenticity-related factors positively influenced ‘recommendation intention’, ‘attractiveness’, and ‘authenticity’ with statistical significance. In addition, ‘originality’ showed a statistically significant effect on ‘relationship maintenance’. The above results confirmed that for proper learning transfer by cosmetology education instructors and sustainable education, it is required to show interest in their fanship and make continued efforts for improvement.

      • 미용교육기관에 따른 재교육 인식이 활용성에 미치는 영향

        시대의 변화에 발맞추어 전문성 있는 기술과 양질의 서비스가 꾸준히 향상·개발되어야 하고 전문적이고 수준 높은 미용교육이 절실하다. 이에 본 연구는 교육기관별 프랜차이즈 기관과 사설기관에 관한 교육내용을 토대로 미용종사자들의 재교육 필요성과 인식에 대해 검토·분석하고, 이에 따른 재교육 후 활용성이 미용종사자들에게 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 파악하여 실제 현장에서 광범위하게 이루어지는 재교육의 확대를 향상시키기 위한 기초자료를 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구의 조사대상은 서울과 경기지역에 종사하는 미용인을 대상으로, 2019년 4월 10일부터 2019년 5월 20일까지 실시되었으며, 총 398부를 배부하여 328부를 수집, 290부를 최종 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 본 연구의 결과 프랜차이즈기관과 사설교육기관 모두 미용종사자들이 계속교육에 의한 필요성을 인식 할 수 있도록 미용문화 및 환경 변화에 따른 유행을 이해하기 위한 교육을 증진 시켜야한다고 판단된다. 프랜차이즈기관은 교육내용을 실제 시술 시에 용이하도록 교육내용을 체계화 시키고, 사설기관은 현장에서 필요한 교육내용 외의 재무관리 및 마케팅 교육 등을 활성화 시킬 필요가 있다. 또한 프랜차이즈기관은 재교육 후 업무만족이 높아지게 하여 빠른 미용변화에 필요한 정보와 기술을 습득할 수 있도록 교육 프로그램을 실무기술과 관련해 활성화를 해야 할 필요가 있다고 사료된다. 본 연구의 조사대상이 서울과 경기지역으로 한정되어 있으므로 조사대상자를 확장하여 연구한다면 보다 객관성 높은 후속연구가 나올 것이라고 사료된다. 추후에도 이 연구가 기초자료가 되어 미용종사자들에게 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 연구가 나오길 기대해 본다. With the change of time, it is strongly necessary to continuously enhance and develop professional skills and high-quality services while conducting professional, advanced cosmetology education. This study will examine and analyze the necessity and awareness of re-education for cosmetologists based on the curriculum in franchise and private institutions. After, this study will identify how the usability of re-education impacts cosmetologists as well as the current status of re-education in order to provide background data to help further expand re-education more widely onsite. The research was conducted from April 10, 2018 to May 20, 2018 to cosmetologists working in the Seoul and Gyeonggi areas. A total of 398 survey questionnaires were distributed and 290 copies were used for final analysis after 328 copies were collected. The study results showed that it is necessary to increase education for cosmetologists in both franchise and private institutions to become more aware of the necessity of continuing education and understand cosmetology culture and the trends according to environmental changes. Franchise institutions should systemize the education to make it applicable to actual procedures while private institutions need to more actively carry out financial management and marketing education besides the practical, onsite education. Moreover, franchise institutions need to expand the training of practical skills in their curriculum for cosmetologists to cultivate the skillset and information with the rapidly changing cosmetology industry, so their job satisfaction can increase after re-education. Since the subjects of this research were limited to the Seoul and Gyeonggi areas, a more objective follow-up research will be generated by expanding the research subjects. It is hoped to have studies that positively influences cosmetologists by using this research as basic data.

        국내 중증 급성 호흡기 증후군 코로나 바이러스의 검사실 내 진단: 현재, 한계점 그리고 직면한 과제

        2019년 12월, 중국 후베이성 우한시에서 COVID-19환자가 처음으로 보고되었다. 그 이후 국내에서 신종 코로나 바이러스에 의해 야기된 중증 급성 호흡기 증후군 환자가 급격하게 증가하였다. 이러한 새로운 변종 바이러스는 기침, 인후통, 비루, 호흡곤란, 폐렴 및 기타 폐질환을 유발한다. 중증 급성 호흡기 증후군 코로나 바이러스 2는 RNA바이러스로, 실시간 역전사효소 중합효소 연쇄반응을 통한 분자진단 검사가 COVID-19의 진단에 폭 넓게 사용되고 있다. 국내 질병관리본부와 식품의약품 안전처의 긴급 사용 허가 승인에 따라, 건강한 사람과 COVID-19 환자로부터 검체를 채취하여 진단검사의학적인 방법을 통해 진단을 수행하고 있다. 기존에 출판된 많은 문헌 고찰을 통해, 본 연구에서는 역학, 증상 및 질병관리본부의 승인을 받은 현재의 검사실 내 COVID-19 분자 진단 방법, 분자 진단 검사와 혈청학적 진단의 차이, 임상 검체 가이드라인 등을 다시 한 번 확인하고자 하였다. 추가적으로 본 연구를 통해 국내 의료기관 내 의료종사자 및 임상병리사들의 병원 감염을 예방하고자 생물학적 안전에 관한 가이드라인을 확인하였다. 국내 임상병리사들의 경험과 그로부터 얻은 교훈을 통해 국내외 COVID-19 팬데믹 상황으로부터 국민의 안전을 지킬 수 있는 단초를 제공할 수 있을 것이라 사료된다. In December 2019, the first coronavirus disease- 2019 (COVID-19) patient was reported in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China. Since then, the number of patients who suffered severe acute respiratory syndrome caused by the novel Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2 or 2019-nCoV) has increased dramatically in Korea. This new variant virus induces pulmonary diseases, including cough, sore throat, rhinorrhea, dyspnea, and pneumonia. Because SARS-CoV-2 is an RNA virus, real-time reverse-transcriptase PCR has been used widely to diagnose COVID-19. As the Korea Centers for Disease Prevention and Control (KCDC) and Ministry of Food & Drug Safety (MFDS) approved emergency use authorization, clinical specimens collected from COVID-19 patients and even healthy people have been clinically diagnosed by laboratory medicine. Based on a literature search, this paper reviews the epidemiology, symptoms, molecular diagnostics approved by KCDC, a current diagnosis of COVID-19 in the laboratories, the difference between molecular and serological diagnosis, and guidelines for clinical specimens. In addition, the Korean guidelines of biosafety for clinical laboratory scientists are evaluated to prevent healthcare-associated infection. The author's experience and lessons as clinical laboratory scientists will provide valuable insights to protect the domestic and international health community in this COVID-19 pandemic around the world.

        함초 추출물의 세포사멸 유도에 의한 난소암세포에서 항암 효과

        본 연구에서는 천연유래 물질로부터 apoptosis를 유도하여 항암 활성이 있는지에 관한 실험으로 사람 난소암 세포주인 OVCAR-3 세포에 함초의 유기용매별 추출물을 처리하여 결과를 확인하였다. MTS 측정으로 세포 생존율을 확인한 결과 DCM 분획물에서 농도별로 유의적인 세포수의 감소를 보였으며, annexin V/FITC-PI 염색에 의해 apoptosis 유도로 세포가 사멸함을 확인하였다. DCM 분획물 처리는 세포주기에서 Sub-G1기의 증가로 세포증식이 억제됨을 보여준다. 세포의 내인성 경로에 관여하는 Bcl-2 family에 속하는 Bax, Bak, Bcl-2, Bcl-xL의 상호작용을 mRNA수준에서 확인한 결과, DCM 분획물처리에서 Bax, Bak가 증가하고, Bcl-2의 감소를 동반하여 세포사멸의 신호전달 경로가 진행됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 함초를 이용하여 여성의 난소암에 예방적 기능성 식품을 개발할 수 있을 것으로 판단되며, 함초의 DCM 분획물에 대해 깊이 있는 심층적 연구가 요구된다. This study investigated the anti-cancer effects of Salicornia herbacea L. fractions in human ovarian cancer cells (OVCAR-3). S. herbacea powder was extracted with 95% EtOH and sequentially fractionated with hexane, dichloromethane (DCM), ethyl acetate, butanol, and H₂O. Further, the growth inhibitory effects of the six fractions were determined using the MTS assay. The DCM fraction dramatically decreased cell viability. Similarly, the cell cycle was arrested at the sub- G1 phase in DCM-treated cells. To confirm apoptosis, the cells were stained with annexin V/FITC-PI solution. Total, early, and late apoptotic cells were significantly increased in the DCM fraction. The mRNA expression of Bcl-2 was reduced, whereas the pro-apoptotic factors Bax and Bak were increased in DCM fraction-treated cells. These results indicated that the DCM fraction in S. herbacea exhibited strong apoptotic effects through the p53-dependent signaling pathway.

        일개 부산지역 3차 병원에서 관찰한 다제내성 결핵의 실태, 2005~2009

        Background: Although the prevalence of pulmonary tuberculosis has progressively decreased all over the world, drug-resistant tuberculosis is major obstacle in treating tuberculosis. This study was performed to examine the current prevalence and risk factors of drug resistant tuberculosis in a single tertiary hospital in Busan, Korea. Methods: We enrolled 367 patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis on a retrospective basis who had undergone mycobacterium culture and drug sensitivity tests between January 2005 and December 2009. We analyzed all clinical and radiographic parameters to find predictors related to drug resistant tuberculosis. Results: At least one incident of drug resistance was found in 75 (20.4%) patients. Isoniazid (18.8%) was the most frequent resistant drug, followed by rifampin (10.9%), ethambutol (7.1%), streptomycin (4.9%), and fluoroquinolone (2.7%). Resistance to second-line drugs was found in 37 (10.1%) patients. Multidrug resistance and extensively drug resistance was evident in 39 (10.6%) and 4 (1.1%) patients, respectively. Using multiple logistic regression analysis, history of previous treatment including relapse (odd ratio [OR], 11.3; 95% confidence interval [CI], 4.92~ 26.08; p<0.01), treatment failure (OR, 24.1; 95% CI, 5.65~102.79; p<0.01) and an age of below 46 years-old (OR, 3.8; 95% CI, 1.62~8.65; p<0.01) were found to be independent predictors of multidrug resistant tuberculosis. Conclusion: We found that the prevalence of drug resistant tuberculosis was considerably high. A careful consideration for possible drug resistant tuberculosis is warranted in patients with a history of previous treatment or for younger patients.

        In vivo와 in vitro에서 상지 및 상백피 에탄올추출물이 식후 혈당 상승 억제 조절에 미치는 영향

        상지 및 상백피 추출물의 식후혈당조절 효과를 확인하기 위하여 Caco-2세포와 Streptozotocin 당뇨유발 동물을 사용하여 시험하였다. Caco-2 세포를 이용하여 상지·상백피 추출물의 포도당 및 과당 흡수 저해 능력을 확인하였으며, 특히 과당 흡수를 저해하는 효과가 강하게 나타났다. 말토오스와 수크로오스를 이용한 α-glucosidase 분석을 통해 상지와 상백피 추출물 모두 수크로오스에 대한 α-glucosidase의 강한 저해활성을 보였다. 시험동물 모델에서는 당뇨 유도를 위해 앞서 2주간 고지방 식이를 급여하였으며, streptozotocin 복강투여 후 공복혈당이 126 mg/dL 이상을 기준으로 하여 당뇨 유도모델이 형성되었음을 확인하였다. 상지 및 상백피 추추물을 단회투여 하여 경구당부하 검사 결과, 30분대에서 당뇨유도군과 비교했을 때 상지와 상백피 추출물 섭취군에서 모두 혈당이 유의적으로 감소하였다. 또한 28일간 경구투여하여 경구당부하를 측정하였을 때 최고혈중농도에 도달하는 시간을 지연시키는 것으로 관찰되었다. 이상의 결과로 상지 및 상백피 추출물은 식후혈당 조절을 통해 항당뇨 효과를 갖음을 알 수 있었으며, 이는 혈당강하를 목적으로 한 기능성 소재 개발가능성으로 판단된다. 향후에는 상지 및 상백피 추출물이 췌장 및 간에서 혈당조절에 미치는 영향을 메커니즘 분석을 통해 추가적으로 연구해야 할 것으로 사료된다. Purpose: Our previous study demonstrated the hypoglycemic effects of mulberry (Morus alba L.) leaf and the underlying mechanisms. Here we explored the potency of mulberry twigs (TW) and root barks (RB) in postprandial hypoglycemic effects in vitro and in vivo. Methods: The major components of TW and RB were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Alpha-glucosidase inhibition and glucose/fructose uptake inhibition in Caco-2 cells were determined for TW, RB, and their major components, followed by an oral sugar tolerance test (OSTT) in streptozotocininduced diabetic rats. Male Wistar rats were fed a high-fat diet for 2 weeks and then a single dose of streptozotocin (35 mg/kg B.W) was administered by intraperitoneal injection. Rats with fasting blood glucose levels above 126 mg/dL were randomly divided into 5 groups (n = 8/group) for the following treatments by gavage for 4 weeks: vehicle (normal control and diabetic control), 200 mg/kg B.W of TW or RB or 100 mg/kg B.W of oxyresveratrol (OXY). Results: OXY and mulberroside A were identified as the major components of TW and OXY, mongolicin, and kuwanon H for RB. A significant inhibitory activity on α-glucosidase was found for TW, RB, and OXY (p = 0.0099). There was a dose-dependent inhibition of TW and RB on the intestinal sugar uptakes in Caco-2 cells, showing a greater impact on fructose compared to glucose. The OSTT showed that TW and RB significantly delayed time to maximal concentration (p = 0.0088) and decreased maximal concentration (p = 0.0043) compared to the control group. Conclusion: These results suggest that TW and RB may have a postprandial hypoglycemic effect, particularly in the case of high fructose or sucrose intake. OXY was suggested as a contributor to the hypoglycemic effect of TW and RB. Further studies are needed for the systemic effect of TW and RB in circulation.

        다시마를 이용한 샐러드 드레싱 제조의 품질 특성

        This study was conducted to develop a novel salad dressing composite recipe of natural seasoning containing the dried sea tangle(Laminaria japonica) that has a high preference. Sea tangle(Laminaria japonica) is included in the vitamins and minerals, magnesium, calcium, iodine, iron content, such as high, and contained in Sea tangle alginate is not a small conference known as dietary fiber. To manufacture salad dressing with sea tangle, dressing with 0%, 3%, 6%, 9%, and 12% added sea tangle were prepared and tested for quality. The pH tended to increase with the increased sea tangle in addition but in contrast, acidity showed. The ``L`` color decreased with added sea tangle, whereas the ``a`` and ``b`` values increased. Brix measurements increase with added sea tangle. The strength texture results, 0% was the highest, lowest 9%. Bitterness and chewiness texture results, 9% was the highest, lowest 0%. According to the sensory test results, in the topic overall quality 3% was by 3.76 point the highest. But, during total nine clause, in clause six, by 6% was the highest.
